Our gorgeous baby BOY arrived early to this party. Weighing 4lbs 12oz on Sunday 27th Sept at 5.56am, we welcome to the world our beautiful son, Jude Michael Precious. (I can't believe I've just seen the post above; Great name choice!)
Doing brilliantly well, on a precautionary course of antibiotics. We took him to neonates yesterday morning as he was tiring quickly with feeding. Sucking reflexes all there, I'm expressing well and already we're noticing a difference having that assistance so should be out in no time.

On Tue I went to the Dr and got checked 4cm/80%, after getting home I took a nap, when I went to the bathroom I peed a lot more then I thought and couldn't stop it so I thought my water broke. Being GBS+ and my 1st labor being only 5 hours I went in to get it checked. On my way there I started having mild contractions every 8-10 minutes. My water didn't Break but after 2 hours and my contractions picking up to every 2-3 minutes but only lasting 30-40 sec, my cervix went from 4-5. I got admitted and they let me labor till I got my second set of antibiotics was the plan- due at 1130pm. I remained at 5 cm till 10pmish, when I said I think my water broke.my nurse came in 40min later and I was complete and baby was right there. They called the Dr. Around 11 and she was 15 min away. I felt lots of pressure and when the Dr got there at 1120 she went to open my legs and the head was half way out. She closed my legs and tried to position me and after reopening my legs the next contraction the baby came out. We went from team green to team blue. So excited to be the mom of two boys!!!!!!

I have never had high blood pressure before but Wednesday night had such a sudden onset that I had a seizure. Once they got my blood pressure under control they opted to do an emergency c-section bc the seizure is very dangerous to the baby. Nothing went "according to planned" but I'm just so in love that I don't care! I'm sure I'll need to process emotionally at some point, and I know my poor husband was totally terrified (but kept his head and helped me and got an ambulance when he woke up to me seizing) - but right now we are just too happy to care that things went differently than planned! And I think my husband is very relieved bc he thought he was going to lose both of us (I barely remember any of it - but I do remember seeing and holding my son for the first time, and I will never be the same person after seeing his face).
So grateful for all of the past and continued support by the November mamas!
Born 10/15/15 @ 3pm

Healthy baby girl who latches like a champ and has a full head of hair and beautiful chipmunk cheeks.

Definitely gave me a run for my money and cost me a few stitches in the end.
But we couldn't be more in love!!!

My water broke at 2:15 in the morning at 34 weeks and 5 days. Was induced starting at noon and he was born at 8:35 that night. Pushed for about 45 minutes. Had to be snipped just a little. Epidural was a wonderful thing!! Little man's lungs weren't quite ready for the outside world so he's still in the NICU on the ventilator. Hoping to take him off that tomorrow. He is the cutest little thing I've ever seen. So in love with my little man. Hardest thing ever was leaving the hospital last night without him. Hopefully he'll be home soon.
c-section.. well he didn't flip so you can guess what happened next. I wasn't happy about the way it had to be done but I AM happy to announce that my beautiful son Brendan Avery was born on Tuesday Oct. 13th weighing at 6lbs 10 ounces 19 inches long! He had a little bit of trouble at first but we are happy to be home.
P.s. I tried to put a picture but it wouldn't let me.. I don't know why.
Cordelia Marie surprised us this morning! All are doing well!

EDD 11-08

I was induced at 37 weeks due to pre-e. Went in for scheduled induction at 7pm on the 18.. Was put on cervidil by 8pm and started having regular contractions by 11pm.. By 2am and and two failed attempts at an oral pain med, I was given an epidural. After I couldn't feel anything I went to sleep thinking it will be a few hours before they started pit. Well I woke up to 4 nurses and my doctor saying the babies heart rate keep dropping drastically with every contraction. My doctor told me it might be safest to have a c section but she wanted to make sure she had tried every option first. I wasn't progressing in labor and was only at 4cm. Woke up my boyfriend to tell him what was going on, and he got ready and then was told to wait outside the OR. Well as soon as I got in there they had to get to work and wouldn't let him in. Baby girl scored a 1 on the apgar test. But with some fluids she started doing great and is a beautiful 6lb 8oz healthy girl. I am in love with my mini.
EDD 11/9
Born 10/14 @ 36weeks
7 pounds 3 ounces 20 inches
After a very long, painful, super high risk pregnancy Hazel decided to make her appearance a little early (although 2 weeks longer than anyone thought).
Due to contractions coming hard and fast and causing my previous c section scar to rupture, Hazel was delivered via emergency c section. It was a brutal delivery and she had her cord wrapped twice tightly around her neck. My DH went directly to NICU with her for kangaroo care. She has an immature suck reflex and took a few tries to pass her carseat check. We are home now and she is doing good. She still is being fed expressed milk with a syringe only and feedings take about an hour (she takes 25ml at each feeding) and she eats every 2 hours so very little rest for this mama.
Hazel is beautiful and we are completely in love with her!

So probably the worst labor experience, for me, as a first time mom. My water broke at 9:30am Oct 21st, the day after my birthday. Was able to get the epidural that evening, but they said he did it so well I couldn't push hard enough so after a few hours they turned it off completely. I then pushed for 2 hours with no pain management and she still wasn't coming. She was facing on her side towards the left and somehow her head was stuck just the tiniest of bit in my pelvis area and wouldn't advance. I had the worst back labor and they couldn't figure out why because she wasn't pushing on my back. After all that she wasn't gonna come, ended up throwing up after the meds they gave me to stop contractions, and then had to have a c sec. After my c sec no pain meds were working, and eventually gave me delotid, which only semi helped. Because of all my body went through they still had me on pitocin drip all day yesterday which cause contractions. Just was a longggg process. To top it all off as some of you know I didn't want a certain Dr delivering her, and of course my doctor was out of town till the 23rd, so guess who did my c section...yep. It all worked out in the end. My LO is happy and healthy and so beautiful. My hearts on a whole new planet after finally meeting her. And when I see my SO light up every time he's holding her or talking to her it makes me all mushy and wanna cry. My life is most definitely complete.
I was induced last Sunday night. The meds to soften the cervix were enough to get regular contractions going Monday morning. I had horrible back labor but held off on the epidural until after they broke my water. The meds did wonders for my pain and dilation but slowed the contractions so I did have to have some pitocin. He came out easily with 2 pushing contractions but I tore the incision from my first son. Thankfully he came out crying and healthy despite being 3 weeks early. He was 7 lbs 1 oz at birth and 19 1/2 inches long. We've been home a few days now and working on feeding issues but we are a happy family of 4. Big brother Sage 2 1/2 years old) is so sweet with him!
Took me so long to post because I wanted to include a picture but gave up on trying.
EDD: 11/4
Birthday: 10/19
Induced for high BP. Only glitch was that she had a short cord that went around her neck. The doctor called her a "yo to" baby -- she'd come down a bit and then go back up. After 4 hours and 15 minutes of pushing (!!!) she finally arrived!
I love her so so much.
