@deidremaria Depending upon body type I like the first one the best, but I feel like the second one would be more friendly to all body types and is still very cute!

Stace- I would just stop reaching out to her. To her you've already picked a side so that may be the end of it. She sounds like a big drama queen so there will be drama no matter how you handle the situation so just be the bigger person and do nothing.

Diedre- I love 1. The lace is ver feminine and sexy but I don't think it's too clubby at all. 2 is my 2nd choice. But only if you still have a strapless that fits (I sure don't lol)

I just searched my shop style app. I love that site. They have all the fashion choices and whichever you choose they forward you to that store's site. I don't know which store number 1 is but number two is target and number three is motherhood

Chiming in late to the last name conversation. I took my husband's last name. It doesn't hurt that I like his last name more than my maiden name and I do like having the same last name. I have been married a little over a year and just got my new social security card. I haven't changed my last name on about 1/2 of my accounts out of pure laziness. I hate having to mail or fax in a copy of my marriage certificate and fill out a form for a freaking department store when all I had to do to change my major credit card was to call customer service.

Back when I never wanted kids those kinds of things were part of the reason why. I always felt like I'd work my ass off to be well off and then die and leave behind kids who are fighting over all that I've worked for. Thank god my baby is gonna be an only child on my side.

Seriously. I remember visiting my grandma once in her retirement home, and I overheard a brother and a sister arguing over who should be paying for what and how much things were costing them. They even mentioned her will and how much they stood to recover from it...all the while this poor old lady was sitting RIGHT there, and they're having this conversation like she's not even in the room. My heart broke for her.

That's what money does to people. I would hate to be seen as a bank account to my offspring rather than a person. I feel bad for that old lady. I hope her will had a crazy twist like she left her most valuable possession to one of the staff at the nursing home because that person was good to her.

And thanks for asking! It went OK. I haven't interviewed for a call center type position in over 7 years, so I almost didn't know how to answer - I'm so used to explaining more advanced non-customer-facing type skills that having to "tell me about a time when you had an irate customer, how you dealt with it, and what was the outcome" just feels so foreign now! Fingers crossed though. I had another interview today after that one, but it was a phone interview, with another company - similar position, but pay is a smidge better (like, 15 cents per hour better, but better nonetheless), and after the first interview I feel a bit better about this one cause I just had practice an hour before! lol

I'm still waiting to hear back from the hiring manager on that other position from last week, the one that I REALLY really want...followed up with the recruiter, and she hasn't heard from him either; so in this case, no news is good news (meaning he's just running behind and hasn't responded to her yet).

Thanks for the great advice and support, ladies! I think I needed to hear it from people who are a bit less biased from myself. I try to give myself advice as if I were talking to a friend, but then I always get sucked into that "maybe if I just give more or try harder" mentality. But you're totally right--definitely don't need that negativity while bringing a new life into this world

That's awesome! So what did you do to get the bump? Just called it in? Or did you have to get it prescribed from the Dr? Curious to know

I called my insurance line and asked for the suppliers they use for full coverage. They gave me 5 companies and I made some calls, some required a prescription, but one was a website you could order through, and I assume they confirm with your insurance/doctor that you're pregnant...Most of them offered the same pumps, so I went with the one I could order easily online. The website I used is YummyMummy.com LOL

Curious @aviola329 Which one did you go with? My insurance offers the Medela Advanced Double Electric or the Ameda Purely Yours and I am not sure which one I want to go with...

So we we're suppose to go in to find out the sex of Baby L last Friday. The techs daughter got sick so we had to reschedule. I was super upset and hormonal but can you do. So we rescheduled for today and they just called (left a voice mail) and said the tech called off AGAIN an that we will have to reschedule AGAIN. DH is pisses and called them back and told them that this is the second time. So now we're waiting to get a call back from them. Ugh.

So worried- I have to take my rottie to the vet tomorrow for X-rays to determine if her limping is either:

1. a meniscus tear which would require $3000 of surgery (she already had it done on her other leg 3 years ago) or

2. cancer.

DH can't come to the vet with me and I know I'll be a crying mess either way.
