AFM: 2nd Beta is in 246 whoo hoo!!! Thrilled that it didn't just double but tripled, thats my baby!! 3rd beta on monday!! I've been hurting as we all know so I waited a long time to see my RE today which I was to do regardless as I had very MINOR spotting last night. Tried not to stress out and post it everywhere ...BUT while carrying my twins I never had any spotting of anything so I was a lil terrified to say the least. Need to move past what was and just try and live this pregnancy!! I wish we were at US already!! My prog dropped a lil to 32.5 but its still ok.

@Hopeful_mom YAY!!! The spotting may have to do with your progesterone suppository reaction. Just try to stay chill and don't do too much. Your progesterone still looks great!
Woooohoooo @hopeful_mom!!! That is an awesome beta! I am so happy for you!
I also think the spotting is due to all the irritation from the progesterone. Try not to stress (easier said that done). Just remember today you are KTFU!!

After I saw your update the other night I had to come back and find out how today went. I'm so excited for you. Tripling! That's great news. The vag on fire thing sounds awful. And so excited for @helloworld9 and @ReesaAnne16. Sounds like everything is moving along exactly as it supposed to.
@BusinessWife 7 is good. I know it's always hard to not feel bummed about the ones that didn't make it, but fingers crossed for the next report. Will you get a day 3?

This board moves fast and we have a bunch of new people since I was fully involved so haven't been totally able to keep it all straight. But I feel so happy that we've had some great reports.
AFM: Finally had my transfer today. I was nervous that it wouldn't survive the thaw, but it did. So I still kinda have one more if needed. It was crazy to watch it being inserted straight into the lining. My beta is on Oct. 10. I'm hopeful that's a good omen, 10/10, right? Today is also the start to Yom Kippur and even though I haven't gone to services in years, I figured, seems fitting to go and be a bit reflective and hope to get "sealed in the book of life for the next year." My dad (who is quite religious) wrote me that he's praying for me tonight, so I figure, can't hurt right? Anyway, got past one more hurdle today. Or maybe it's one pass on a huge mountain?

Im not super religious but am traditional and celebrate the holidays. Especially this time of year, I went to temple and felt like I was still praying for the same thing just a Lil different. (TW my twins should've been a few months so it was hard BUT I kept reminding myself I have my baby with me just in a different way!!) im sure the forum is ready for me to get bac to the other side . It's crazy you go through so many cycles you really feel like you know everyone. im so glad I found this site as no one can ever understand what you're going through. My mom can't even look at the needles. My brother saw a shot and was like "you're not doing that here right." Everyone can feel bad but until ur really in it u don't get it AND THE WORRY, OMG!!! We literally know fertilization from day one. Those ppl that don't know they're pregnant till like 4months...they'll never know how lucky they were. All that stress they didn't have to go through!! I never use to be such a worrier and I feel like that's all that I am and I hate it!!
Just got back from temple and I'm cheating being on the phone but it's great way to look at it. Go tomorrow and hear them blow the shofar and ask for all you desire! I feel and hope I'm really being heard then!! Technically it's have an easy fast now

@gfgrump. Welcome back! And congrats on Transfer!!! Hoping for all good things this year for you - and for all of us! AFM, we didn't get a day 3. My clinic only does a freeze report on Day 6... so today's the day! We have decided we will move onto transfer regardless of how many we get to add to our three frosties-in-waiting. We would still have his two TESE samples to use if it came to it, but for now, we are excited and ready to move onto PUPO status! My FET will be some time the week of November 13-17th...

Our hearts are full. ❤ Where last time there was still the twinge of nervous fear or anxiety that we might still not have "enough" to complete our family, I think we are both just happy and relieved to have seven now!! In a strange way, we feel like we have become parents already, to our little babies waiting for us to bring them home - even though that really did happen the first time, but either we were too anxious to feel it? Or now that the next phase is transfer prep, it feels more real??? But at any rate, we are very happy and hopeful and grateful. @BusinessWife Very well put. I know it's very difficult to do this during IVF, but I need to remember to count my blessings sometimes. I do consider my frozen embryos my babies, and I will be coming for them.

@gfgrump. Well yes and no? I am waiting for AF, then I will probably start BCPs. Polypectomy surgery is the 18th, so not super looking forward, but then I'm not sure if I will get a period? Or stay on bcps? Start estrogen priming? Not sure anymore but will just have to wait for instructions and go with the flow. So I'll be taking <i>something</i>, (just not shots), and not exactly "relaxing" to have surgery! :s. But other than that, yeah, I won't really have to do any more injections till closer to second or third week of November. Phew!
@BusinessWife I had my polypectomy in May this year and I was up and running the following day after my surgery (literally). My DH and I were confined in the same hospital that day of my procedure. He had a Septoplasty scheduled the next day after my polypectomy. I had to take care of him during and after his surgery. His procedure was tough. I totally forgot that I had a procedure done myself. He was such a baby that time. Anyway, bottom line, your procedure will be ok

Yep, after both my fibroid removals I had little to no pain and was as active as normal the same day! Lol.

I'm not sure with the polyps (at first they thought my fibroids were polyps and they were like: easy peasy!!) but for mt fibroids I was under general and fully knocked out. I was really scared the first time (half my family came both times because we were all nervous!) But I did fine and both times same day got out and walked my dog and even popped in to another doc for a quick consult. When I told him I had just had fibroids removed that morning he was like WTF??? How are you up and about???
@Hopeful_mom - SO HAPPY ABOUT YOUR SECOND BETA!!!!! So exciting! And I am excited for your 3rd beta today! Keeping FX for you - any spotting would stress me out too! But hoping it's from the progesterone, as others have said.

AFM - my polypectomy is today, I'm just waiting. No fluids or anything because I will be under general. Really hoping it all goes well - I'm a little nervous because I've been told two things - that it's a polyp AND that it's a fibroid - so I'm worried when they actually knock me out and go in that it may be a more invasive procedure than they're prepared for.
I go away for the weekend and come back to such wonderful news!!

the nurse originally seemed very quite and sad at first when she spoke and was giving me a heart attack like it was bad news. Which I told her so I needed to breathe and then let her continue....she really freaked me out.
prog dropped a lil more to 27.5 and E2 to 197 she said that everything looks great. Is our E2 suppose to be higher??

dragonette505 how are you feeling? Are you finally feeling better? How my people are with me at the RE, is your vag finally feeling better...um no not really I'm trying to stay positive for sure but if you heard this news i thought the worst was coming AND I would say this. I did find out this girl is new but IF is rough lady we like to here from people that still have life and hope left in there voice too, come on! It does sound perfect thank u -I'm hoping pnut will look just as perfect!!

@dragonette505@tinjp78. @BusinessWife Its very interesting how different everyone is on fibroids and polyps and how its handled. I thought everyone would be put out completely. I thought I mentioned it before but I had one and one...I kept getting different info but we'll say one and one and I was put out. This was my first surgery ever and I was petrified. Never had been under like that or in a hospital before but luckily all went well. I did hurt for quite a few days later, had cramping and bleeding for quite a few days...I would say I felt "better" and back to "normal" in 5/7 days. So my hate off to all of you running to costco and everything else!! I sound like such a wuss now huh

@funkykey they cant do anything more than they said... if they were to go in and determine it was much more extensive than they said (like if for some reason it was not where they thought it was) they would have to inform you unless you released them to do anything.
I have a grading question but I feel a little funny asking, because I don't want to be a total TW. I know sometimes people can find seeing other ladies' numbers and reports triggering while they are in cycle and I dont want to upset anyone if they aren't in the mood to see it. I legit have no experience here and I feel like a total ivf newb, so I hope this isn't an idiotic question.

So that all seems pretty straightforward and pretty great!? And I know we talked about that here. ;)</p><p> </p><p>This time we have a 4AB, 5AB, and two that are each graded 6CB. So it's my understanding that the 6 part is great! They're fully hatched? But the CB part is what has me a little worried... Does anyone know if this is a bad indicator?
<span>I know ultimately grading doesn't mean much, and when they choose which ones to transfer first, they're going to be looking at the embryoscope footage anyway. But that CB part just has me a little concerned. :s</span> </p></div>

AFM: 2nd Beta is in 246 whoo hoo!!! Thrilled that it didn't just double but tripled, thats my baby!! 3rd beta on monday!! I've been hurting as we all know so I waited a long time to see my RE today which I was to do regardless as I had very MINOR spotting last night. Tried not to stress out and post it everywhere

I also think the spotting is due to all the irritation from the progesterone. Try not to stress (easier said that done). Just remember today you are KTFU!!

Congrats @Hopeful_mom!! After I saw your update the other night I had to come back and find out how today went. I'm so excited for you. Tripling! That's great news. The vag on fire thing sounds awful.
And so excited for @helloworld9 and @ReesaAnne16. Sounds like everything is moving along exactly as it supposed to.
@BusinessWife 7 is good. I know it's always hard to not feel bummed about the ones that didn't make it, but fingers crossed for the next report. Will you get a day 3?

This board moves fast and we have a bunch of new people since I was fully involved so haven't been totally able to keep it all straight. But I feel so happy that we've had some great reports.
AFM: Finally had my transfer today. I was nervous that it wouldn't survive the thaw, but it did. So I still kinda have one more if needed. It was crazy to watch it being inserted straight into the lining. My beta is on Oct. 10. I'm hopeful that's a good omen, 10/10, right? Today is also the start to Yom Kippur and even though I haven't gone to services in years, I figured, seems fitting to go and be a bit reflective and hope to get "sealed in the book of life for the next year." My dad (who is quite religious) wrote me that he's praying for me tonight, so I figure, can't hurt right? Anyway, got past one more hurdle today. Or maybe it's one pass on a huge mountain?

Im not super religious but am traditional and celebrate the holidays. Especially this time of year, I went to temple and felt like I was still praying for the same thing just a Lil different. (TW my twins should've been a few months so it was hard BUT I kept reminding myself I have my baby with me just in a different way!!)

im so glad I found this site as no one can ever understand what you're going through. My mom can't even look at the needles. My brother saw a shot and was like "you're not doing that here right." Everyone can feel bad but until ur really in it u don't get it AND THE WORRY, OMG!!! We literally know fertilization from day one. Those ppl that don't know they're pregnant till like 4months...they'll never know how lucky they were. All that stress they didn't have to go through!! I never use to be such a worrier and I feel
like that's all that I am and I hate it!!

It does feel different this time. Our hearts are full. ❤ Where last time there was still the twinge of nervous fear or anxiety that we might still not have "enough" to complete our family, I think we are both just happy and relieved to have seven now!! In a strange way, we feel like we have become parents already, to our little babies waiting for us to bring them home - even though that really did happen the first time, but either we were too anxious to feel it? Or now that the next phase is transfer prep, it feels more real??? But at any rate, we are very happy and hopeful and grateful. Our cups runneth over!

I'm not sure with the polyps (at first they thought my fibroids were polyps and they were like: easy peasy!!) but for mt fibroids I was under general and fully knocked out. I was really scared the first time (half my family came both times because we were all nervous!) But I did fine and both times same day got out and walked my dog and even popped in to another doc for a quick consult. When I told him I had just had fibroids removed that morning he was like WTF??? How are you up and about???

AFM - my polypectomy is today, I'm just waiting. No fluids or anything because I will be under general. Really hoping it all goes well - I'm a little nervous because I've been told two things - that it's a polyp AND that it's a fibroid - so I'm worried when they actually knock me out and go in that it may be a more invasive procedure than they're prepared for.
@BusinessWife Congratulations on your 4 new frosties!!! I'm so happy for you! I'll definitely be following along the November FET board, and it sounds like you've got a good omen. Woohoo!!

the nurse originally seemed very quite and sad at first when she spoke and was giving me a heart attack like it was bad news. Which I told her so I needed to breathe and then let her continue....she really freaked me out.
prog dropped a lil more to 27.5 and E2 to 197 she said that everything looks great. Is our E2 suppose to be higher??
First US is scheduled for 10/16 ugh so far away...

Its very interesting how different everyone is on fibroids and polyps and how its handled. I thought everyone would be put out completely. I thought I mentioned it before but I had one and one...I kept getting different info but we'll say one and one and I was put out. This was my first surgery ever and I was petrified. Never had been under like that or in a hospital before but luckily all went well. I did hurt for quite a few days later, had cramping and bleeding for quite a few days...I would say I felt "better" and back to "normal" in 5/7 days. So my hate off to all of you running to costco and everything else!! I sound like such a wuss now huh

TW. I know sometimes people can find seeing other ladies' numbers and reports triggering while they are in cycle and I dont want to upset anyone if they aren't in the mood to see it. I legit have no experience here and I feel like a total ivf newb, so I hope this isn't an idiotic question.

<div class="Spoiler"><p>We got our grading back today from our second IVF cycle. The first time we had three frozen and we got a 4BB, 5AB, and 5AA, if I remember correctly. So that all seems pretty straightforward and pretty great!? And I know we talked about that here. ;)</p><p>
</p><p>This time we have a 4AB, 5AB, and two that are each graded 6CB. So it's my understanding that the 6 part is great! They're fully hatched? But the CB part is what has me a little worried... Does anyone know if this is a bad indicator?
<span>I know ultimately grading doesn't mean much, and when they choose which ones to transfer first, they're going to be looking at the embryoscope footage anyway. But that CB part just has me a little concerned. :s</span>
