I didn't think it was an issue, but I put on normal pants today and I'm dying.

1 - i feel like my ass grew, likely just my hips widening {I hope}
2 - I've adjusted the pants below belly, still too tight. Fuck.

So I ordered 2 pairs of maternity pants. I already have 2, but one pair pisses me off to no end so I barely wear them.

I lucked in to a Old Navy Maternity coat from a Thrift store for $20... as a STM I needed it like 8 weeks ago! I also picked up an extender from a Facebook trade group... works awesome on my lighter coat. I would definitely recommend pre-loved half way through the season. I have also seen ladies in my OB office wearing their H's coats. But it depends... Mine is 6'6" and would SWIM in the arms...

@MissKittyDanger maternity pants are a PITA. Best ones I personally have are from Target. I give up on the keeping them all up above my ass. I have resorted to wearing my wrap/brace I use for pelvic pain on the outside as a huge belt. Usually my shirt covers it, but if it shows a little bit, I don't even care anymore. New fashion statement. This may be a non issue for me soon considering I've popped out overnight, but maybe not bc I have hips, but no butt. Good luck on your hunt.

@amys614 I have pretty good luck with Thyme, but I'm trying out Old Navy now - better pricing for the most part. I'm just hoping they fit *sigh*

I've looked. Booo! My H has a camo {real tree} coat that I'm not a fan of lol but my boss offered one of her coats if I need it, but so far the coat's fine

My goal is to get to nice weather with my coat, but I swear I keep forgetting I'm 5 months pregnant!

@rnielsen321 after MH and I were leaving dinner last night and I was struggling to zip my coat MH said that I could just wear his; he is 6'5." It was quite comical. I'm going to try the coat on before I buy it but I always feel weird when buying clothes on FB marketplace because you can't really try them all on. I got lucky with two pairs of moto jeggings that fit.

@doxiemoxie212 I know you watch the bachelor (or anyone else that is into the shows) my bff that watches and listens to almost all of the bachelor podcasts told me about a new one that a few of the women are doing called Babes and Babies. I don't watch the show so I'm not familiar with the ladies, who admittedly are a little annoying, but one is a new mom, one is due like now, and one is a doula with no kids. It is definitely more just girls chatting about babies and pregnancy. I would take it with a grain of salt that they are not trying to educate anyone but I like it.

Also, nesting has started early this time around. I completely cleaned out and organized the laundry room and I'm working on the coat closet now.

@krashke I listen to that too! Jade is the one who gave the birth position suggestion I mentioned a while ago. They def are slightly more clueless about things than I’d prefer lol but I liked the first episode.

@doxiemoxie212 ah! I think you shared her L&D video too. I will have to do some more digging on them. I just finished the second episode that came out this week and it was less about babies & pregnancy and more about being a mom.

DH helped his mom clean out her storage unit and for some reason he agreed to sell a bunch of her crap for her - with the deal that if we sold it, we would get half of the money. Which sounds nice right? Except now I am here stuck with bins and bins of effing beanie babies that are taking up room in my garage until they sell. Sigh.

Also - I had a dream last that my birth team didn’t make it in time for the birth. So I delivered without my midwife or my photographer. I was highly sad I didn’t have photos

@May14th2011 When does nesting start? Because I've already got it and I'm 23.4 weeks lol
Cleaned up back room of office, under the sink at home and started on the pantry at home also. Plus I scrubbed down entire kitchen.
Then proceeded to tell my husband if he makes a mess, I will kill him

@krashke I bought a maternity coat from Old Navy. I normally wear a large coat (in other brands). The coat looks like a pillow case on me because it is so huge. Like @doxiemoxie212 my regular coat is too tight, but my belly doesn't fill the maternity coat. I actually hate wearing it. So I wouldn't go up a size.

anyone wanna give their feelings about this bachelor season also?! Few things.... I feel like it went super fast..... I haaaate watching him kiss.... and I can usually say 'oh I could see her being the next bachelorette', but I just can't yet. I'm just not feeling this.

@catlady1215 I feel like this season went by SO fast! Like, we know nothing about Lauren. Who is she? She says nothing. It's hometowns already? IDK, it feels super rushed. And I'm bored by this season. It might be that I can't drink wine for it, which was my favorite part before lol, but Arie is just so boring! He's least boring with Lauren, but then Lauren is so boring that it's not any better!

@catlady1215 @doxiemoxie212 This is the first time I've ever watched The Bachelor. And, admittedly, I'm only half-assing my viewing of it. However, last night Arie and one of the girls (don't know any of their names, except Bekah ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) were kissing and they said to each other: "I love your lips." I cringed so hard - sooo much second hand embarrassment. I'm sure we all say weird stuff to our significant others, but OMG...everyone in America heard that. I had to change the channel for a little while.

My fav thing about Bekah, though, was that her mom reported her as a missing person a couple months ago (after filming) when really she was just on a marijuanna farm in Humbolt, CA.

Yeah this season of the Bachlor is extra bad. I don’t feel like it’s grabbing my interest at all this season - @LaceyBee522 - I find myself doing other things while “watching” this season and that’s not usually the case.

And I agree with @Catlady1215 that nobody stands out as a clear Bachlorette going forward like usual

@doxiemoxie212 - for some reason I thought it was during filming that she got reported missing. I don’t know why I thought that though. I agree that she (along with at least one other girl this season) felt completely fake the whole time.

@BurlapandLace @catlady1215 I feel like Tia is the clear front runner for bachelorette? I think he's going to choose Lauren because he seems to be irrationally attracted to her (she's so boring), but I think Tia will end up bachelorette. She's legacy -- Raven is a producer favorite, and she's BFFs with Raven so probably knows most of the producers anyway. She's well-educated but in a career that can move locations fairly easily. She looks a lot like Jojo. She's cute and interesting but hasn't done anything bad, etc. Seems v likable.

@BurlapandLace I think Becca is still an option, I just feel like he's irrationally attracted to Lauren, and she looks more like girls he's gone for in the past. I feel like guys on this show often go for the blandest, most boring girl, and I think it's because the producers give the winner a really bland, boring edit so that she doesn't offend anyone.

The other night I had a dream that a doctor told me I needed to be induced. (This is not out of the question since I've been induced twice now). I was all set to go through with it, my husband was with me and everything when I suddenly realized I'm only 23 weeks pregnant. I panicked and told them I didn't want to be induced yet (there didn't appear to be a reason/medical emergency for them to do it). They sighed, had me sign a consent form that I was rejecting medical care, and let me leave. It was kind of terrible. My brain was reeling that they were telling me they wanted to induce when the baby would barely be viable.

Agree with everything about the Bachelor. Arie sucks and is so boring. I hate how he talks down to all of the women. I was also super confused when he let Seinne go because she seemed way more interesting than lauren and their date seemed to go really well. I wouldn't mind her as Bachelorette. Tia is fine but she's just a Raven duplicate to me. I was glad that young Bekah left and I don't really have any opinions on the other Becca. Also agree that the season seemed to go super fast and I didn't know who any of the girls were until like a week ago lol

@May14th2011 How far along are you? Mine started about 22 weeks {FTM also} No urgency, but more "urg this mess!!!" kind of frustration. Then it just excels from there lmao {ie; "i'll just clean these counters" end result is me scrubbing down counters, stove, microwave, small areas, reorganizing tupperware}

@laceybee522 he has this habit of like caressing their collar bones and necks.. it makes me super uncomfortable lol

im also one of those viewers that have to go look up the winner at the beginning of the season. I'm not impressed (which isn't saying much this season)

Id still love to see Kristina get to be bachelorette btw! Even though she's not from this season... but that obviously doesn't stop them.

This season of the bachelor was a major fail for me. It was hard to really root for anyone, everything did seem so rushed. Plus, I didn't like Arie... So many other options!

DH and I have this ongoing, nonverbal disagreement on where to keep the peanut butter. It belongs in a cupboard where I keep commonly used food items that don’t belong in the pantry. Maybe about 6 feet from the toaster. DH believes it needs to be in the cupboard nearest the toaster. He told me just now, “In case you’re wondering, I will continue to move the peanut butter. It belongs by the toaster.” I told him, “But that cupboard doesn’t have food in it. It’s for coffee, mugs and the other coffee things!” To which he responded, “Peanut butter isn’t a food. It’s a lifestyle.” SMH (but also cracking up a little inside so he doesn’t realize how funny I thought that was).The battle will continue.

@l2589 I have to laugh cause peanut butter is a lifestyle in our house also. Ours sits on top of the breadbox, which is on a shelf right next to the toaster. We decided it's pointless to put it in any cabinet or pantry

Peanut butter lives on the table at our house on the cupcake stand where I keep other things we use constantly like salt and pepper and napkins. It's a state of emergency over here if all the peanut butter is gone.

Hi! I still go here! I have been busy and tired!

I need to watch the most recent bachelor episode. Not very into it this season.

Heartburn is my life these days.

Baby boy moves all the time now but I still can't feel him on my belly/he stops moving when I try to feel. Pretty sure he's still breech because his favorite place to kick is my bladder.

DH and I don't agree on boy names. My plan is to wear him down on the one I like.
