In other news, I just got a text from the sitter asking if we had the baby up all night, because she's only slept today. She got one of her shots yesterday (the one they were out of a month ago). That's probably why, right?
F has slept most of the day today too. I remember her doing that last time too.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it's because she's a baby And they like to switch things up JUST to fuck with us.
Well, I'm a little concerned, because the sitter's like "she's out and my kids are screaming around her, she's not waking up at all." She does sleep through shit at home, so it's probably fine, but for a second, i was like...wait, is extreme lethargy something I should be concerned about after shots? She was sleepy after the last one, but I think just for the one day, not two.
If it weren't for the shot, I'd be like "yeah, whatever," but I was slightly concerned that maybe she was having some weird reaction.

I bet it's just from the shot and I wouldn't worry unless this went on for days and she wasn't eating.

Did you call the pedi and ask? That's what I do about just about everything. I'm sure they are sick of me but I'd rather ask then be sorry.
Anyone else's LO seem to have creaking bones? It kinda sounds like she's cracking her knuckles. My DH thinks it's fine and I worry too much and I shouldn't call the pedi again. So I'm asking strangers on the Internet

Meh. She is eating, so I think she's cool. I'm sure it's the shot, but for a second, I was like WAIT. SHOULD I WORRY.

YES.
Awesome. Well not awesome but glad I'm not the only one. I'm always scared I'm accidently hurting her. The first time it happened I actually asked DH if I possibly broke her bone. He was like "seriously? You accidently clipped her while cutting her nails and she screamed bloody murder, don't you think she would scream if she broke or fractured a bone?" Then I was all oh yeah all the crazies.
I don't have a weaky pizza cause I was on a hiatus at the time and missed the joke. I'll go back to the losers table now..
Who was saying their LO got all teary-eyed listening to music the other day? I play classical music for V sometimes. Today we were listening to Beethoven 6th. She was strangely quiet the whole time it was playing (nowadays she can't shut up), but when it got to a dark part of the song all of a sudden I saw her eyes well up and she started with a sad little pout. Then she let out the saddest little sigh. She didn't actually cry or anything but it really seemed like she was responding to the music. Its crazy to think that she's like...turning into a little person.
S has had tears running down his cheeks listening to pieces that are predominately violin or piano. They tend to make him very mellow and almost sad.
You're right, it's so weird that they're becoming people. It's amazing watching the personality emerge~
Today S had a different nipple and it wax taking him a few minutes to get used to it and i could tell he was struggling because he wasn't swallowing. He started manically hitting the bottle with both hands and trying to move it around. It was like he knew the food was coming from there and dammit, smacking it around would get it out faster!
Too young for problem solving! Keep cooing at the giraffe on your wall like you should.

Omg when I lift S's legs to change him I feel like all the bones in his feet rearrange.

S starts physical therapy for his torc on Wednesday! I really like the therapist and am looking forward to him starting, especially since we are doing it while I'm home.
The therapist already helped me with a bit of my insecurity. When I was providing a hx I told her that he favors his right side for grabbing and bringing things to his mouth, and that the left sort of goes along for the ride. She laughed and said that at 3 months grabbing and bringing to his mouth is good, period. She made me feel a lot better. I always worry he's behind. She helped soothe my insanity.

I think I caught LO sucking on his fingers and then pulling his hand out and bringing it under his nose as if to almost smell his hand.
Not sure if it's to see if it smells as good as it apparently tastes, to see if it smells as bad as it tastes, to see if it smells, or if I am overthinking this.

I love my daycare. f is the only baby by a long shot and all the kids are just so fascinated with her. She fell asleep on the floor while one of the boys was laying there talking to her. I buy all these contraptions for her to sleep in and she sleeps on the floor! There are 4 boys there that just love her to pieces, I guess they've been bugging their parents for a baby sister. Lol I told them she can be their baby sister if they want. I just thought they were so damn adorable.

It seriously sounded like the little bones in her ankle were cracking her first few weeks.

My kid just fell asleep on the chaise lounge on his back, in the Merlin suit, with a paci in his mouth. Who is this kid? I didn't have to rock him or nurse or anything.
