I was watching a Teen Mom last night and DH comes in and starts asking me about them because he remembers them from like 10 years ago when it first came on and I watched it.
DH gets mad if I watch Vanderpump Rules without him +1 for loving all the Bravo but we cut our cable like 3 years ago so I have to wait for it to come out on hulu
The one thing I miss about cable is Bravo and my housewives! It’s too hard to keep up with them all via Hulu.
The Bachelor - as annoying as it can be at times, I still shamefully watch each season! I was excited for Arie at first, but last night pissed me off. I agree with what Reality Steve said in that he definitely had other options and could’ve gone a different route.
I don't watch the bachelor or housewives or teen mom... BUT I did used to watch (FFTC) and really loved Jersey Shore. It's sooo incredibly stupid, but it would always make me feel better about my little life.
And I used to watch the Biggest Loser until I figured out how much of a sham that show was.
I tried to keep up with all on this thread but all I can think about now is how I need to decide if I want Olive Garden or schlotskys (I think I butchered that spelling) for dinner.

Oh man with the BREAD!!!! My work was (shockingly to me) cancelled tomorrow - waiting for the text for school but im assuming. We’re getting 12-18” and it’s supposed to start at 9.
My favorite dnow day thing is baking. I was thinking choc chip cookies but i loooove yeasty things!!! What. To. Make. I’m going to the store in a few too so I can get ingredients. Suggestions???? You all made me make pretzels last time ha!
DH watches with me and we were both so pissed at Arie. Such a dick. Of course, we looked up what the rumors were, so we expected it to happen but it was absolutely brutal that we had to watch Becca's heart get completely shredded "in real time" - Arie and the producers suck.
I don't know if it would be too soon for her but we'd love it if Becca was the next Bachelorette.
We used to watch all of the Teen Moms but just couldn't take Farrah anymore and got bored.
@hardlyhannah I binged Riverdale on a trip recently and am now all caught up! It's better (and way darker) than I expected!

@pghctwife - I know this will go in a dirty direction and I'm ok with that but Pioneer Woman's cinnamon rolls are the best! And the recipe makes a ton so it's perfect if you want to freeze some for later

I just want to say hiiii and sorry for being MIA last week - I was off work to paint a couple rooms, then DS2 was sick, then I worked one day and then was off Friday to go out of town to a friend's baby shower. Eventful week! I felt like I couldn't post again till I had read a lot and caught up and I feel like I mostly am... except does calimom know for sure she is having a girl?? Did I miss something there? Also omg bread... I read his post in a serial killer voice in my head lol.
Anyway I just accepted a new job which I will be starting soon, which I am really excited about! I also was having horrible PGAL brain the last couple weeks, which was another reason I just felt like it was hard to check in here as much. I am not sure why that snuck up on me after two healthy pregnancies, but at least I have my A/S tomorrow so hopefully everything will look good and I can feel better!
Omg our kitchen has stunk the last few days but couldn’t figure out what it was. Not the sink or trash. Get home and DH pulls a Tupperware out of the cabinet with RAW PORK in it. I will say, that was not be and not pg brain and totally him that somehow did that a WEEK ago. I am dying.
Ok I had it in my head who all I was tagging but I've already forgotten. I didn't like Arie from the beginning but I agree with everything Reality Steve said and it was painful to watch him break her heart. @legallykate I'm sure the producers are loving him for the ratings, that's a good point.
I've read he proposes to Lauren on tonight's episode, I don't know if it's at all true, but if he does and she says yes then she's just as bad as him. I would say no in a heartbeat, I don't want to be anyone's second choice. She's too hot for him anyways.

I think he already proposed but that they filmed it and will show it tonight. I feel bad for Lauren, what a terrible way to start an engagement, not only does she forever have to feel like the Runner Up but also everyone hates her fiance. But also it's sketchy that Lauren took his calls/visits while he was still engaged to Becca. Just eek all around.

As usual, our mayor is being an idiot and keeping schools open despite the fact that the commute to and from school will be incredibly dangerous for the adults and students alike. I'm sure the city will issue their usual "stay off the roads!" warning to everyone, and then expect teachers to be there early to make sure schools are open and functioning. I wish he'd realize that there's no rewards for keeping schools open during snowstorms- just pissed off teachers.

8"-12" of snow expected and dh is gone for another week and a half. I feel like I missed so much today, but forgot my phone at home today. It was actually slightly pleasurable.
My son turns 18 on Friday, so I reminded him and sent him to the link to register to vote, and also register with Selective Services. HE'S GOING TO BE AN ADULT! AHH! I'm actually really proud of him, but shit's getting real.
I am headed this evening to our local caucuses to vote on our local and state candidates. I hope it doesn't drag out too long because I get tired quickly!

I had my first uninvited belly touch today, but it was by a parent of one of my students who doesn't speak a lot of English, so I didn't say anything. I had a meeting with her about her daughter's behavior, and at the end the school aide who was translating asked how I was feeling and motioned towards my belly. The mom put her hand on my belly and said "Baby?" So I said yes, and then she asked what I was having. When I said a boy, she said "good job!" and then explained through the translator that in their culture, you want to have a boy first and she had two daughters before having a son.
I also had a different student ask me why I'm so fat now (this is the same kid who asks me why I'm always eating). So I think my kids are catching on.
