My EDD should be 5/11...shout out to all you fellow moms with the same date, looks like there are quite a few of us! DH & I met ~10 years ago and we have a son (April '17) & a rescue dog. This LO will likely be the last addition to our family unless I'm successful in convincing DH that we should adopt more human & fur babies in the future. I'm 32, work full-time, and I like to eat. Excited to get to know you all & wish you all all the best in this journey!💗
@DuchessOfCambridge Ohh, I'll definitely have to look for that! We're planning homebirth since in Washington we don't have a ton of VBAC options. Home or hospital, no birth centers, and midwives can't be insured for VBACs... **insert eye roll** Would definitely be great for some more VBAC support and success stories!
@LillyClaire congrats!! And yay for a "big" family! We want at least 4 but I totally understand the looks. Every time someone asks how many kids we want and we give an ohh idk 5? Maybe 6? answer we always get shocked looks.
Hi Ladies! I’m Carson. I’m 6 weeks 4 days today, due May 7th! This will be baby number 4 for us. We have two DD’s 5 and 4, and DS who is almost 2. I’m mostly a stay at home mom, I teach a few ballet classes to little ones and my husband is in law enforcement. We have been married 6 years. We also have 2 fur babies. Hi! Finally being allowed to post. I’m a teacher in New England. DH and I just celebrated our 8th anniversary and we have 2 daughters ages 5 and 2. Excited for number 3, but the usual nerves and hoping everything goes well. EDD 5/23.
@fuscok88 ah gotcha. I’m doing mine at my hospital, my OB thinks I’m a good candidate but I’m pretty certain mine will end in a repeat CS so I want to be there already. My hospital also has a level III NICU that we ended up needing last time due to some complications so now I’m pretty anxious! Good luck, excited to talk more VBAC as we progress!
Hi! I go here now although I am not sure how active I will be, but I want to give it a try. This is my third pregnancy and I am due May 27. I have a 3.5 year old son and I am still active in the FB group for his birth month. My second pregnancy broke my heart at the anatomy scan where we learned that our baby had a rare and severe neural tube defect with an extremely poor prognosis. We chose to terminate at 19.5 weeks in December '17. I am cautiously be optimistic that this baby will stick and grow healthy. We have a 2-3% recurrence risk but the genetic counselor could not rule out a generge disorder, so technically it's a 2-25% risk of recurrence. PGAL brain may do me in with this pregnancy, but I will try to remain positive and take it day by day. Thanks for having me!
@DuchessOfCambridge thanks! And good luck to you as well! Hopefully we both get happy and healthy VBACs and no NICU stays! But I am glad your hospital has an amazing NICU available if needed. I can imagine it eases the mind a little to know it's there. My house is only 10 minutes from 3 hospitals so if a transfer is necessary we'd be really close.

Hello, I am a FTM, due date May 5, according to the Bump calculation! I am hoping to see my OBGYN this week and maybe have a more accurate date. My husband and I just started trying to conceive as it's my last year of graduate school, so we feel very lucky and excited to have our first baby as soon as I'm done. I'm really enjoying the Bump as a resource in addition to my mother and sisters advice. The six week tired/nausea symptoms hit me like a ton of bricks, and I'm definitely feeling more of the all day rather than "morning" sickness.

Hello! My DH and I just decided to start TTC this past cycle. I started lurking on this app and didn't know where to post/where I belonged. I took a test this past Friday and got a faint pink line! Based on LMP and even my tracked ovulation my EDD is May 26th. This is our first and obviously it's all real early but I wanted to introduce myself and start connecting with what I've seen to be a great caring community!

My first loss was my first pregnancy, had my son july 2015 and then had the next three losses this last year, with the most recent being in may. We weren’t trying as I wanted to get full fertility testing done on both of us, but here we are. End Tw* I was apart of the july15 birth month board and still keep up with some on fb now. Hoping to be able to stick around for the long haul in this one.

Hi Everyone! I'm 7w1d with our second LO. It was a huge surprise, as we went through 18 months of trying and fertility treatments to get pregnant with our DS who will be 1 this week! EDD is 5/5, and I go to the OB in a week for an ultrasound!

I am currently 6w4d and an online due date calculator predicts May 9, 2019 as my EDD. I'm super excited but also scared, and I already worry nonstop about this baby. Hi all! I recently got my EDD moved from April 19 to May 2 (OH NO), so now I get to meet a whole other board of awesome ladies (OH YES!)
DH and I are both 33 and work in education. We have one daughter who's just about to turn 3, and we live in the DFW area.
*TW* We're excited but a little apprehensive, since we had a missed miscarriage in April. We were happy to get pregnant on the 3rd cycle after, but went through some harrowing early days when I went in at what I thought was 6w4d and baby didn't even measure! Looks like the D&C just whacked my system, though, and everything looked okay a week later, when I measured 5w5d and got my due date moved back. I also got put on progesterone because my levels were crazy low, and am getting a redraw on Tuesday. I don't know that I will be much at peace until I see a heartbeat past the last loss milestone (about 8 weeks), but I'm happy to be along for the ride till then. *End TW*

DD'S story I was in the army about to be shipped to Afghanistan me and DH had a little to much fun to say farewell (grins) for 2 weeks prior (lol) on the plane my lower tum felt bubbly, I guess, I tould everyone witch of course they sad nerves had me thinking so too but a week later I wasn't going away (nothing shakes me that long) so I'm at the TMC ans the nurse says "oh sgt congrats on the baby omg are you ok?"( my head had done a cartoon tilt cause I know I'm on the pill) she came back in before the doc did after that mood swings where epic and all Inappropriate Laughing at weddings during the ceremony Crying in the field And all superiors were on my hit list I got leave spent 2 months in Germany then came back to the USA At this time I'm in on 3 to 4 months and I am not happy to see him think the 1st thing out of my mouth" why did you do this to me?" Lol he so sweet tell me he's been sick the whole time I was gone my doc that I've had all my life tells my to abort my bbg cause my heart and I get a new doc so life moves on I gain 143 pounds and contractions start at 32 weeks I'm in the hospital on a liquid diet for a month having contractions the whole time imagin a preg cheetah ( acne was a monster) starved in a bed that was me! And still was gaining weight my aunt calls me and let's slip that my dog got hit by a car and I snap med to control contractions stop working and baby come out in 3 pushes the world stops shes here nothing else matters 😀
DS'story My DH went out with his friends and got pushed off a back of a truck on the highway cracked his skull open and they left him so I stayed in the hospital with him for 2 weeks in the ICU with our 7 going on 8 month old while he's in a coma as soon as he wakes up tho I'm in the hospital stress is a killer had 2 ulcers and a inflamed gallbladder removed this in May while I'm there I get the shot and go home togather again even though we just got out we are happy to see each other a lil to happy Lol and yes I'm prego again this time Iknow the bubbly feeling go straiget to the doc and he says no!?!?! Go home I'm like dont touch me I'm going back tommorow ( conspiracy theory he gave me a std I'm going to get checked dont ask me why but yhea) they drew blood and prego him I gained a whopping 18 pounds that's it I was terrified my first was only 6 pounds it's now December I have 2 to go and I lose a pound and with it my mind (Tum still there but am convinced I lost him as well) and stress so much I'm now in labor not even in my home town with doc and I get there and there being they can do but help me give birth water broke in car so dry birth they tell me he is 6 pounds and I cry while they take him to the NICU and we stay there a month after dajvu anyone lol

After I had my pill baby and my shot baby I thought it's time to pull out the big gun but myself an IUD bad things happened and I got a new DH ( cause I'm a boss lol) he's in the army and we have a blast every day unfortunately I start having pain in my lower tum not the norm period cramp full on some one just stabbed me my new DH is of course at work and my car is froze so yes I walk to the front gate of the post with my 2 LO's and the MPs take me the TMC I'm bleeding and dont know why the doc cuts off my comfy Jean's while a nurse takes my kids and everything moving to fast all I here is ruptured ectopic and my world left me.... but always a but I come back and I'm determined in want my baby so I'd is removed and we try for a year ...... well he dose me I tried a lil longer with out him knowing lol but no luck at all ( I guess it was not really dealing with loss I just didnt wanna face it )

Hi everyone! 🖤 So I've been taking a couple pregnancy tests and both have been positive, so I think it's safe to say we are pregnant haha. Based off my last period, I'm roughly 4w 1d with a calculator EDD of Monday, May 27, 2019 so pretty early and obviously haven't had my appointment yet to know for sure.
DH and I have a 20 month old son and are excited about having another! We are both 32 and I'm a SAHM and he works in IT. DH and I said we weren't going to get too excited til the first appointment.. but here I am haha. I can't help my excitement!
I have a rare bleeding disorder so I am automatically High Risk with any pregnancies, it definitely makes me a bit nervous but not nearly as much as the first time. We live almost 2 hours from the only hospital willing to touch me (lol) so we will most likely be induced like I was for our son, I was having some issues and was induced at 37w. I'm hoping this will be smooth sailing 🌻 Looking forward to meeting & chatting with you all!
Super excited to be here too! I'm 4w2d and just found out while on vacation in Oahu, a Hawaii! We live in Orange County, CA and have been trying for a couple months. The timing couldn't be better.
*TW* I suffered a MC in October 2017 at 11w3d and another in March 2018 at 5w but didn't know until it was over. We're over the moon to find out about this LO and am trying to keep my excitement in check til 12w mark. We told too many people the first time around and it was hard for everyone. *end TW*

I found out earlier this week that we are expecting baby #2. EDD based on LMP is May 24th. I’m 31 and DH is 33. DD turned 2 in May, so kiddos will be 3 years apart. We are very excited!

@caremel225 a few questions... Your (ex) husband fell out of a truck and his friends left him? WHAAATTT Is this bubbly in your tum gas maybe? I dunno, just saying thats real wierd. How old is your husband? Your 29, hes over 30... so he is maybe 1 year older than you? Or hes late 30s? You cant just leave us hanging like this! Is liquid diet common practice for pregnant women? What does your dog have to do with this story? You thought your husband gave you an std? Is there some backstory here... or was it just a hunch?

Hi! I go here now although I am not sure how active I will be, but I want to give it a try. This is my third pregnancy and I am due May 27. I have a 3.5 year old son and I am still active in the FB group for his birth month. My second pregnancy broke my heart at the anatomy scan where we learned that our baby had a rare and severe neural tube defect with an extremely poor prognosis. We chose to terminate at 19.5 weeks in December '17. I am cautiously be optimistic that this baby will stick and grow healthy. We have a 2-3% recurrence risk but the genetic counselor could not rule out a generge disorder, so technically it's a 2-25% risk of recurrence. PGAL brain may do me in with this pregnancy, but I will try to remain positive and take it day by day. Thanks for having me!

I'm really enjoying the Bump as a resource in addition to my mother and sisters advice. The six week tired/nausea symptoms hit me like a ton of bricks, and I'm definitely feeling more of the all day rather than "morning" sickness.

I am surprised to be in this group, any group at all......this pregnancy #9 and baby #8 prayerfully. I’m a SAHM and a photographer. We have 4 boys and 3 girls. I’m 33 and I’ve been married to my middle school sweetheart for 15 years. Today makes 5w 2d with an edd May 19

DD'S story
I was in the army about to be shipped to Afghanistan me and DH had a little to much fun to say farewell (grins) for 2 weeks prior (lol) on the plane my lower tum felt bubbly, I guess, I tould everyone witch of course they sad nerves had me thinking so too but a week later I wasn't going away (nothing shakes me that long) so I'm at the TMC ans the nurse says "oh sgt congrats on the baby omg are you ok?"( my head had done a cartoon tilt cause I know I'm on the pill) she came back in before the doc did after that mood swings where epic and all Inappropriate Laughing at weddings during the ceremony Crying in the field And all superiors were on my hit list I got leave spent 2 months in Germany then came back to the USA At this time I'm in on 3 to 4 months and I am not happy to see him think the 1st thing out of my mouth" why did you do this to me?" Lol he so sweet tell me he's been sick the whole time I was gone my doc that I've had all my life tells my to abort my bbg cause my heart and I get a new doc so life moves on I gain 143 pounds and contractions start at 32 weeks I'm in the hospital on a liquid diet for a month having contractions the whole time imagin a preg cheetah ( acne was a monster) starved in a bed that was me! And still was gaining weight my aunt calls me and let's slip that my dog got hit by a car and I snap med to control contractions stop working and baby come out in 3 pushes the world stops shes here nothing else matters 😀
DS'story
My DH went out with his friends and got pushed off a back of a truck on the highway cracked his skull open and they left him so I stayed in the hospital with him for 2 weeks in the ICU with our 7 going on 8 month old while he's in a coma as soon as he wakes up tho I'm in the hospital stress is a killer had 2 ulcers and a inflamed gallbladder removed this in May while I'm there I get the shot and go home togather again even though we just got out we are happy to see each other a lil to happy Lol and yes I'm prego again this time Iknow the bubbly feeling go straiget to the doc and he says no!?!?! Go home I'm like dont touch me I'm going back tommorow ( conspiracy theory he gave me a std I'm going to get checked dont ask me why but yhea) they drew blood and prego him I gained a whopping 18 pounds that's it I was terrified my first was only 6 pounds it's now December I have 2 to go and I lose a pound and with it my mind (Tum still there but am convinced I lost him as well) and stress so much I'm now in labor not even in my home town with doc and I get there and there being they can do but help me give birth water broke in car so dry birth they tell me he is 6 pounds and I cry while they take him to the NICU and we stay there a month after dajvu anyone lol

After I had my pill baby and my shot baby I thought it's time to pull out the big gun but myself an IUD bad things happened and I got a new DH ( cause I'm a boss lol) he's in the army and we have a blast every day unfortunately I start having pain in my lower tum not the norm period cramp full on some one just stabbed me my new DH is of course at work and my car is froze so yes I walk to the front gate of the post with my 2 LO's and the MPs take me the TMC I'm bleeding and dont know why the doc cuts off my comfy Jean's while a nurse takes my kids and everything moving to fast all I here is ruptured ectopic and my world left me.... but always a but I come back and I'm determined in want my baby so I'd is removed and we try for a year ...... well he dose me I tried a lil longer with out him knowing lol but no luck at all ( I guess it was not really dealing with loss I just didnt wanna face it )

So here it is 3 years after I gave up TTC and broken condom later cause bubbly in my tum EDD 5/14 😁crazy life is fun like that😉

So I've been taking a couple pregnancy tests and both have been positive, so I think it's safe to say we are pregnant haha. Based off my last period, I'm roughly 4w 1d with a calculator EDD of Monday, May 27, 2019 so pretty early and obviously haven't had my appointment yet to know for sure.
DH and I have a 20 month old son and are excited about having another! We are both 32 and I'm a SAHM and he works in IT. DH and I said we weren't going to get too excited til the first appointment.. but here I am haha. I can't help my excitement!
I have a rare bleeding disorder so I am automatically High Risk with any pregnancies, it definitely makes me a bit nervous but not nearly as much as the first time. We live almost 2 hours from the only hospital willing to touch me (lol) so we will most likely be induced like I was for our son, I was having some issues and was induced at 37w. I'm hoping this will be smooth sailing 🌻

Super excited to be here too! I'm 4w2d and just found out while on vacation in Oahu, a Hawaii! We live in Orange County, CA and have been trying for a couple months. The timing couldn't be better.
*TW* I suffered a MC in October 2017 at 11w3d and another in March 2018 at 5w but didn't know until it was over. We're over the moon to find out about this LO and am trying to keep my excitement in check til 12w mark. We told too many people the first time around and it was hard for everyone. *end TW*

I found out earlier this week that we are expecting baby #2. EDD based on LMP is May 24th. I’m 31 and DH is 33. DD turned 2 in May, so kiddos will be 3 years apart. We are very excited!

How old is your husband? Your 29, hes over 30... so he is maybe 1 year older than you? Or hes late 30s? You cant just leave us hanging like this!
Is liquid diet common practice for pregnant women?
What does your dog have to do with this story?
You thought your husband gave you an std? Is there some backstory here... or was it just a hunch?
