My family knows how particular i am about things so they just asked me where things should go andhow I do certain tasks when they helped out after Dylan was born.

You'd think a 23 year old woman would be the most confident ever being with a 50 year old man. It's actually the opposite. I'm intimidated by how much experience he has and I've never told anyone that. He tends to make me feel rejected and he doesn't even realize. I have serious rejection issues

I think Canadian bacon is just an American ham/bacon, and not genuinely from Canada. Hubby is Canadian and says he has no idea what it is.

Hah! No, Canadian bacon is for real. A Canadian friend came to visit and rought real maple syrup and Canadian bacon, but instead of what we Americans think of, it was like thinly sliced pork chop or tenderloin with the outside crusted with something.

Hmm, will have to investigate further! Maybe I'll try to see if a local butcher has something along those lines just to see. Don't think that would mail well though or would be incredibly expensive via refrigerated truck.

Eating oranges come from here in Tulare Co. Or Ventura. The towns at the base of SNP Orange a Cove and Lemon cove (on opposite ends of the park ironically) are all citrus. The smell is orgasmic in the spring. We grow blood oranges, I have 5 bloods in total.

I need to get away. I was gonna surprise bf with a family staycation for his birthday at a hotel on island since a vacation is not in our budget but I think it'd just be a huge waste of money. I don't think he would consider being stuck in a room with me for an entire weekend fun. Maybe Dylan and I will go and leave him behind

The exchange sounds fun

I did NIP walking around the vendor room at con. I got some weird looks from some and knowing smiles from other moms. We NIP all over the 5 hotels and zero issues. Made for a happier stress free weekend since I want sure how that was going to go over.

Took the test today after I had some spotting. Grabbed tampons and a pregnancy test from the store. Going back tomorrow to pee on more sticks because I'm in so much shock I can't bring myself to believe it's true.

Penis-in-vagina sex. (The sociologist in me can't call it "regular sex."

@smushi that is exactly how my dog will be, I've already caught him standing on it while drinking water or eating. As soon as I said something about him using his paw he pulled it up again. My other dog once had 6 inches of her neck ripped open from another dog and she acted like it was no big deal. This dog however has a complete meltdown if he gets a thorn in his foot and will not pull it out himself.

I appreciate you guys. I honestly hae no idea what it could be. You make a good point Vinny. His behaior just makes me feel bad and every time I try to reach out to him he just seems uninterested. I even wrote him a letter just to take some of the pressure off (something we tend to do when we have huge fights) and found it in the trash. I'm not usually one to give up but I'm calling it quits. I hate feeling like I'm chasing him. It's bad enough everytime we fight he says things that imply I'm not a great mom.

@deidremaria‌ you deserve so much better than that. You deserve to be standing on equal footing, you deserve respect as a parent without him casting aspersions on your decisions, and you deserve someone who is willing to communicate with you to work on your relationship.
It really sounds like a no-win situation right now, so go book that staycation for you and Dylan, you could obviously use it, and good luck coming to a solution where you can be happy and raise a happy child. *hugs*
