My belly button is really starting to hurt. I was born with an umbilical hernia, and pregnancy reallllly irritates it. I have a circular bruise surrounding my belly button now (which I had when I was pregnant with DS, too), and it's just really sore. It was bothering me during my morning workout, too. Which is a shame, because I really want to keep those up for as long as possible.
@ibabyloveb87 I had to get up every ten minutes for the first hour and a half of trying to sleep last night because I thought I had to pee. Just a tiny trickle every time. So obnoxious!
This little guy has been rolling around a lot and it's really uncomfortable. I feel like I'm being scraped from the inside.
My hubby woke me up this morning and he looked concerned, I am always peeing through the night and when he went to the bathroom he said he saw in the toilet this light red color, I am not sure I flushed the last time ( I always pee in zombie mode). I am a bit concerned, but so far I haven't seen any spotting or blood, still it worries me
@ibabyloveb87 - Same! My husband has enacted a "two pees before flush" rule for me because he says I'm wasting a ton of water by flushing after the two drops that come out most of the time.
My worst symptom to date is hip/tailbone pain. When I stand or sit for too long, it feels like my tailbone is going to rip apart. No fun
@CopperBoom86 yup my tailbone feels like it's going to explode when I sit for too long. I went to a baby shower yesterday and had to sit on a folding chair for hours. I could barely stand up when it was time to leave!
So, this is my 1st. I've Google Braxton hicks, but everything is different. I get this intense pressure almost pain really low where baby is, I imagine her flexing her arms and legs as far out as possible. It comes and goes no reason to it, doesnt seem to be BH from what I've read but I don't really know... Any thoughts/ideas??
Pulsing/heart beat in my left ear started Saturday evening. I thought it was a blood pressure problem but my BP was fine. Some Googling tells me it's more increased blood flow and the vein behind that ear is enlarged. If I push behind my ear it stops, but it's driving me crazy.

@MorganL925 I have that too. Mainly in my right ear, and it's usually every day at some point. Very annoying but I don't think it's any cause for concern!
This thread gets more and more bleak every week, lol.
@samkins I have been having a hard time discerning BH as well. Seems like there's a lot going on down there and it's hard to be sure whether it's baby kicks, BHs, ligament/stretching pain, our increased pressure from a growing baby!
+1 for tailbone pain- unfortunately I've had it since after my first pregnancy and while it gets better (esp when not pregnant) I am sad to say that this is my 3rd pregnancy and the tailbone pain seems to be with me for life. Hopefully it's not the same for the rest of you.
@mayisch- I'd keep an eye on that & call your OB if you do get spotting.
@samkins- BH does often feel like the baby is trying to stretch out all the way. But sometimes it's just the baby trying to stretch out all the way
AFM, DD can now kick my right side so hard that it's seriously painful - last big kick left me in pain for about ten minutes. Wtf.
You guys... this less-than-freshness is supernatural... how can I feel like a pungent ogre only hours after a shower, performing minimal to nonexistent physical labor?
@AllyTheKid - that's how I'm feeling too. It's got to be this ridiculous heat (and humidity here). Even though I'm inside most of the time. I went to use the restroom and my underwear was damp and for a split second I though "amniotic fluid" and then realized, no, it's really likely sweat. Sexy.

@samkins - I get that stretching/flexing pressure/pain feeling from my lil bean too - pretty sure he is just stretching out or rolling or turning. BH, in my experience, feel similar, but my whole uterus/abdomen "basketballs up" (tightens and firms everywhere) and I don't necessarily feel the pelvic pressure to the same extent as when he turns/rolls/stretches.
@brzvice - I found Jojoba oil (1-3 drops) on my face has been AMAZING and has cleared up my skin. I also put it all over my bump/boobs/hips and my PUPPS have disappeared. Its pretty awesome! I bought a bottle for $7-8 at Trader Joes and I am so glad I did - my skin was a MESS before... Word of warning, though - use sparingly and be prepared for your skin to "purge" impurities for the first several weeks...
I am GERDalicious here! Whewwwweeee!!! Also, my veins are incredible! I am a translucent map of the human circulatory system! + Hemorrhoids ++ Fatigue. All in all, though - just so happy and blessed to be this far!
@CopperBoom86 I'm so glad you said that! DH and I were just talking about how it makes no sense that our water bill is sky high this month bc we haven't done anything out of the ordinary. It's all the flushing! The same rule will now be enacted in our home... For me anyway. He pees like a normal person lol
Holy finger swelling!! I was fine up until Saturday when hubby and I weeded the garden. Hubby had to stop because his back was hurting, which is fine cause I was taking my time and lots of breaks, but by the evening my hands were sore. I figured it was just the repetitive motion, but ya they've been swollen since, to the point my rings won't fit and it's tight to bend my fingers. I hope this doesn't last my remaining 10 weeks.
+1 to CM. I was out and about and thought I may have peed myself. Finally found a decently clean public restroom and rush in, only to realize it's a hunk of CM. So. Gross.
Also my uterus appears to be right at my rib line, such that when sitting baby can kick both the front and back of my lowest rib...
@mrszoess hope you medication works --- mine doesn't help at all. I really want my Dexlant back. I need to go and beg for more samples since it costs $200 because CIGNA won't cover it anymore.
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
I usually wake up with pretty bad left hip and leg pain despite the use of an oversized body pillow. I also developed this bad rash on the insides of my knees.. Oh and cardboard skin anyone !?
I've hopped on the pee pee express harder than ever before. It is infuriating waking up several times a night, feeling as though if I don't pee RIGHT NOW I'm going to explode, then only managing a small trickle... Eff you bladder!
Also, dreams are still weird AF. Last night I had one that a MAN was somehow a surrogate and joined our BMB. He was super douchey and going on about how he didn't understand what we were all griping about because he wasn't having ANY problems, so I woke up in a crappy mood and was upset at FI over it (because he is the only man around to direct my temporary man hating towards)... All better now though
@bnsmith85 It made me so mad! Almost as mad as my horribly structured sentences are making me. That post needs serious editing, I can only tolerate the word 'and' so many times. No more sleepy posting for me.

I have a crappy immune system as it is, but this kid is totally hogging it! Good thing he's so wittle and adorable. I'm sick again with a cold after being sick 4 weeks ago. I feel terrible but I called out yesterday so I have to go in today and then right after work I have to drive to the hospital for a breastfeeding class from 6-9pm when I just want to be in bedddddd.
I can feel the judgy eyes in my office as I get up to pee every 20 minutes. If only they knew what it felt like to have a human being using their bladder as a bean bag chair...

Add me to the list for tailbone pain! I've always had issues with my tailbone/lower back, and with this pregnancy it's like a bazillion times worse.
Also... cervical fluid. Always had a lot and now being pregnant I have a LOT. That's fun.
