Baby is alive. We're going to do the NT scan and Quad Screen at this point and go from there. The doc left it up to me but I just would rather not deal with NIPT anymore.
I had my NIPT Materni21 Plus drawn on Thursday the 28th and results were back Monday morning only 2 business days later!! All clear for genetic abnormalities & after fighting with DH for over 24hrs about team green we opened the envelope I picked up with the results in it. Baby B 2.0 is a boy. My gut was correct.
@wkuandrea I'm fluffy also at 216, my test results were done in 5 days without the need for redraw with Maternit21, so I think it all just depends but yes all we can do is hope and wait. Thinking of you also @tosh24 and @sparkymcgeee
It seems like I’m one of the last ones but we got our results back today (drawn on 7/3) - all good and it’s a ... boy. Which seems very odd to say. Pleased to know all is well in my uterus
I got the blood results back, and they're not GREAT but not bad. I was in "elevated risk" at 1:750 for the blood, but the NT was 2.1 and a "normal" nasal bone per the ultrasound tech. 2.1 NT is still under the 3.0 (which puts you at high risk) but still, to me, it's on the higher end than I'm comfortable with. We're needing to do the second blood test in a few weeks to follow up. I'm worried, but the tech wasn't worried at all from looking at the actual baby, and i know blood results can give a false positive for elevated risk. I'm almost 31, so that might have somethign to do with it?
Those of you who did Panorama, does it say "results sent to your physician" or something when it's done or do you just stare at the test kit screen until your doctor called you? It says my doctor has to notify me first before they put my results in the portal.
@Potterphile I just had my blood test (Panorama) done yesterday! So I'll be the last in line to know @sweetyjenj I've done a little research on the elevated levels and for the most part it's just a flag to do more testing... I haven't had personal experience but I try to prepare myself for the worst. FX that it's just that, and trust your doc that all is looking well!
I had bloodwork done on 6/18 and have the NT screening tomorrow at a center. Does the tech usually say anything? I haven't gotten blood results and figured I would just wait until next week until 7/16 to see my OBGYN and get the full explanation. Should she have ultrasound results from tech at a center a week later?
I'm a bit less nervous because we did PGS screening and discarded embryos with chromosomal abnormalities with our IVF. I'm guessing that means I'm lower risk but don't quite understand how it works.
I'm getting my blood work done right now, so I'm last in line with a few of you. I didn't do this with either of my previous 2 pregnancies so this is all new to me.
@ladystout08 last pregnancy (Dec 2017) my results were loaded to the portal and I could see them and then I got a call later that same day from my doctors office saying they had the results...so I don't know what happened..if the doctor okayed it in the portal but didn't call until later in the day, or if natera loaded them to me at the same time as the Dr. I'm also staring at the testing screen waaaaaiting...
I called and left a message with my nurse to see if they were in yet. I'm the worst. lol
@ladystout08 I called my OBs nurse everyday for three days until they were in. They weren’t on the panorama portal until the next week I guess after my OBs office had cleared it!
@sweetyjenj I don’t have any experience with the elevated risk but my baby’s NT measurement this time was around 2.3 and my NIPT bloodwork came back with risk of less than 1:10,000. 2.1 still is a good measurement. I think in general under 2.5 is pretty safe!

The nurse said she didn't have them but she was going to check with the OB since her name was on the test they may have gone straight to her. Thanks for the info @BitterBetty12 ! I'll probably still check my portal but hopefully they call soon.
So my nurse called this morning to check on my results and they had just released them so she went over to the fax and sure enough there they were. Everything came back low risk and looks perfect and it's a GIRL!
Also those of you with Panorama, my nurse told me it usually takes them a couple of days after we've been notified of the results for them to upload it to the portal. I still don't see mine in there.
Ok I just called the nurse line at my OBGYN office and she called me back w results! Baby is healthy but gender will be in an enclosed envelope for us to pick up on Friday at my appt!!!
I have been calling daily - got Harmony test done last Friday - and still nothing. They said they're currently being processed, but since they ship them over in batches that could delay it. WTF no I want it now!!! Lol *calls back again tomorrow*
@kianarain I also had the Harmony and it took me 12 days to get my results back. That’s including two full weekends though so I’m sure that made it seem longer! I think it was 8 business days from draw to results.
@beachmama14 noooo! I was really hoping to have results by this Friday, but probably more reasonable to set my expectations to 2 weeks then be pleasantly surprised. Any idea how long from when it was being processed?
@Angheat It was 8 days before I got my results. But I called early morning on the 8th day so I think they were probably in after 7 days. I know some ladies had them as early as 5! And it’s not just business days either it’s calendar days (as in almost all results are in 5-7 calendar days after draw).

I just logged on to view my results and it said “Panorama Auto Redraw selected. Sample does not qualify due to low fetal fraction, the sample represents the 2nd redraw result, or technical error.”
I’ve only had it drawn once so now I’m minorly freaking out. We had an US before the draw, so I know the baby looked good. I’m going to call tomorrow.
I had Panorama and I actually had called Natera directly to asked some of the questions I saw above so I wanted to share. First, the website status is not real time so many times your results are processing further than what you see there. Both individuals I spoke with said they welcome calls. When I called they said they recieved my sample and it was in the first stage of testing.
When I asked about results she said each doctor’s office dictates if you can see info online or not. Some want to talk to us first.
My draw was a monday and the following monday morning I got a call back! Hope this was helpful.
@kianarain I do not know when they got it or starting processing it. I know it was sent out on a Thursday, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they didn’t start it until Monday.
This week I discovered my insurance does cover NIPT 100% even for low risk patients. So, we decided to go forward with it and I had my blood draw today. We are doing NxGen which is the only one my provider participates with, they told me 5-10 business days.
I also completely opted out of the testing for sex.... decided to override my curiosity and remain team green

Well, I broke down and called my office and asked if my results were in for the panorama. Its been 9 days since my draw. They arent in. So frustrating. The nurse was really nice about it but said it could be another week. I'm DYING OVER HERE!!! Now I remember why I didn't do this with my first one lol
I had the Harmony test done and decided to call Dynacare today to see if the results were even ready yet before I harassed my doctor about them. To my surprise, the rep said they were in and would be released to my doctor by end of day. I'll be calling them at lunch time tomorrow if I don't hear anything before then. I'm actually a nervous wreck right now knowing that I'll find out tomorrow. I hope it's good news. Edit* words

did anyone use the Prelude prenatal screen from Counsyl? I'm wondering how the results come up in the portal -- I'm thinking of asking a friend to get them and get the gender to do a reveal, but didn't know if I could look at the rest of the screening without seeing the gender part.
@wkuandrea Yes, my testing was through Counsyl. They have one page that shows the high- level results for the chromosomal stuff, then a link that says something like "click here to discover the sex."
However, if you download the more detailed PDF report, it does list the sex.
