    Can I have a quick pity party? So, I got sick at IL's earlier in the week, and was sick the entire time I was there. We flew home yesterday and H got sick. Last night LO wouldn't stop screaming because he was overtired from being up at 4am to catch a flight and hanging around airports all day. He never really screams. I know it sounds petty because I know some of you have screamers all the time; I don't know how you do it. I think the worst part is that I wanted to drive to IL's but everyone insisted flying would be easier. Grr!!

    DH just realized I work tomorrow and Sunday. He asked me how he's supposed to get anything done (in a joking way...but meaning that taking care of DD is all he can handle). I informed him that he would get things done the same way I do. Everyday.

    (Takes baby in one arm and loads washing machine with the other).

    Ugh. Men.

    Ya know what's cool. Being sick, taking care of the kid, hubs is not home to help (by his choice) and then he comes home and doesn't even ask how you're feeling. And then goes to bed at EIGHT meanwhile you'veabeen up since six...with the kid because he's sleeping. Oh, he's doing it ALL tomorrow.

    I have zero idea what was up with Delaney last night. She fell asleep with me on the couch, and as soon as I put her down, she started screaming. I finally got her to fall asleep again, but an hour later, more crying. She ended up in our bed last night, which has never happened. This girl has slept from 9-6:30 every night since 2 months. I "slept" with her foot in my rib cage and her fingers up my nose. Work should be fun today.

    P.s. FI has the sniffles, so he was no help from his death bed.

    I am waiting on a repair man for my washing machine. He was supposed to be here at 8. It was not one of those open ended 8-12 appt either. I would still be in bed if I weren't expecting him.

    We had our final Christmas thing last night at my Mom's. We do a Yankee swap and all that. One of my Mom's friends got a new puppy so naturally I put Emma next to the puppy and it was the cutest thig ever because she kept grabbing him and he was really calm with her. He started licking her and before I could even begin to stop him one person said "ew yuck gross" and something about being a germiphobe and then my Mom's friend's husbands, who is a jerky know it all, says "it has nothing to do with germs the dog can suffocate the baby by licking her." I just sort of stared at him. And said she'd be okay then continued on. He's so obnoxious. Glad we only see him once or twice a year

    No joke, I had this song stuck in my all last week, after not having heard it in YEARS. Are you in my head??

    As far as annoying songs stuck in my head, I have had that stupid "I dont wanna go to school I just wanna break the rules" song stuck in my head for days. Why??
