That's so sad @thomas930. My friend just posted on Facebook a prayer for a family she knows. Apparently they had their little boy three months early last September, and his funeral is today. He spent his entire little life in the NICU. I cried just reading their story.
DS1 has an eye appointment today. At his two year appointment his eye screening flagged for possible near sighted. Really hoping we don't have to deal with glasses because he is a very active 2.5 year old and we'd be buying new glasses every week.
DS1 will probably need glasses in the next year and I was told to get them at Walmart. Apparently they have a great replacement policy if your child destroys them
@mamrotu73 if you can wait till October, I have a barely used blue breathable bumper for you.
He only has to make it about 10 days until his crib gets packed up for the move anyways. Provided he doesn't make a habit out of it, we can totally wait.
In related news, I just cleaned out my closet to donate a bunch of clothes. And then posted a bunch of extra stuff, mostly furniture, on my local B/S/T group and there is already tons of interest. I like becoming less of a hoarder. Hopefully the new house won't be so cluttered if I get rid of everything now.
Seriously! Isn't it great! And resist the urge to get more crap when you get there

I love purging junk. My family is coming to visit and I have a bag for each of my sisters and mom. Sadly for them none of them have the same size feet as me. I prefer to give stuff to friends and family that want it. I used to sell to Buffalo Exchange but it's too much trouble now, donating is much easier.
Is it weird or genius to build our next house in The Sims so I can virtually decorate and arrange furniture? Anyone know of a better (but free) program for that?
I know Sherwin Williams has a paint color visualizer. But I also want to have a layout so I can tell the movers where to put things. They are contractually obligated to unpack things to where you say, but not move it later if you decide to put it elsewhere. Otherwise, I have to do it all myself and then call for them to take away the boxes and such later.
If A was older, I'd keep the boxes for fort making.
I think A either really missed or forgot about his jumperoo. He is going to town like it is the best thing ever. But he has more dexterity than when we left, so he is playing with the toys more and not just bouncing. Currently, he is chewing on the butterfly wing while jumping and looking at me with excited eyes.
Anyone know what the computer program they use on Property Brothers is? That seems like exactly what you need.
I want my avatar back! I actually just purchased a huge un-cropped print of Richard Phillips "Scout" (my avatar). I think I'm going to hang it over the egg tub in our master suit. It's art, but it's a little vulgar for our living room. I love that image though.
@mamrotu73 I ruined your flower display. I'm conflicted. I want to take away my love tit so your display isn't ruined, but I like the idea, so I want to leave it there.
Ok, I'll take it away, but know that I'm love titting in my mind.

Are those with sitting babies beginning of the month or caboosers? Jack just started rolling from back to stomach, except his one arm gets stuck underneath him. I know all babies are different, but I still get worried when I compare. He's really strong though- he can pretty much do a sit-up on his own when holding onto my hands and then be pulled directly into a stand with his arms over his head,

We're beginning of the month, he's 5 months old. And apparently he is skipping the "roll from back to front" milestone. He can go the other way, go figure.
Speaking of junk purging my aunt gave me a pair of Kate Spade shoes, that she didn't fit. I just googled them. $$$. They are so ugly.
Ryver's been sitting by herself about a month now? She's a mid April baby. On occasion she forgets she's in control and topples over. And while following shinny things.
The parade was to celebrate the start of the fair? I think we missed it. I couldn't figure out where it was or what time it started. H's friend asked me last night if I was taking the girls: I was all like what parade?
@thomas930 I am so, so sorry to hear about what your friends are going through... No one should have to endure that even once. Twice is impossibly cruel.

I've been looking at a few wedding registries for family members and they make me feel inadequate. They have a crystal butter dish and a $140 sugar dish. I leave my butter in the paper wrapper and my sugar is in the original bag in a ziplock bag.
Dylan is the 18th. He can sit up once he's holding my fingers. He can sit by himself for a couple seconds. Still isn't quit rolling. Most of his body will turn from back to front but he gets stuck on the arm that's on whatever side he rolls to.

Hugs to everyone....been a crazy few days around here it seems.

Your LO is sitting up already?!
Porter is going to wear his bowtie, cause he's fancy!
Edit: Oh no.. I'm flowers too.
Just started a week ago!

P is sitting, but he's a big dude.
FWP: My pre-preg work pants are too loose and my shirts are too tight. My ass apparently moved to my chest.

DS can't roll back to belly yet and can sit up on his own for a few seconds. I think his big head is the problem. Oh well.
