My "darling" daughter decided not to nap today and just pumped a whole bunch of hand soap all over the carpet in her playroom while I was in the bathroom. *sigh*

Hooker or tight head. It's mostly touch here for women's league (boo! What am I as a forward supposed to do?), but last year I was on the national 7s squad. I'm usually the hooker because I'm just short enough to be an awkward bind as a prop.

Ugh yes! On Saturday she dumped half a big bottle of Listerine in her playroom while I was in the bathroom and DH was doing God-knows-what. It is SO not like her to be that bad. Maybe she thinks her playroom has a bad smell to it or something!?! LOL at least she didn't drink it...

In preparation for a possible job opportunity I decided to look at day cares and their reviews in my area. It was a bad idea. All the reviews were terrible with legitimate concerns. I haven't been away from my son for 3 hours in the past 2 years. What the hell am I going to do? How will I do that with a newborn? I can handle being a college mom but being a working mom will be gut wrenching for me.

I never shower or go to the bathroom alone. They're either telling me a story, or banging on the shower door while I try to pretend that I'm by myself.

At least I know they're not up to anything......

I don't know why a girl named Justice makes a little more sense to me; maybe because I've seen/heard it somewhere before. It's still NMS, but whatevs. A boy named Justice just feels odd to me.

Maybe it goes with the other girl names like Temperance, Constance, Charity, Grace?? It kind of seems to fit in the set there somewhere....

I wouldn't put it past my kid to drink it. She wants to brush her teeth 24/7...and we dont use the super flavored stuff, its just kids colgate. crazies.

Yeah toddlers are cray-cray. Guess I will need to keep a little better eye on the little monster. She is just so independent, she wanders off on her own and is being a good girl most of the time!

Haha I was just thinking this today! I was trying to remember the September read since I'll be on a plane this weekend and realized we didn't discuss Orphan Train. Maybe tomorrow I'll start a thread with some questions, ya?

Had a bad conversation with my parents, and now I'm just looking for a fight. Stupid ragey moodswing. My parents keep insinuating that we should let my mom move in with us for a while once the baby is born. That IS NEVER going to happen. Hell no. We fight like cats. They can visit as much as they want (within reason), but my husband and I are private people and we don't want any of the 4 parents living with us.

So DDs dad has been deployed since May. Other than financial support, he's a "show up when convenient for him" type guy... Like to make birthday party appearances for his friends or because his nephews are in town and he wants to look like an involved dad. The list goes on. He just got home labor day weekend. Said he would pick up DD last weekend (I've learned not to get her hopes up due to many fall throughs on his end). So she calls him today to ask when she'll see him , he says this weekend. Mind you, I've already bought DH and I comic con tickets for all day Saturday and DD wanted to go (kids are free) because the original green Ranger (Tommy!) will be there. Now DH and I have tell her that she'll miss this once in a lifetime event and to top it off... He wants me to meet him half way to drop her off..Friday... After work. He lives 3 hours away, so that's at least a 90 minute drive one way for me after working an 8 hour day. Sometimes I just wish he'd disappear, he's much more of an inconvenience than help when it comes to DD. I mean, why should I have to go out of my way for you to be a present dad?! If you really wanted to be involved, it would be more than once a season... Even when we lived 6 miles apart for 5 years. End rant.

I always got excited when I was measuring ahead with DD. Funny, I never thought about my vagina. Guess it didn't matter since I ended up with a c-section. Was this your a/s? Did everything else go well? I'm eager for mine on Friday.

DD is Ella Elizabeth and we are considering Chloe Caroline for this LO, so I dont mind the alliteration one bit!

I'm a fan of alliteration, I just think Isla Elizabeth is hard to say. Try it out loud three times in a row. I also think both names are beautiful, just not together.
