I went to prenatal yoga today for the first time and it was great! I always loved going to yoga before I was pregnant, but kind of gave up on it when I was exhausted all the time in first tri. Hoping to get back into it now that I’m feeling more energy a bit.
Side note - anyone in Portland go to prenatal yoga today? There were three of us in the class today, and one of the other women was also due in Oct, so I thought it would be really funny if it was someone on here.
I missed SO much this weekend, I'm sorry! We got the keys to the new house... and then spent all weekend cleaning. The woman we bought it from was NASTY! And I'm not a very good housekeeper, so if I'm judging you, it's BAD. We're about halfway done. I'll be over there Friday and Saturday to do more before we move on Sunday. My body hurts so bad from getting on my hands and knees to scrub.

@lest12 We have a wedding on June 2nd and I'm totally using it as an excuse to get all the girly self-care stuff done that I've been putting off. Haircut and highlight and a pedi, I can't wait!!!!
@krzyriver when my ex bought his house in that area (Milford) the house was disgusting. We spent days cleaning everything. They had a bird they let fly around. There were newspapers covered in bird poop above the cabinets in the kitchen.
@sammierose464 Oh my god! Nothing like that, thankfully. She did have a dog though, but she seems to have cleaned up after him. Just feels like everything is covered in grime though. And she must have loved to fry, because the kitchen is covered in grease. Our current house is like that... nasty when we moved in and we were never able to get it clean. This one is nowhere near as bad so it's still a huge improvement.

Kudos to those ladies getting dressed up for events I can nearly stand leggings and tshirts for work. Lol
I was also having issues with having to uninstall and reinstall. Seems to be ok for now. Jk I had to copy and past my response twice because the bump wouldn't let me post again.
I finally asked DH very high overview questions about SS's birth. Mainly I asked about his involvement. He told me he stayed above the border. He did say that he wants to be more involved with this one, mainly because he didn't last time. I told him I'd love for him to be there to help "catch". He was on board for that.
Ugh our doc is the best. She had to run to an emergency c-section and still managed to spend 10 (un-rushed) minutes with us (though we did have to catch her up to speed.) HB in the 140s and she doesn't seem worried! Now only anxiety for four more days until the AS...
@chopchop25 Yay now I can relax! It’s funny to me how much I care about all of you and your unborns even though we’re pretty much strangers. I think we all got pretty lucky to land in such a great board!

In other news we figured out a childcare plan for Friday. We’re going to bring DD2 to the scan, and my brother is going to pick DD1 up from school and hang with her until we get back. I told him he can put a movie on for her, so I’m not too worried about her terrorizing him. Then we’ll load up kids/dog and head up from our place. Way calmer now that we have a plan.
Got my anatomy scan scheduled for next Tuesday! And this time I managed to find childcare for DD so DF can come too. The fetal diagnostic center doesn't allow children inside since it's in a hospital, and our last scan I had to go alone so DF could watch DD.

GUYS. My MIL offered to take my kids and dog up to the cabin with her when she leaves Friday morning. That’s 3.5 hours in a car with two small kids, one of whom hates cars with an unbelievable passion. So not only do we totally circumvent the childcare issue for our AS, but I don’t have to listen to DD2 cry for at least an hour (assuming she’ll nap most of the way but no way the whole drive). I think I have the unicorn of all MILs.

Anyone here watch the new series Safe on Netflix?? DH and I just finished watching season 1 after starting it last week, and I thought it was SO good. My only complaint was that there were only 8 episodes!
I'm off to the ER to get checked out as I have a slight fever again and my shoulder infection isn't getting any better even with two weeks of antibiotics. Will keep you updated.

It's so hard to see everyone else already going through all this. Bringing up the end of the month sucks With Ds I was beginning of the 2nday week, so this is new. I am excited DH is finally on 3rds (he was training on 1st) so he won't miss the AS! Forgot to add, so glad to hear everything is ok @chopchop25!
