I just ordered my breast pump! After 10 minutes on hold, I finally talked to someone and was getting everything in order, and then she told me she can't place an order until the baby is born. I was a little annoyed that they hadn't told me that when I called previously for information, but it wasn't a huge deal. However, I hung up and she immediately called me back to say she was wrong and that breast pumps are available to pregnant as well as post partum women, so my order has been placed. Things are getting real around here!

I can't wait for my girls day with my sister. Massages, mani/pedis, haircuts, facials, I am counting down the hours. DD hasn't taken a nap in nearly 2 weeks and it is killing me. My hips and back have no break from chasing her around. I could really use a nap myself!!

I had a roommate in college that thought pretty much everything could e flushed. She flushed cereal, soup, cotton balls, paper towels, and the one that killed the toilet: qtips. They get stuck sideways in the pipes and then catch everything else that gets flushed! Our landlord was not amused.

Morning!!!! Wow what a busy night everyone!!!

Thoughts to those who need it!!!

I am feeling irrationally stabby this morning. Had my regular MW appt at 9am, but was also going to do my breastfeeding class (all my antenatal classes are one on one). Was sitting in the waiting room and after about 15 mins of sitting there, the receptionist calls me over saying that my MW has gone on a call out!! (background, small rural hospital only 2 midwives, if someone has complications, the MW often goes with them in the ambulance to the big hospital 2 hrs away). So we have rescheduled for tomorrow morning, but am still hoping to see her this afternoon - I work just down the corridor from the MW so I'm sure she will see me when she gets back, easy as knocking on my door.

This is why its an irrational stabby, I am really annoyed that I don't get to have my appt this morning, I am all ready, pee in cup, notes in hand, and I was really looking forward to my breastfeeding lesson, which is actually with her and a lactation consultant who happens to be here this week! I hate when my schedule changes like this! And its not like I wont see her!

Still I hope the mum and baby she has gone to the big hospital with is OK!

Wow major long rant over nothing at all, sorry!

Also as of midnight DH and I can get freaky whenever we want. No more meds to stop contractions, and no more progesterone! I'm scared I could be having a baby very very soon!!

This is me exactly...I'm hitting the travel section of walmart or something for a few of the toiletries so I don't ahve to worry about grabbing the right ones in the middle of contractions. I keep looking at my list trying to work out how best to pack but my duffel bag is sitting on our dresser will just my folder with birth plan and important cards in it right now.

I have everything I don't need everyday packed (travel toiletries, things for baby etc) and then I have a whole bunch of sticky notes that say grab this that and the other thing lol
