I am on wake up #7. We haven't had this in weeks! I just changed him, checked his temp, gave him gripe water in case it's his belly, a half dose of Motrin in case it's his teeth, and am nursing him (again). Hopefully that will cover everything and he'll give me a longer stretch.

Ugh, it's going to be such a long day. I was up from 2-4 this morning throwing up and of course Grayson woke up when I got out of bed so I had to deal with a sleepy baby and being sick. My stomach is feeling fine now but man am I tired! Lots of caffeine today.

So I just talked with the owner of a company I recently interviewed with and he brought up the possibility of me working part time (which would be 4 days per week). I'm super excited! I just mentioned to DH the other night how awesome it would be if I could do PT and spend one weekday with my boo thang! Hopefully I'm going to have my cake and eat it too!!!! Yayyy. Supposed to hear back in the next few days regarding an offer.

@bonniek10 I was also worried about my non-roller, non-moving, hates tummy time pet rock. I took her to the pedi and she agreed she should be moving more for almost being 8 months old. So we scheduled an appt with early intervention. We met with them this morning and she gets evaluated in February. However- I have spent the past week or so really focusing on tummy time and manually rolling her over. I sing "row row row your boat gently down the stream..." And rock her back and forth on her back, then at the end of the song I roll her over. Now, after doing this a few days, she helps roll herself over once I start singing- I just have to give her a nudge on the butt! So she has already made progress! She still won't roll independently but it could just be lack of motivation. Or she just loves my singing voice. :-\"

Thank you! It's so odd that he brought it up bc my DH and I just discussed it. I was all like, "Is my house bugged?" Also, these opportunities rarely come about in an outside sales environment. Apparently he doesn't have the budget to hire me full time but wants me on-board so the part time offer seemed like a possible win-win. He had no idea that I would be interested, though, and that I secretly wished for this set-up. Lol.
