Everyone talking about the super painful kicks are really making me nervous... I am at 30 weeks and the kicks are so uncomfortable and I can't imagine getting them stronger and worse...but everyone complaining is at 33+weeks....ugh....I thought at that point they were too "crowded" to get solid kicks in. This morning I was getting knee-extend-foot kicks...on double time.

No!! My LO doesn't like Papa Johns pizza! Ordered it for the first time in forever, mainly for that cookie pie, and my stomach is rejecting the pizza! Which means no cookie pie..

I've become a burp cloth making machine! I bought enough fabric to make 12 for myself, but then I decided to also make them for my friend that is hosting my baby shower in two weeks, and I've made 9 since last night. She's having her third (a girl) any day now. I figure they can be a thank-you-for-hosting gift as well as a congrats gift. I still can't believe she's doing this just after having a baby of her own, but she was so excited about our baby she claimed shower hosting rights immediately when she found out! The burp cloths for my friend are on the left, and the four finished cloths for our Peanut are on the right. I still have one more to make for my friend, but I need to find the right fabric.

@kcp913 these are super easy to make! I can PM you what I did if you're interested since you had mentioned wanting to do something similar.

Edited because 11 doesn't equal nine...

I divorced my snoogle last night and married the couch. More back support. I really hate that I'm spending my last weeks pregnant on a couch and not in our bed next to DH.

I haven't caught up yet because I've been busy all weekend! But for now, I just wanted to tell y'all my shower was today. I was blessed with a lot of cute/awesome/helpful things.

Here's a picture of me and a couple of my friends that were at the shower. And this is the dress that got the majority vote when I asked for opinions a little while back on what to get (except it's in a different color [they ran out of the blue]), but I ended up loving it! So thank you to those who voted for it.

Even though my feet/toes aren't cute in the least, I'm AWing my pedicure anyway because I'm excited how it turned out. :P

The only downfall is for full back support I had to switch sides of the couch each time I want to switch hips! I have to get up (which then means a pee break) move the pillow to the other side,rearrange the blankets... It's such a hassle!!!

I kicked DH out of our bed months ago, but he snores. (To be fair we have a guest bed he sleeps in and we slept like this before) I was going to start sleeping on the recliner but my prenatal yoga instructor said that could lead to a breech baby. So of course I'm paranoid now....

Does anybody have a belly button ring in still? Mine has been doing just fine, but apparently got infected a few days ago. I didn't even notice until I bumped it against something and swore like a sailor. I don't really want to take it out, but it hurts.

I do not even know how to begin organizing all this stuff we got today! So overwhelming! How do I fit all this stuff into my 1 bedroom condo!?!?! So. Much. Pink.

And Target, your registry system blows! We got sooooooo many duplicates of stuff off their registry because it failed to update. We seriously got like 10 baskets of tub toys, 8 dishwasher baskets, 10 of the same color crib sheet, 12 of the same set of sleepers...I felt so bad because people spent the time to go out and shop and then I would open up another bag and it was a bunch of the same stuff! Get your shit together Target!

@mamamonzo I wonder if it would. If I recline it all the way I can totally feel her slide all the way up in my rib cage. But this one reclines so your feet are above your heart. I would've never thought about her flipping. I brought up sleeping on it in class to relieve reflux and she have me this huge lecture on why I shouldn't.

we have the same pack and play (different color) and i'm TOTALLY using that space! it's got mostly extra blankets, towels, and toys that we won't need for awhile.

I never get phone calls at home - every time the phone rings its for DH, so usually I don't bother answering - leave it up to him.

Just now the phone rang, and he had the cat sitting on his knee. I get up to answer - pre-empting the cat-on-my-lap card - saying I don't know why I bother, its never for me.

So instead of the traditional "Hello" I said "DH's answer service, how may I help you" (obviously using his name, not DH...)
