@reneeannemm Sorry to hear about the down day. Accomplishing things always helps me feel better about life. I can't control everything I want to control, but sometimes just doing an awesome job on something small is enough for me.
I'm trying to line things up to occupy me not to test for the next week. If nothing more I'll be getting stuff done!!
@reneeannemm Sorry yesterday was a rough day. Getting ready this morning, I started thinking about if I find out next week that I am PG again, will this be the one or will we have to endure another loss, and can I deal with it again. This just sucks sometimes.

@reneeannemm Sorry about yesterday. I am really rooting for you this month.
Should be 6-7 DPO first cycle post mc so feeling all the pressure. Just hoping a BFN will not get me too down. ):
I think today will be better; I seem to have a little more energy to get things going. When I'm really down, I like to try a new, complex Indian recipe (toast and grind whole spices, the whole bit) so as soon as I get dressed, I'm heading off to the Bangladeshi grocery to gather some supplies for tofu tikka masala. Then I'm going to make a gingerbread and bring it to the neighbourhood businesses where I have friends. I may do some online shopping for a couple Christmas gifts; I'm almost done. Mostly anything to stop from staring at my chart all day (yep, I picked up temping again in case I start regular acupuncture in the new year).

Ick...I think I'm getting sick. I was all excited when I was feeling sore and tired. Then the head cold part started to kick in. Going from this could be it to this is a cold crushed my day
6DPO for me. I am just not feeling it. It's totally ridiculous to say but the first go round being pregnant the symptoms were all there. This time around there's nothing but some mild thirst and some totally erratic temperatures. I shouldn't let it get me down but I feel frustrated and annoyed with my body. Ugh. 1st week of the TWW pity party.
@reneeannemm sorry yesterday wasn't so great for you. Your recipe sounds delicious .
@flipflopped sorry you are starting to get sick. It sounds like something I had a couple weeks ago and it didn't last long. I hope it doesn't last long for you either.
I am currently 11 dpo and my Temps have been holding/declining ever so slightly the last couple days. I will be testing on Friday if AF doesn't show up first.

@reneeannemm I'm sorry you were having a rough day yesterday. I am glad you were able to somewhat come out of your funk. It's so easy for us to slip into that bad space when during TTCAL. I find myself either being positive or in a complete funk over this process. I also find that when other areas of my life are not great, I tend to get down on TTCAL. I'm 7 months TTCAL and 9 months post loss and sometimes I get really down about why I'm still not KU. Hang in there. I hope today is a better day.
@brooklyngirl18 you asked when I would test, in the check in thread but I figured I would answer you here- I was thinking I would wait till Sunday? I will be either 15 or 16 DPO by then. I don't have any Wondfos or HPTs so I figured I would wait it out. Or should I get Wondfo's on Amazon Prime
@kidria I hear you. I've had cycles where I felt nothing and some where I have all kinds of symptoms- it's hard to decipher what is going on. It's so frustrating sometimes.
@stephann85 I feel the same way. I am crampy and I feel it's my body getting ready for AF.

@flipflopped Feel better!
@roxgibbons I am finding that my bad days are stretching out further, almost starting to grow together. It used to be pretty bad from 7dpo to 11 dpo, when I'd go from manic belief in this being the month to realizing I wasn't pregnant again but then I'd be ready to take on the next cycle anew. I find myself not finding that hope now until a few days before ovulation. I wish I had some wise words of comfort, but I only have commiseration to offer.
Just got DH's SA results back. All is normal/good. I'm not familiar with sperm cellularity? It says they're moderately cellular? Anyway, this was a zero day hold (appointment came up suddenly) and the lab says it took more than two hours for them to get to it.
4.5 ml
Count: 113 million
Motility: 60%
Abnormal: 20% (is that the morphology?)
My CD 3 panel was
Ferritin 33 ug/L
TSH 2.08 mIU/L
FSH 7 IU/L
HB A1C 4.7%
Prolactin 19 ug/L
Estradiol 145 pmol/L (=39.5 pg/ml)
I also had a saline sonogram, which showed clear tubes and three fibroids ~ 3cm which would not be interfering with conception or implantation. WHY
I can tell you is that over the past nine months I have had every single weird symptom ever written on the internet - from a pimple (which I can count on one hand the number I've had in my ENTIRE life), to hysterical, uncharacteristic breakdowns, random TWW sore throat, burning nipples, swollen lymph nodes, sore joints, bleeding gums, extreme exhaustion, insomnia, vivid (bfp) dreams, overwhelming nausea, nasty blue evaps (I know how to use a pregnancy test), to a fricking triphasic chart - well here I am. I hope that this is almost over and I don't have to wait any more cycles and experience the total, utter helpless mind fuck that comes with long term TTC. It all feels so much worse when I realize there are so many people going through the same kinds of things - the silent anguish. I don't even recognize myself sometimes and I am extremely self assured and comfortable in my own life and identity. Haha, talk about a first week of the TWW pity party.

Bodies are weird, and they aren't machines, unfortunately. I think a blood test would be a waste of time and money, really, if the HPTs are negative. The general rule of thumb if you don't know when you ovulated is to take a test at least once an week and call your doctor once you hit 60 days without a period or a positive test.
In any case, I'm sorry for the long cycle and the frustration. It just adds insult to injury, in a way. I hope you get some resolution soon, and hopefully a BFP.
Also LOL at your "general rule of thumb," which is absolutely correct but only testing once a week post-ovulation is a level of self-control I can't even imagine having!!! DPO 2 and I'm already having the "is DPO 4 REALLY too early to test" BSC conversation with myself.
https://www.fertilityplus.com/faq/hpt.html
For comparison, here's an interesting news article from 1987 that says home tests could have false negative rates of up to 30%. And they weren't accurate until 1-2 weeks after a missed period.
https://articles.latimes.com/1987-06-21/news/mn-8979_1_home-pregnancy-test
Other interesting trivia, the first home tests in the late 70s/early 80s could only be taken 2 weeks after your missed period and would take 2 HOURS to give results. We're a tad bit spoiled these days.
This is why the stories of "my aunt/mother didn't get a positive test for months with my cousin/my sister" don't hold up these days. If you get a negative test on an HPT today, it's almost a certainty that you are either not pregnant or not pregnant yet (I.e, you ovulated later than you thought).
ETA: and yes to the self control! Lol. That's why I test first with cheap Wondfos. I don't feel like I'm just peeing on money. Here's a nifty website with rates of positives and false negatives by DPO.
https://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancy-test/results-by-day-past-ovulation.php
Note the disclaimer: all the women getting positives before 6 DPO likely have no clue when they actually ovulated. Implantation doesn't occur generally until 7-10DPO, so it's impossible to get a BFP at 4 DPO.
@MDLH keeping my fx that it's just too early!
I got my temp rise today!!! Last month it took 6 days after I felt O pain and I was very worried about my progesterone levels. This month it took 2 days after the O pain. Am I a sucker for crediting the change to the acupuncture I started? Oh well, I'm just so relieved for the normal temp rise!!
