  So the lower back pain has been pretty constant for the past couple months.  Tonight though, I'm laying on my left side and every time I feel a big baby kick inside, I get this sharp lower back spasm.  Is that normal?  

  
  

  Or maybe my back is just so mad at me that it has decided it is done for the day.  Oh how I miss my extra strength Advil!!

  Omg. Just woke up to take my dog out at 4:30 am. Gross. However, checked my phone and out of town DH went to a casino tonight and won $600!! We definitely aren't the type to win anything when we've gone to a casino, let alone $600!

  I just for a call from my cousin who said she had a huge problem. The problem was the pnp I registered for could not be shipped to me so she sent it to my store! I couldn't believe it! It was soooo nice of her to get us something. And one of our big items at that it just made me feel all warn and fuzzy inside. Can't wait to go pick it up.

  Also, we actually had some company over last night. We've been here for about two months and I have yet to meet anyone. The best part is the wife that came over was also pregnant! It was nice having some company over for once.

  Massive melt down!!! We used frog tape while painting the nursery and it's so fucking sticky that it's peeling chunks of paint off the wall. We've used a straight edge to cut the tape and it's still doing it. Now we have a shit load if touch ups which means I'm further away from getting this stupid room done. I left the room crying because I can't stand unfinished projects and this feels like it will be finished when the baby is 6.

  I'm hitting panic mode with rooms. We moved last year into the house that my DH grew up in and DS1 is supposed to get DH bedroom that he grew up in. Well, its full of DH's old things that he needs to go through and its still not finished.  We have to paint it, there is no getting around that and we can't move DS1 out of our room until we do. I'm freaking thinking that I'll ened up with both kids in our room come April.

  I have held 50,000 babies and never come close to dropping one. But, last night I kept dreaming I dropped my baby repeatedly. And then somehow, she turned into a blender swaddled in a baby blanket...her little immersion blendy things were sticking out the top of the blanket and people at the supermarket were staring .

  Thanks for all the T&P's ladies. We went into L&D for a few hours last night and I was having legit contractions on the monitor. My cervix is still long and closed though, so no concerns as long as they don't get stronger and the cramping doesn't get any worse than right now. Bonus - they did an ultrasound and it looks like my placenta has moved far enough away from my cervix that I won't have to have a scheduled c-section! I'm kind of glad that my Doctor urged me to go in so that I can have peace of mind over the next few months.

  We had a great day yesterday! Today is just as crappy as Friday. I keep forgetting DH can't make it to our growth check tomorrow so he won't get to see peanut.   Aquaphor and some of those moisture socks, overnight. You'll notice results in the first night. I also recommend a foot file (not the cheesegrater kind unless it's calloused, just the sandpaper kind), a good stiff exfoliating body brush, or a sugar scrub, and scrub your feet regularly...   IKEA was out of the crib I wanted. Which means when they get it back in, it won't be on sale :-( Oh well, they aren't massively expensive anyway and we picked up a super comfy rocker on sale that looks good in the house :-D

  @katieharpiceland - they still let you order/pay now at the current price and you can pick up once it's back in stock. We've done it several times at our IKEA.

  @katieharpiceland - they still let you order/pay now at the current price and you can pick up once it's back in stock. We've done it several times at our IKEA.
