    @beachbunnyxo123 Yay!! Only one more sleep!

    @zamora_spin It's pretty quite over here... I'm only 1 day post so I drank my pom juice, ate part of my pineapple and munched on a bag of brazil nuts this morning.  I've watched about 5 Christmas movies today  :D

    @dukie001 welcome!  I too wear my emotions on my sleeves.  It's hard not to when our bodies are pumped full of all this medicine.  This is our 4th transfer so hubby knows what to expect and he can take it but he really tries his best to keep me as stress free as possible.  Just be honest with hubby... tell him what's bothering you and remind him that this is only temporary!!  Best of luck!

    I'm with you @AlohaKumu I'm not eating anything cold right now.  Even my water is room temp.  It sucks because all I want is an ice cold Coke!  Sigh  :(

    Hey, guys. I know I’m crazy to test this early, but do you see what I see? We transferred a Day 6 hatched blast, so technically it’s 8DPO. I have been having severe bloating and abdominal tenderness. I’ve never experienced this in the past and considered going to Urgent Care, but after speaking with my doctor who performed the transfer, he indicated that he didn’t think it was anything serious. Is anyone else having these symptoms?

    @beachbunnyxo123 Good luck today!!!!!
    @lindsjacobs I don’t want to dampen your spirits, but that looks like an evap line to me. Most of the time the embies don’t even implant until 3DPO, but even if they were very industrious, it’s not going to give off enough hCG to turn a FRER. Evap lines are the worst since they get you all excited, but I would keep testing in a couple days to get a result.

    @kimberlyshae Thanks!
    By the way, what is it about not drinking anything cold? Does it effect implantation?
  • Options
    @dukie001 the idea is to only put warm foods and drinks in your body to keep your body nice and warm (like an incubator).

    @lindsjacobs Yea, it could be an evap line... your body hasn't had enough time to build up the hcg yet to show up on a test.  Usually it's 5 or 6 days post.  I would test again in 2 days  ;)  As far as the bloating and abdominal tenderness... are you taking antibiotics or anything? That could cause stomach pain.

    @dukie001 Yes, the warm foods are about making sure the uterus is warm and cozy, like @kimberlyshae said. It's an Eastern medicine philosophy that also advocates for avoiding too many raw foods, since that could take blood away from the uterus and divert it for digestion. As far as I know, there aren't any medical studies that back up the effectiveness of either of these choices, but it won't hurt, right?

    @beachbunnyxo123 Happy transfer day!

    @lindsjacobs I’m going to differ from the other ladies and say I do think that test *may* be + if your embryo got right in there 48 hours ago and latched on right away. However, I have personally been the victim of FRER evaps/false +s so I don’t want to get your hopes up too high but *TW I have had true +HPT at 8dpo before end TW*.

    Also I have a request - could we put + HPTs in spoilers?

    Just popped on to say .. Happy transfer day @beachbunnyxo123!!

    @lindsjacobs girl you crazy for testing so early! Give it a few days for sure, way too soon to see anything

    I second @zamora_spin motion about any hpt results in a spoiler. So excited for all the BFPs to roll in but we also need to respect those ladies who might not be so lucky.

    @mayflower513, I was super doubtful too. I updated today's results in spoiler.
    @AlohaKumu, thank you! I was so paranoid after yesterday. This process is so up and down.
    @zamora_spin, I think you are right. Today eased my mind a bit. Thank you!
    @kimberlyshae, no, I'm not taking antibiotics. I have been feeling nauseous, bloated and gassy since yesterday. It has subsided somewhat, but still nauseous.
    @leilee101, :wink: I always start testing right at around Day 3 when transferring Day 6. I have zero self control.

    @lindsjacobs do you by chance do a trigger at the time of transfer?  I do, and that gave me a false positive for my last FET and totally screwed with my head...I'm going to try my best this round to wait until BETA and not test at home....but now I do know the trigger was pretty much out of my system at 8DPT.  But I'm rooting for a true HPT+ for you!

    @ruger0228 to post a spoiler in the body of a post you can type out the text/insert the picture and then hightlight what you want to be in the spoiler. you the click the down arrow next to the paragraph icon. the icon between the text and the  :) you then have to select spoiler. a gray box should appear around the items/text that will be in the spoiler.

    My first FET will be around Christmas if all goes well. We had hoped for fresh transfer after egg retrieval late last month, but I had mild OHSS symptoms so we froze everything.

    I’m on estrogen (estrace) three times a day. I’ve been having mild to severe cramping, always short duration and occurs randomly. I sometimes get the urge to cry out of nowhere; just the hormones I’m sure. Also DH and I have been trying to BD (for recreation lol)... it hasn’t been painful for me but definitely uncomfortable. My nurse thinks it’s related to the estrogen, so probably won’t get better anytime soon.

    I’m way more nervous than excited, but I’m sure it will be here before I know it.
