@celticlullaby‌ here you go. Baby doesn't love it. I think she would have liked something thinner. If I put my hair up though it will do. https://www.etsy.com/transaction/218031696

This is such a great price! I bought one at a boutique for $36 (I'm a sucker and was desperate because she was beating me up while nursing). DD is warming up to it, she wanted nothing to do with it af first but now she will hold the larger beads while nursing and chew on it when she's in the ergo.
Nice price! Is it bad that I automatically assume the quality must be crappy because it's so cheap? I just can't turn off my doubtful overpriced etsy shop owner brain ;)
  • I worked a 15 hour double on my feet on concrete yesterday during a record breaking busy day. I want all the aleve, sleep, and ice cream today.

Awww, you need a foot rub. *offers creepy virtual foot rub* XD

  • Pfft, the only one who gets any kind of foot/neck/back rubbing in this house is DH. There is a serious rub disparity around here. Thank goodness Sullivan is taking a good afternoon nap! Quiet mommy time to do laundry and make myself a sandwich.. I'll take it. (I could still use some ice cream though)
  • Feeling inept and stressed out today.
  • @PoppySeedWindsor‌ when we take dd on vacation she only wants me, and wants to nurse a ton. I was told it's because of the stress of being somewhere new and I'm what's familiar to her.

Got my monthly massage today. Last month I decided to join the wellness program at the spa so it would be cheaper. Best idea ever.
  • I decided to go through my stack of pre-pregnancy jeans and try them on.  One pile for "yes, I can wear these", one for "maaaaybe someday" and one for "ain't never gonna happen, donate".  Some of my favorites were in that last pile.  :(

Maybe that explains why DS was a lunatic when DH tried to put him to bed last night?!

Oh my goodness... I want to start watching Dr. Who just from that one gif. @-)

@edoliesmom‌ Doooo it!! It's such an awesome show. Plus it's on Netflix :)

I'm slowly catching up on like 7 pages worth of stuff, 3 pages left to go. From what I remember so far:
-I always pinch zits, mine and DH's when he lets me.
-The first night in our new apartment I totally duct taped a blanket over DD's window. Trying for an earlier bedtime tonight, so DH rigged up a curtain with cardboard, blanket, and bobby pins for our front door's oval window.
-I hear phantom cries all the time.
-Hugs to ppl having bad days/shitty DHs.
-I mobile gif by saving the gif to my phone then attaching the file.
But who is your favorite Who?

@RedDawnsRevenge‌, I have to admit that I've only seen the 9th and on. I've loved them all for different reasons. I loved Christopher Eccleston and his leather jacket and kinda bad dude attitude :) David Tenent was the most sincere and sensitive so far. His last words just broke my heart. And Matt Smith was just hilarious!
Each reincarnation I think, "Ugh, this Doctor sucks!" And then 2 episodes later I'm like, "I love you!!!"
I'm so excited for the next season :) Is it true that Jenna Coleman is leaving though?

  • My grocery delivery was supposed to be here 3 hours ago but they're running behind. WAH, I'm hungry!!! Theres no food in my house. At least nothing that I want to eat.
  • @jellysparkles anything to make cupcakes :)
  • @RedDawnsRevenge I forgot to tell you that you've totally convinced me to watch it. It'll give me something to do when my husband starts work!

I'm already crying about DD going to daycare tomorrow. What is wrong with me? It's only part time and I'm a mess. I also really don't want to go back to work :/
Solidarity, sister.  I'm going back on Tuesday.  I have organized my pumping and daycare stuff but I'm still in denial that my baby is going to be hanging with someone else for 8 hours every day :(

Good luck @lia619  Let us know how it goes.

Good luck to you too! I never thought I would be so upset about this. Maybe she will be up all night so I'll be excited for a break lol!
To be honest, DS's sleep regression has made napping so difficult that I'm a little bit ready to have daycare get him nap-trained for me!  He goes down for naps just fine most of the time but he does not sleep for long.  Hopefully daycare fixes that.

  • My dog has figured out to use her nose to undo the cage lock, open the door and escape. I now have to ziptie the door shut.
  • Liam is in his crib for the first time. He went down drowsy but awake but is now wide awake playing and watching his mobile (which he loves). He's not crying so I haven't gone in there. My question is how long do I let him play before I call it quits for the night? Or do I just let him do his thing unless he cries? I'm just worried about him getting over tired because he's a beast to get to sleep when that happens....,
Personally, if he is just chilling in his crib I would leave him there to see if he falls asleep on his own.
