Ok, this kid is killing me. All day it's been kicking/tickling me in THE EXACT SAME SPOT. Normally I love the kicks and wiggles, but this is like Chinese water torture. From the inside.

Totally just poured my almond milk for my morning cereal. (Regular milk I've never liked). Anyway, I had the realization that I need to buy new almond milk today but I won't finish it before we leave on Monday. I hate that.

On the other hand, I got another package from mom (we're still getting wedding gifts shipped to us in packages that cost under a certain dollar amount so we don't have to pay VAT) and there were some new Old Navy shirts in there for me!! YAY!! So happy I'm not wearing the same clothes AGAIN today.

OK, time to go to work. Its Thursday!!! I have vacation starting Sunday!!! ALMOST THERE! YAY!

In other news, called the midwife office after the last two attempts to get her to call back failed and when I said I'm changing my appointment to early January (when we get back) the receptionist says "I'll put a note in her file for her to call you. She will call you today." I said, no, she won't. I already tried that way twice and she didn't call me. Receptionist says "would you rather her call tomorrow?" Seriously lady?! No! I want to change my appointment and switch midwives. No idea if the midwife switch occured, she says "January 8 at 2, bye!" And hangs up! Ugh. Its not the worst treatment I've gotten calling doctors here (like 2 months after I moved here the receptionist that wouldn't schedule an appointment for me because I didn't speak Icelandic) but, still, frustrating. I'm actually speaking English out of spite. I started off in Icelandic, but, when they get rude I switch to English! Annoyed. Vent over.

Do they have the shelf-stable almond milk there? Sometimes we buy the kids sized milk boxes (like juice boxes) if we won't use it all before we leave. We're almond milk people, too.

DH starts his vacation today! Yippee!!!! I've been counting down to this day for a month! :-D

I'm 98% sure my MIL came to my house while hubby and I were gone. I don't look that pregnant... I'm finding a job and were freaking moving.

I met with the GD dietician yesterday and besides having to check my pee every morning and my blood 4 times a day I think I can do this. She surprised me by telling me I have to eat ice cream (real ice cream not low fat low sugar crap) every night before bed! Win! And they did a 3D ultrasound which I used to think was really creepy but I got to watch baby b suck on her hands and got a cool pic of baby a.

1. we finally decided on a name!!

2. the search continues for the perfect fabric for Newbie's baby blanket

3. I'm making 3 dozen cookies today to take down the our Sheriff's office in hopes that it will help brighten their day with all that happened yesterday.

Edit because my brain isn't functioning. His name will be Logan James!

I'm going to kill my cat. She has a new obsession with Qtips. She tips over the bathroom trash and spreads it throughout the whole bathroom and our closet. She manages to do it at least 5 times a day. I just heard her tip it over, and I'm too lazy to get up and clean it now. [-(

Yup, they have tons of stuff besides diapers, too. Prices are pretty good. She carries a lot if stuff made in the U.S. I've ordered twice already, fast shipping, no hassle at all.

T&P please...my sisters work just called my mom, my sister blacked out and had a seizure at work. Just dropped my mom off at her work, the EMTs were there and getting ready to take her to the ER. She had some similar stuff happen a few years ago and a cat scan showed a spot on her brain. She was supposed to go back a year later to get it checked but never did. She is an art teacher and her insurance sucks, the scan was going to cost a few thousand that she doesn't have.

Yea, they're rude to me because I'm not Icelandic. It happens every once in awhile. You can tell in their tone and their sudden determination to speak really quick Icelandic so that I don't understand. My midwife, honestly, speaks english pretty poorly and can't understand me on the phone. So, I'm afraid she wasn't calling because SHE was afraid. Still...no excuse.

This. I'm getting all twitchy and out of breath just thinking about having lunch with my hairdresser who has been FB ranting over it all day. If that man's right to free speech had been infringed upon, nobody would be having this conversation because nobody would know what he said! He would have diaappeared. But he is fine, nobody hurt him, he is still rich and is not going to have a hard time feeding his family or living the lifestyle he is accustomed to, and he probably will still be on tv somewhere. Pick a new martyr, how about someone who is ACTUALLY SUFFERING.

And as a Christian, I am disgusted that this is even something other Christians bat an eye at. Jesus does not care about this man's reality tv gig. This whole discussion is divisive and doesn't show the love of Christ to anyone, and is completely fucking besides the point. Stop it. Stop it stop it. Go hug someone who doesn't go to your church and take a break from the Internet.
