This is a whole different can of worms, but he might be hurt by the fact that you waited. I've never, ever been in a miscarriage situation so I have no right to comment on that. But when I had my first BFP with DD, I didn't tell DH until the next day because I was waiting on a medical confirmation from a doctor. (I was young and naive and didn't believe in the validity of store-bought tests.) He felt kind of betrayed by it, even though that was not my intention. Again, not even remotely my business, but if his parents already know, then that might be another thing to consider.

We made it to Florida. With a baby and a moving truck an 8 hour drive turned into a 10 1/2 hour drive. Yuck.
DD slept most of the ride which was great except for now that I am tired she doesn't want to sleep. Not unpacking anything tonight. Though. Maybe if we cuddle enough she will fall asleep

Very gingerly trying more cereal with A since she didn't have any gas issues with what MIL fed her yesterday. Maybe I don't make it the right consistency...?

I'm going to smash my face into the wall if she's screaming in an hour... :-S

His very first tooth. That's why he was so fussy yesterday. I cried when I realized. A lot. Being one and done makes all these milestones so hard because there will never be another first tooth you know.

Here was a scorpion in my laundry this morning. It was just moseying across a bath towel like NBD. I flipped out and threw the towel away. There is nothing so horrifying as a god damned scorpion.

My husband got stung by a scorpion in January. Woke him up out of a dead sleep because it had crawled into bed with us! I started bawling because I thought they were all super dangerous and that he might've had to go to the ER. So scary.
