Alright, diagnosis is in on my bleeding. Let me know if I should be TW this, I wasn't sure.
Dr says I have a subchronic hematoma. Potentially it could cause a miscarriage, or it could heal itself. The good news is that mine is apparently relatively small, which is a good sign. Only thing I can do is pelvic rest. Otherwise it's a waiting game. I have another ultrasound in two weeks so hopefully will have a good update then.
I'm glad they found the source. I had two SCHs when I was pregnant with my twins. Definitely terrifying. Both of them reabsorbed or bled out. It's a great sign that it's smaller than the sac. Just keep thinking positive thoughts and keep your mind busy so the time goes fast.
I've been nausea pretty much every day, all day. I think it has a lot to do with hunger as others mentioned, but the thought of eating isn't a good feeling either. I really don't lIke this feeling but since I don't have an apt with OB until 10 weeks (1.5 weeks to go) it at least makes me feel that I have a viable pregnancy.
I didn't have great skin pre-pregnancy, but my breakouts have reached a new level. And I don't like wearing makeup because I am super paranoid about everything I put on my skin over the next 9 months.

I hear ya. I'm breaking out a bit more too. There are lots of safe, clean beauty companies out there (in fact I'm a rep for one). The company I work for has products that are safe for pregnant women. There is baby and kid products, skin care, hair care, cosmetics, and even sunscreen (and a men's line coming). If you're interested in learning about the products and/or pricing PM me! I'd be happy to share info and answer questions
@silverhope What's your face washing routine? I had really lousy skin and I thought it was combination dry and oily and then I went to a dermatologist and she said I had absurdly DRY skin. My face was overproducing oil to try and moisturize. That was causing my breakouts. I started using a gentle moisturizer and that solved the problem. I now use Josie Moran facial argan oil.
@justsuzie Hm, that’s interesting. I haven’t changed my face washing routine since pregnancy, but the breakouts have shifted from just my chin (and only during the 2nd week post-O) to my entire forehead and all the time.
Maybe I’ve been treating the wrong thing (counteracting the oily instead of fixing dryness...). Worth a shot to try something different. What I’m currently doing isn’t working.
@silverhope someone said something to me one time that changed my whole skin, really. They said that you can get oily skin from washing it too much, because your skin wants to be at least a little oily, and keeps trying to compensate. From then on, every time I showered, I scrubbed my face pretty well, then used a really good lotion called Renew every time. Now, my nose isn't oily all the time, and my chin isn't dry.
Something else I do from time to time when my acne gets really bad: I scrub my face with a bleached washcloth and soap, then dry it off and rub Neosporin in a thin layer all over my face, right before bed. I use a bleached old pillowcase because it will get greasy. In the morning, my skin looks extremely soft. After a few days of this, I have no new breakouts and at least a little break from acne.
I'll probably get flamed for this because everyone has their ideas about what works. It works for me, that's all.
I had a doctor tell me that all the complex products I was using was making things worst. So I'm down to just rinsing with water and then a small amount pure aargan oil. It works well for me and is waaay cheaper than all the fancy stuff. PS this is extra ironic since I used to work in R&D at a major cosmetic company!

This was my problem too! I had horrible acne in my 20s and it was because I wasn't moisturizing! Argan oil is amazing! I also use cetaphil gentle sking cleanser. It has parabens though, so it might not be the best!
@fraufarbissina, I should have taken a photo of the hotel clerk's face when he noticed my sand bucket. It was weird, haha. DH hinted about why we had it and he congratulated us. A hotel clerk knows before our siblings, haha. Then in the elevator, I almost threw up when it would start and stop. A maintenence man came on from a random floor and asked if I was sick. I told him "kind of, but don't worry, it's not contagious" and DH just laughed and laughed.
