I probably went through half the pack in one day simply because I did not believe the first, second, third, etc. result as being genuinely positive. So I made the husband pee on one and tested one in water just for good measure.
I also then used a first response digital and regular test, just to make sure brand wasn't messing with me, which were both obviously and immediately positive, too.
I've always been told by friends/family who work as OBGYNs to use pink tests over blue ones, as blue ones tend to have evaporation lines that are easily confused for a positive.
When I was newly pregnant for my son, I tested 9dpo and it was clear and faint like this. I wasn’t sure, so when I posted on a forum, I was told I was pregnant and that line can only be activated to appear if there’s any hcg! What do you ladies think?? Thanks BBT is 98F
took two tests, one today at 13 dpo and one yesterday afternoon. The one yesterday did not show up but I only looked briefly. The test I took today didn't show up either but I put it into a drawer with the other one and got them mixed up. Now one of them have this line and I can't tell if it's the one from last night or from today. Ugh. Is it an evap or could it be a positive? If you zoom in it's a whole line. Let me know what you think
Here is a test I took last Friday. AF is a week late as of today. What are your thoughts? I have had a few faint lines as well as implantation bleeding (I think) June 18-19. BF says he will believe it when the line darkens.
Hope this is ok. Trying to understand these tests. So I’ve taken these 3 tests and as of today I’m 3 days ‘late’. All came up within 3 min but so faint.
Nervous about seeing lines that aren’t there. MC in April and hubby doesn’t want me to get my hopes up.
@chelseab8816 Looks positive to me too! Your line may not darken. I'd say call your family doctor now and get in for your blood work to confirm. @determinedbaby All look positive to me
Thank you! Going this Monday to the doctor. Last blood test I had on 6/29 was negative but still no af and having crazy pregnancy symptoms! Fingers crossed! @kristah2
Does anyone else see the second line. (Including a zoomed picture cuz for me I feel like I see it better zoomed). I am 10 days after a FET. I feel like if there really is a line it should be darker...but a line is a line right? Will have blood test done wed.

-Sorry TMI- Hi ladies. First day of LMP was 7th June. Took first test on 4th July and was a strong positive. I went to the doc on the 6th June, and the nurse did a urine test and checked the results after about 30 seconds and said it was negative. I had done some a few home tests before I went to the doc and they were all POSITIVE. Took one more test this morning, 9th July (expected day of AF). Pics attached. I am yet to get my blood test results this Wednesday. Can anyone please tell me if this is what a positive looks like? Am I pregnant?
I’m 8DPO and been feeling mild cramps and tender breasts for the last 3-4 days. In addition a had some CM appear of the last couple days and feeling tired, emotional, twinges in the tummy and dizzy. My breasts are also veiny. Today I just felt like I needed to check so I took a test using first response and got a BFN. I’ve read 8DPO is early to test so I’m keeping positive and will wait for AF or test again if she doesn’t show up. We also BD today, not sure if that’s ok his early if I am indeed pregnant?
@NattyNat33 sure, many people who test at 8dpo go on to find they had tested too early. But a lot of people also find that they continue to be bfn. As the TTGP ladies told you, no one here can tell you if you're pregnant. The only way to know is to WFAF or continue taking tests. Unless you have been temping, you won't even know if/when you ovulated, which could also delay your period making you "late". If you have enough HCG in your system to cause all those symptoms, then you have enough to turn a test positive. It could also be in your head. I've had many cycles where I could swear I was pregnant only for AF to show up the next day.
As for sex, you should be fine. Once an embryo is implanted, they're in there pretty good.

@NattyNat33 you could be experiencing PMS symptoms. The fact is if you're pregnant enough to show symptoms you're pregnant enough to turn a test. Not saying that you're not pregnant but you're probably not showing pregnancy symptoms. Keep testing until you get a positive or AF shows. Good luck!
@mermaidca, I'm making myself wait til tomorrow morning to take a FRER. Trying to still tell myself I could be seeing things! Thanks for the vote of confidence .
I’m guessing that this was what you posted on TTGP and then deleted. Thank you for figuring out that it didn’t belong there and deleting. I see a line without even squinting. Congratulations!

First time pregnancy here! Top test was Mon. On Tues, my beta was 3570 (doubling time 41 hours). My doctor doesn’t need any more blood work and scheduled me for an ultrasound. Of course yesterday (Thurs) I take an FRER anyhow and panic bc control line darker. But this morning (Fri) it’s lighter again so do you think I’m ok and should probably stop testing like a crazy girl?

I think I ovulated between CD14-19 and just have a short luteal phase, but I was bad about temping and my OPKs weren't helpful this cycle.
