    @allmybumpies, get this toy!!! It is so awesome. Francesca had been going crazy over it. It has tons of learning features, too. It is a V tech, Sit to Stand Learning Walker.

    @tttwalters that is a love it of support and commiseration! I feel trapped in the house.

    I feel guilty for not walking the dog and guilty if I do walk the dog and take LO out in this arctic weather!

    @CL8badb Because my hubby is in a higher position than him. The hourly workers get double time because its a Sunday. My H doesn't usually have to work in these situations, but the new position he is in has basically been trying to fix a seriously broken operation. And, her hubby acts like he's this great all knowing worker, and of course she thinks it too. Really, he hates his job and it's pretty clear by his performance. It's super annoying because they've been friends for 20+ years, and it's putting H in a terrible position. Plus, it's annoying because she feels the need for everything to be a competition. So, if things suck for me, clearly they MUST suck worse for her.

    @cl8badb yup that's the girl! They've been trying for about 4 months I think. I think my H knows it's getting to that point, but it sucks. And, I get it. But something's gotta give.

    @micabush, I have everything boxed up, but I haven't gone through it. My mom was a minimalist and didn't have a lot of keepsakes, but it is still going to be rough to go through it. Do you have a friend or family member that can come over and help you? I know my H would help me, but for some reason I want someone else there. I want someone that I can cry with, laugh with, and someone who can help me decide what to keep, give to family, and donate. Good luck, honey. PM me if you ever need anything.

    PSA. Check your floors after people roll around with your LOs, or ask people to check their pockets. My MIL and SIL were here last night and this morning I found a dime and safety pin in the rug where they were playing and where B likes to army crawl. Shudder.

    @bonniek10 They've actually worked together for almost 10 years, so that wasn't me. But, I'm pissed for whoever it was!

    @kdc2007 Yeah... too cold here too. It feels like -12. I am so over winter. I was tempted to dig my van out and us to go the store or something just to get out, but a friend said the roads suck. Of course. It needs to be spring. Right meow.
