@estellegetty I LOVE Josephine! I kind of wish MH was open to discussing names, but we had discussed girl names a long time ago and agreed on one. It’s after his mom who passed away when our boys were 5 months old, so I don’t really feel like I can change my mind on it, especially since he’s been so excited about having a girl and getting to use the name.
We never tell names before the kids are born for multiple reasons - we don’t want anybody’s opinions, there’s a chance we’ll change our minds, and I don’t want a bunch of personalized gifts with their names on it.
Last time when I wouldn’t disclose names, somebody suggested George and Fredrick... I’m not sure if she thought I wouldn’t recognize the Harry Potter names or that I wouldn’t care.
@purplegoldfish2 haha that’s awesome! Luckily the mystery pooper has stayed under the radar the last few weeks, though I’m always nervous they’ll make a comeback appearance!

ahhh, I agree with not wanting a bunch of personalized gifts. My MIL is super into monograms and putting names on things, so I know this kid will end up with a bunch of stuff later.
Speaking of MILs and monogrammed gifts... Good thing we Love our name choices! My sure why she chose giraffes but it's the last thing I'll complain about. Sorry if it's huge!!
@hannaht8516 I may be in the same situation. I have a dress that is strapless but my strapless bra doesn’t fit anymore so I threw on my too big for me bathing suit that I bought when I was still losing baby weight from the boys. It was pretty tight. I’m hoping I can make it work all summer but anticipating that I may need a new suit before summer is over.
@sammierose464 OMG, I got that book for the boys recently and read it with them and it never occurred to me that those were real places in Boston! Do you know where the statues are? We go twice a year and now I need to take my boys to see them.

It’s in the Public Garden, closest MBTA stop is Arlington station on the green line.
Getting more stuff cleared out of the basement and it's almost ready for a complete reno!! I can't wait to be able to actually see a nursery space and make it perfect!!
Our AS is at 1:30pm today so I am taking a half day at work, but how am I supposed to work for the next hour and a half!?!? I’m wayyyy too excited/nervous to do anything productive!
I keep telling myself I'll get stuff done at home with hubby being gone and I all I've done is finish Season 5 of Gilmore Girls... Tonight though I'm hoping to play in my garden.
I organized an away boys weekend for DH with his brother as a thank you for being so awesome while I’ve been so sick with this pregnancy - it’s a surprise I’ve had planned for a month or so and I’m super excited to tell him when his brother shows up to pick him up tonight.
But I’m also now actively facing a weekend alone with my two kids and really hoping my morning sickness doesn’t kick into high gear at all - it’s been pretty ok today so far so as long as it can hold off until Sunday afternoon and my kids can stay relatively cooperative I think I’ll be ok. Fingers crossed!
I’m getting a bit worried that we haven’t heard from krzyriver after her a/s, especially with how her week has gone. Didn’t want to tag in case something is up, but it’s making me worry!
Yeah I asked in a post how it went and didn't see an update. I didn't realize she hasn't posted since. Things have been crazy for her lately though, so hopefully she was just busy last night.
We're on the road to Eastern Kansas to drop off the food boxes we packed the other week. We left around 6 a.m. And will be on the road for a couple hours yet. The kids are getting wild and restless and are going to drive me insane yet.
DF is taking ODD to our local Pride parade with his best friend this weekend and I'm really sad that I can't go.

@knottieamusements It's okay. We both agreed that the crowd and the noise wouldn't be the best for the baby. Maybe we'll all go next year though!

Re: Randoms 6/1
I saw this and it reminded me of the mystery pooper
Adults doing it have no excuses!

I mean Holly is cute but Drift takes it too far

I forgot I have part two of my anatomy scan today. I feel really silly about going to L&D last night now. Oh well. Lol
