  I’ll start us off! This is my little bean today measuring at 6w3d (according to LMP I’m 6w4d). Saw that little heart beating and the tears were immediate. I’m so proud right now I want to pin this US to my shirt and wear it around all day!

  @leahcimmichael you're little bean looks just like my little bean! . I didn't get pictures, but I had one done yesterday at 6w 4d as well and measuring exactly. We saw the fluttering of the heart too, and it was the best feeling!! Due date buddies!

  I don’t recall OB giving me a pic of it last pregnancy, so I don’t expect to get one this time. However, I can’t wait to see LO’s heart beat.

  Went in today because I was having very bad pain that I don't remember from my first pregnancy. Doctor wanted to rule out ectopic. I knew I was only like 18 DPO at most so I thought they were nuts wanting to stick a camera up there but low and behold, there's a sac in my uterus. Everything looks good and in the right place. My pain is from an asteroid-sized cyst. I'm a lot more excited now even if it's just the sac. Lol.

  6 weeks! Everything looks fine, we could see the vibration of the heart beat!
  But the doctor said it was too early to hear, so We’ll be back there next week for confirmation.

  Congrats to all of you! I won’t have my first appt until January. Just a friendly reminder to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE trim your personal information off of your ultrasound pics. Literally anyone can see this board.
  We had 2 catfish situations on my last BMB. One of them lasted 8 months before we caught on. We also had a gofundme situation which turned out to be sketchy. You never know who is looking at your info.

  A week from today I get to go. And I’ll be 8 weeks. I’m so excited. We plan to use the u/s pic to surprise grandma who has been nagging for a grand baby basically since we met. Lol. Congrats everyone :-)

  Here is my ultrasound from Thursday where I was 6w 6days. Had an abdominal ultrasound done instead of vaginal, but you can still see it decently. We were able to see the fluttering of it's heartbeat! I'm a twin myself so I asked the technician if she was sure there was only one and she said yes, lol. She didn't really look around though, but I believe her. Twins are pretty rare. So glad to see a healthy little bean in there especially being PGAL.
  
  @knottie448968c0caf36973 you should be able to see something by that timeframe unless you are off on your dates. As you can see from mine which is pretty close to your timeframe. The heartbeat you may or may not see though, but it's still early! Good luck on Monday!

  Here's my little nugget last week at 7 weeks 1 day. Strong heartbeat at 142bpm. I'm a FTM who has been trying for over a year and finally conceived after first IVF.

  @courtpalm Same! I'm a FTM and so impatient to get to that first appointment. 1/10 feels like a lifetime away. Love seeing everyone's US though... Makes me all the more excited!

  Double rainbow all the way!! We are expecting twins. So exciting. They are both measuring 6w1d so one day behind. The 2nd baby was squished in the corner. At first dr thought it was a disappearing twin and then he found the hb and we are very excited and praying for sticky beans.

  Everyone the USs are super exciting! I got to see my little penut on Monday! 7w2d, but measuring about 4 days behind- which was expected based on when I O’d. We even saw the little heartbeat! Next appointment is in three weeks!

  I had my firsthand ultrasound at 7.5 weeks and they saw a sac with a baby and heart beat and also an empty sac.  Thoughts?

  @Nurse127 I was curious so I looked it up. It looks like you’re probably on the bubble time wise where you could either have twins or a vanishing twin. It should be confirmed one way or the other at your next appt.
