Hey September 2021 mommies!! I’ve been waiting for someone to get this started and decided to take the initiative and start it myself! Let’s meet each other!
Due date?
How did you find out?
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?)
I got my BFP a week ago. Been obsessive testing since then to make sure the line keeps getting darker (#PGAL probs).
DD is almost 4 and full of sass and energy. DH works in tech and is overwhelmingly excited about this baby. I work in higher education. We love a lot of things we don’t get to do because of COVID. I’ve had three pregnancies prior to this one, but two unfortunate losses.
Symptoms hit me hard and fast already, NGL. The nausea is unreal. Still 3 weeks out from out first appointment!
I'm due September 4th! I surprised my husband on Christmas morning with the positive test in his stocking.
We live just outside Toronto, Canada. This will be baby #3, we have DS1 age 4 and DS2 age 2. We also have a very large dog Hank! He is a Great Dane. I had 2 early losses before I conceived my second so I'm a bit nervous and trying not to get my hopes too high just yet!
Overall feeling OK. Definitely nauseous, but I was quite sick with my first 2 babies as well. I'm also extremely anxious but trying not to let it take over!! I suffer from bad anxiety so just trying to keep it in check as best I can! Haven't made my first appointment yet, plan to call next week.
I'm 32, I work in advertising, love to read, watch way too much Netflix, have been with DH since high school! Excited to meet you all!!
Hi guys, If this pregnancy pans out I’m due sept 8. This would be my 3rd. I’ve got two boys who are about to turn 4 and 2. like @nasalot188 I was hoping to gift a bfp on Christmas but at 9dpo I was negative and sure I was out. Lo and behold, 10dpo I was shocked to see lines. That was just yesterday so we’re both still in shock. We live in the northeast and have been pretty much on our own since the pandemic hit as we have no local family in this region.
As we recently relocated to the suburbs I am doing some research to find a local OB. Hoping to get my betas drawn early this week and also have them check my thyroid and maybe my progesterone. Im nervous and excited and then nervous again.
Hi all! Baby number 2 due September 7th. Just tested positive last night. Took the test with my husband; he had a suspicion!
Zero symptoms yet. With my first, I had sore boobs for at least a week before finding out, but nothing now.
Had an ectopic pregnancy and emergency surgery in August so I'm anxious to get to my first appointment and make sure everything is ok.
I'm 31, an attorney, and my husband is currently a stay at home dad to our 16 month old, but he's eager to get back to work. We are trying to move from Chicago to Indiana (near family) but struggling to sell our condo right now!
Wishing all of you sticky dust! This is my second pregnancy, first was 2/2019 and was considered a "chemical pregnancy," which was a truly dreadful name and came at a less than ideal time in our lives. Now we are finally settled into our house, marriage, careers, and are just missing a little person to share it with! I hope to be getting to know you all over the next 9 months or so!
I just found out this morning! DH and I weren’t planning to try until February after a planned vacation but I ovulated early! I knew I was 12dpo so I took a test. Ta da!
I’m 33, live in SC, and am a veterinarian. We have one child, a son who turns 3 in January. We also have two 13 year old dogs, two indoor cats, and 7 chickens (who live outdoors). I enjoy boating and cooking, and gardening.
I feel pretty awesome. I’ve been working out for the past month and so far my only symptom is mild cramping. My first appointment isn’t until February 5th. I just haven’t figured out how to tell my immediate family yet!
Hi everyone! I'm due Sept 3. This will be our rainbow baby(s). Currently have a DD who is almost 5. I had a chemical pregnancy 2 years ago. After 7 rounds of IUI we tried IVF in early December and did a fresh transfer with 2 embryos. Got my first positive hpt 1 week ago. Going in for our first ultrasound next Tuesday the 5th!
I've had some spotting, but they tell me it's normal, though that doesn't really make you feel any better. So minor nausea. Just mainly tired.
I am 34, almost 35, live in central MN. I work from home as a medical coder and my husband delivers propane.
I'm due Sept 3 with my rainbow baby. I had a chemical pregnancy back on November 1st, the day after I got engaged to my fiancé. We were able to try again in December and to my surprise I got pregnant again right away! I got my first BFP on December 19th. It will be our first child together. I have a four year old son and he doesn't have any children.
I'm feeling okay. Pretty sleepy and mild cramping. I feel like I've done a million crunches I'm so sore lol I'm 28 years old and I live in Central MN. My fiancé works at UPS and I have an office job
Hi everyone! Just found out this morning, due date Sept 9, so hoping for the best! I'm 39, live in NY and have a 3.5 yo son. It took much longer TTC him, so I'm in a bit of shock! lol
I have long covid, since April, which I always said felt like being pregnant - so definitely not feeling much different yet! I have had acid come up my throat the last couple of days, so I think my love affair with coffee is about to be squashed....
My biggest concern ATM is getting off all of my meds for safety!
p.s. I can't figure out my account from my son, so I might come back under a different name if I can sort that out.
Hey everyone it's knottie from above. For whatever reason it wouldn't let me change my username so I just signed into one of my old accounts. I'm just going to start using this one again
edited because I guess I'm wrong and still on my new account. I give up
@demimondaine hey due date buddy! Dang, you’ve had Covid since April? That’s nuts!
Yay, 9/9! I will likely have a repeat c/s the week before though!
Its not nearly as bad as in April anymore obviously, but the shortness of breath, chest pressure and fatigue still come and go 😪 Hoping to make it through pregnancy without getting too much worse! Besides at the end 🤣
Hey everyone it's knottie from above. For whatever reason it wouldn't let me change my username so I just signed into one of my old accounts. I'm just going to start using this one again

I think you can update your username once? In your profile.
Hi! Just took a test after having to pee multiple times and feeling nauseous at work the other day. Lo and behold, baby #3 is on the way! Due date is sometime in early September but not sure when.
I live in the mid-Atlantic region with DH and two daughters, DD1 is 4 and DD2 is 2. I’m a nurse on a covid unit so we had gone back and forth on whether to try for another or not and were not trying but not preventing either, and...well, here we are!
So far I have lots of peeing, sore breasts, and nausea (but not puking, and hope it stays that way!). Emotionally I’m all over the place. I’m happy/scared/excited. First appointment is 1/20.
How did you find out? I tested yesterday, had a suspicion since Monday but managed to wait until my they day my period was due.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I live in Minnesota. Typically I would be coaching cheerleading but with COVID my school did not end up having a team this year, there is still hope that this spring I will teach a intro to cheer class at a middle school in the area but it's not the same as coaching a high school team. My husband and I like to travel and go to concerts, so we've been having to find new ways to entertain ourselves this past year.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) I'm actually feeling pretty calm right now which is weird for me. I have my confirmation appointment scheduled for Monday, which makes me a little anxious because of my history. **TW** We have been trying on and off over the past 7 years and I have had 3 miscarriages during that time, with the latest one occurring May 2020. I ended up going through a bunch of testing this fall to try and determine what may be causing the reoccurring miscarriages and everything has come back normal so far. Really just hoping to get a sticky baby this time, fingers crossed!
Hi all!! I was originally planning on waiting for betas to join in here, but my dye stealer today is giving me confidence! I’ve been lurking in here for a few days, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know all of you!
Due date? Internet calculators tell me 9/11
How did you find out? POAS at 11dpiui and got the strongest positive I’ve ever gotten that early
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) DH and I have been married for 4 years, and this will be our first child. (**TW: loss - we had been trying for 14 months, with two CPs In the spring. But I have a good feeling about this pregnancy already!) We have a super adorable, very needy, cat who we love. When it’s not COVID times, we love to travel (not sure when we’ll get back to that now!). I’m a speech pathologist in an elementary school, and absolutely love what I do. It’s been a crazy year with the population that I work with, but it’s still totally worth it.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Feeling mostly fine! My boobs are super sore, and I get lightheaded here and there. I’m starting to feel a little bit of nausea if I let myself get too hungry too. I have an appointment for bloodwork with my RE on Monday, and then we will go from there!
How did you find out? I was having cramping that isn’t typical in my LP. So I had an idea for a week now. I couldn’t hold out to test so I tested yesterday and got a faint line on 3 different tests. I tested again today and got much darker lines. *TW* I had a chemical pregnancy earlier this month. I have also had an early second tri loss due to a very large SCH that was in the center of the placenta. I have a really good feeling about this pregnancy and I’m very hopeful that this baby sticks!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I met my husband in college. He was in school for his MD/PhD and I was getting my bachelors In kinesiology. While I waited for him to finish med school I got my masters in molecular biology. Now I’m a homeschooling mom of 4 kids (my oldest is grown and left the nest). We live in Alaska. My husband is from here so we are close to family. I’m originally from the south so this kind of cold is foreign to me. We have a cat that loves to bite and a Jack Russell puppy who chews/eats everything including my walls.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) My main symptom right now is mild cramping. I have had 1 instance where I felt sorta queasy but barely. I had heartburn yesterday briefly. I will likely call my OB office on Monday. Emotionally, I’m so happy. This is a great way to start the new year!
Hey all! Fun to be here! It seems like there's already some similarities with you all
Due 9/3.
I found out because I had some cramping a couple days after Christmas that reminded me of my first pregnancy, and then I remembered being weirdly nauseated by the smell of this new tea I got, and then I did math and realized I was a little late.. and then did more math and realized when we had sex this month was likely during ovulation. So I took some tests and here we are!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I live near Philly right now but we'll be moving to the NOVA/DC area this summer for a new job I took a few months ago. My husband and I both work for non-profits. We have one son who is 3.5 (I saw a few other older sibs around a similar age!). As for things I like to do, I'll say the things I'm missing most because of COVID- live music and traveling!
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Feeling a little more excited every day, but still a little overwhelmed. As I mentioned, I only started this job at the end of Oct, and I'm nervous about taking mat leave within my first year, and many other things about this timing. Also a little nervous because my son was born at 33 weeks and it was generally a crazy experience (hence why we were fine with a few years in between!). My first appt isn't until Feb 8th because my provider is only taking appts at 10.5 weeks due to COVID. So long to wait!
How did you find out? We were trying, and I had definite symptoms starting at 6 DPO, but didn't get a BFP until today, 11 DPO! I was actually pretty frustrated feeling what I was feeling and still getting stark negatives on tests. Yesterday, at 10 DPO, I took a $ tree and Clearblue test, and while neither was positive, they were also not STARK negative... like I could not see a line, but neither was as stark negative as the day before. The Clearblue developed a thin edge line in the test area after the valid time window... so this morning, my $ tree test came back faint, but definitely positive, then the Clearblue came back less faint but there, then my Digi said YES!! So now I'm enjoying this and jumping into all of the pregnancy fun : After seeing the digi, I put a cute little pack of baby socks in the bathroom with the test(s) and waiting until DH went in. He's excited too!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) We have an almost 6 yo son, and an old geezer pup. I work full time at a nonprofit.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Very excited! No appointment yet, I'll call this week sometime. It'll be a different provider than my first since we've moved a few states away, so I'm not sure when they schedule the initial prenatal visit. Today is day 6 of feeling bloated and crampy, and my boobs are a bit tender. In the evenings I've started to feel uncomfortable and a teeny bit nauseous. The cramps are weird, they alternate between feeling almost like burning and feeling like baby kicks.
Congrats all! So fun to see a couple of you here from TTGP!
How did you find out? We have been trying for just over 2 years. We started progesterone on my positive OPK until my period in august. I always test 1-2 days before my period is due and that morning I had an instant positive!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have a 7.5 year old boy and 6 year old girl from a previous marriage. Josh has been around for just over 4 years now. He jumped in quick with our chaos and helped me raise my babies while i was finishing nursing school. I graduated RN in May 2019, BSN last month, and got my IBCLC last month as well. The same day as my due date, actually, my daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the month after I made a huge job change to be closer to home with her. I became a birth center nurse in october and am still learning the ropes, but super excited for all things 2021! Josh and I are also getting married February 6th, so here's hoping I fit in my dress!!!
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) I dont feel horrible, surprisingly. Maybe because I am just so excited this is finally happening after years of trying. I'm tired, but what's new there after my last 8 years. I went from chronic constipation to daily diarrhea and my nose stays stuffy all the time now. That's really it. Our first appointment is 2 days before our wedding on February 4th and honestly I'm so antsy to get there... but our wedding and 3 twelve hour shifts a week and 2 kids have me pretty booked up so I cant squeeze in any sooner!
I'm pretty excited to be here and I look forward to following this journey with all of you!
How did you find out? I started having symptoms the week before Christmas, then finally tested on Christmas Eve, even though it was too early. I was SO surprised when there was an unmistakably positive line.
Tell us about yourself: I am an epidemiologist from TX and have been married to my college professor DH for seven years. We have a 3 year-old daughter (also a September birthday!) and had just started trying for another little one, when the pandemic began. I got back on birth control and we decided to wait until things calmed down, but after turning 35 in September, *not* trying was making me so anxious. What if we missed our window? So, we decided to not actively try, but not prevent anything...and it happened much faster than expected. I feel like the universe was trying to keep me from changing my mind again. Other than working allll the time right now, I am also a stress baker, avid reader (mostly mysteries and romances!), and occasional sewist. It’s so fun reading through these posts and meeting everyone!
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?): Queasy all the time, full of food aversions, super excited, and also terrified about adding a baby to our little family. First appointment is 1/21 and I’m just hoping everything goes well until then.
Sending lots of love and sticky wishes to you all!
Due date: September 2nd I think. Haven't seen the midwife yet for confirmation. So 5 weeks and 5 days along.
I missed my period which was due Christmas day. And honestly just sort of let it slide even though I'm always like clockwork. Started feeling so tired three days later so took a test. Was weird because it looked negative but the line was on the wrong side. So I took a dollar store test at my husband's insistence. Here we are. Lol good call Daddy.
I'm 37 and I run a home daycare in Kitchener Ontario. Currently closed due to covid. Have a three year old daughter and just got our second kitty lol
Feeling ridiculously bloated!!! Good thing it's quarantine because I'm hiding nothing.
Hi! I’m 36 so feeling very old to be starting over but I’m excited about the whole thing. This is a yours mine and ours baby. We both have two from previous marriages but our last babies were born about 8 years ago so this feels brand new all over again.
Based on LMP I am due August 22, but I had a crazy long cycle and believe I ovulated a week later than normal. I got my bfp a week after I would have started AF and I was testing like a crazy person. I had a vvvvvfl 12/22 and confirmed with digital BFP 12/24. Long story short I am convinced when I see the doc they will date this pregnancy for September so here I am.
How did you find out? We were not trying not preventing to try to take stress off having a baby (TW: SO had testicular cancer and had one removed and were unknown on how the other was affected by treatment) Had some cramping that was not ovulation pains and it was way too early to be AF cramps and then got hit with a wave of nausea on night and thought I better test! Got a faint positive today at 10dpo and just praying that I get to stick around! I’ve never tested so early before so it makes me nervous😬
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I am 25 my SO is 28, DS is 5 (from previous relationship but bio dad isn’t in the picture anymore). We have a Great Pyrenees cattle dog mix baked molly who is 7 months old and we adore her! We live in central MN (I see a few of us here!) I’m a SAHM and SO is a car salesman. I enjoy reading, being outsdoors, spending time with family, honestly I’m pretty much down for anything as long as we’re all having fun lol
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) I’m trying to remember what my first pregnancy was like but it’s foggy, I feel like I feel more pregnant early on than I did last time. I already have a decent amount of nausea, some cramping that’s more uncomfortable than painful, have some insomnia at night and it takes me forever to fall asleep now but other than that I’m feeling pretty ok! I’m very excited, SO didn’t think it would happen so fast and he’s freaked out a bit and nervous. He’s got the dad thing down for older kids and is great with DS but he’s never done the pregnancy/newborn stage and it makes him nervous. No first appointment scheduled yet.
im super excited to be here! Our BMB for DS is still going strong on another platform and it’s amazing. I’m hoping it’ll be the same here!
How did you find out? We’ve been trying since late October. This was my third cycle since having my IUD removed after 7ish years. The last two cycles I had brown spotting starting around 8DPO and that didn’t happen this time, so I took one of my cheapies yesterday at 10 DPO and saw a squinter. Confirmed with a much darker line on a FRER today!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I was a member of the March12 boards back in the day under a different username, but don’t have access to that email anymore so this is me now 🙂 I have an 8yo boy, and have been married to dh for 5 years next week. Dh is an awesome stepdad to our ds. We live in MA with our 2 doggos (10yr old Australian Cattle Dog and 5yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback). Little man plays hockey, so we usually spend our time at the rink during most of the year, or on the pond in the winter. I’m team manager, so I spend a lot of my nights crafting misc. shirts/gifts/water bottles for the kids on the team with my Cricut, or baking them all snacks and treats. I’m an avid runner and triathlete (I’m slow, but I always finish!), though I have really only been running and cycling over this past year since I’m not feeling the shared pool at the gym for training. Dh works outside the house for a uniform delivery company. I’m a team lead for a bunch of fellow tech nerds and I currently WFH (and also kind of teach since little man is fully remote for school).
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) No appointment scheduled yet, haven’t even told dh yet. I’ll call later this week after I tell him. I have a plan to setup the GoPro to film his reaction. I’m going to have him open a package containing a swim trophy that I crafted a custom label for (swim is his absolute worst event in triathlon, he’s more of a “sinker” than a swimmer lol).
As far as symptoms go I haven’t had many. I’ve had sore breasts but that’s normal for me with PMS too. Today I started feeling a steady dull/burning type cramp across my lower abdomen.
Emotionally, I am incredibly excited! My last pregnancy was completely unplanned, and I was abandoned the minute the other person found out so I was a complete wreck and couldn’t enjoy it. Now I have an incredibly supportive husband and a little dude who has been dying for a sibling, so I am really excited to just enjoy as much of this pregnancy as I can
So excited to be here and go through this journey with you all! Sticky baby wishes to everyone!! ❤️
How did you find out? I tested yesterday morning and it was super super faint. I almost wasn't sure there was a second line (I've been using online cheapies). I had a clear blue digital with the weeks feature leftover from last month that I had been saving to use until I got a positive on the cheap tests, just to double check. So I pulled that out today and it said positive!
Tell us about yourself: I've got 3 kids - oldest will be 7 on the 17th, middle is 5 next month, and youngest is 2. We have a cat. I'm a seamstress. I love travelling, sewing, fitness, and being outside (hiking, gardening, going for walk, we spend a ton of time out in the backyard when it's not cold or winter). DH and I are 30, he works at a home improvement store.
How are you feeling: I've been fine up until now. I've got a headache and feel very nauseous this morning. Though I havent been sleeping well the past 2847 months so that also doesn't help.
How did you find out? We were doing a medicated cycle with Letrozole + TI so I waited until 13 dpo and POAS. Had my beta this morning and it was at 75. Back on Tuesday to see if it's rising appropriately
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have DS who is 2.5. His pregnancy was super easy but we had a really traumatic birth experience and I will be considered high risk. I developed severe pre-E and he was IUGR (growth restricted) and had blood in his brain that caused seizures. He was born at just 4lbs 11 oz despite being full term and was transferred to the NICU. I was on magnesium sulfate for 24 hours and had to stay at the hospital I delivered at so we were separated until he was 3 days old. So long story long, I am slightly terrified of giving birth again but we worked so hard for this baby so I'm trying to stay optimistic. MH and I have both been working from home since March and like everyone else 2020 has been the worst year of our lives. I found out in July that he is an alcoholic and we have been managing his recovery while TTC. He remains sober and we are probably in the best place we have been in our collective mental health and our marriage. So that's like my whole life story Oh I also live in MN in the West Metro! Although MH and I are both from WI.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Pretty good. I haven't had too many symptoms (I actually thought I was out because there was nothing). Emotionally I am just so looking forward to something positive in 2021. Baby's due date is just 5 days after my birthday 9/13!
I am very close with my June 18 BMB so you guys have some big virtual shoes to fill lol! They were right there with every angry discovery and emotional break down with MH alcoholism and recovery, we have helped other moms in the group through domestic violence, a house that got crashed into by a drunk driver, babies needing surgeries and all the everyday ups and downs in between. They were basically my only social interaction for all of 2020. I hope this group ends up being just as supportive and close because motherhood is tough.
*TW LC*
Me & MH: 32 DS: 6/1/18 (Pre-E; IUGR; seizures; NICU) TTC #2: 12/2019 Sept 2020: HSG possible blocked right tube Nov 2020: Letrozole + TI - BFN Dec 2020: Letrozole + TI - BFP!!! EDD 9/18
Hey all, I'm very cautiously joining the group. *TW* I had a miscarriage December 2019, got pregnant again in March and lost my baby girl at 15 weeks due to several issues, got pregnant again in September and wasn't progressing and ended in a loss.
Due date? 9/3
How did you find out? I got what I tested on Christmas and got a negative. The next day I got what I thought was my period and so I figured I was out. On January 4th I decided to take an OPK to see where I was and it was super high. This exact thing had happened to me with my last loss and I turned out pregnant so I decided to take a test which was positive. OB checked my beta which was 1,213 and with that level she felt like we didn't need to retest but she did put me on progesterone.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My husband, almost 4 year old son, and I live in metrowest MA. We adopted a 4 month old puppy right before Christmas (he's currently snoozing behind me) and he's our first dog so it's been an exciting adjustment. I work as a program manager for public health dental projects in MA and DH is an IT project manager.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) I've been feeling super tired and actually was sleeping a ton last week and didn't even think I could be pregnant. I'm also emotionally feeling really nervous because of my loss history.
Hi! My name is Whitney and I'm located in San Francisco, CA!
Due date? September 4
How did you find out? Wasn't drinking all of December (trying to hit some fitness goals!) and Boyfriend asked if I'd have a glass of wine with him on Dec 26th. I kind of jokingly said, well I'm waiting for my period to have a drink so let me take this test real quick. And LO AND BEHOLD, it was positive. We hadn't been trying on purpose, but we knew it was a possibility. I was beyond shocked.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) Welllllll part of the reason I was beyond shocked is I got that positive test 5 days before my 40th birthday! Eek! I don't have any children, this will be my first. I am teacher (teaching virtually) and we have 2 dogs. I have been with my partner for 2 years and we will probably marry soon.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) At first I was totally in shock and could barely process the news. Now, I feel bloated and gassy and tired and HUNGRY. I'm having a hard time getting to sleep, which is weird for me. I miss my regular coffee too.
Re: Introductions!
If this pregnancy pans out I’m due sept 8.
Im nervous and excited and then nervous again.
My biggest concern ATM is getting off all of my meds for safety!
p.s. I can't figure out my account from my son, so I might come back under a different name if I can sort that out.
edited because I guess I'm wrong and still on my new account. I give up
Its not nearly as bad as in April anymore obviously, but the shortness of breath, chest pressure and fatigue still come and go 😪 Hoping to make it through pregnancy without getting too much worse! Besides at the end 🤣
How did you find out? POAS at 11dpiui and got the strongest positive I’ve ever gotten that early
I live near Philly right now but we'll be moving to the NOVA/DC area this summer for a new job I took a few months ago. My husband and I both work for non-profits. We have one son who is 3.5 (I saw a few other older sibs around a similar age!). As for things I like to do, I'll say the things I'm missing most because of COVID- live music and traveling!
Feeling a little more excited every day, but still a little overwhelmed.
Congrats all! So fun to see a couple of you here from TTGP!
Due date? September 4th
I love this sticky wishes thing. ❤️ The best.
Sticky wishes to you all!
Long story short I am convinced when I see the doc they will date this pregnancy for September so here I am.
im super excited to be here! Our BMB for DS is still going strong on another platform and it’s amazing. I’m hoping it’ll be the same here!
Due date? 9/17
DS: 6/1/18 (Pre-E; IUGR; seizures; NICU)

How did you find out?
Wasn't drinking all of December (trying to hit some fitness goals!) and Boyfriend asked if I'd have a glass of wine with him on Dec 26th. I kind of jokingly said, well I'm waiting for my period to have a drink so let me take this test real quick. And LO AND BEHOLD, it was positive. We hadn't been trying on purpose, but we knew it was a possibility. I was beyond shocked.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets?Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
Welllllll part of the reason I was beyond shocked is I got that positive test 5 days before my 40th birthday! Eek! I don't have any children, this will be my first. I am teacher (teaching virtually) and we have 2 dogs. I have been with my partner for 2 years and we will probably marry soon.
How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?)
At first I was totally in shock and could barely process the news.
Now, I feel bloated and gassy and tired and HUNGRY. I'm having a hard time getting to sleep, which is weird for me. I miss my regular coffee too.
