They found a soft marker for Trisomy 21 on baby girl's heart at the ultrasound (a bright spot). Apparently because I had the Panorama and it came back low risk for Trisomy 21, they can rule it out like greater than 99%, so there is no follow up required. I still can't help but be shaken - thank goodness I did Panorama or I would be full-on freaking out right now.
Hugs!! Echogenic Cardic Focus, right?? My son had that too at his A/S, we went for a level 2 U/S and it was still there so we did the Harmony Test and we came back low risk. So if you like, we did it the opposite way to you! I know I know I know this is easier said than done but please do not stress out. These things are so so common, far more common than you'd ever think and as a stand alone issue it really is not something to worry about. I did a ton of reading online after our son's was found, I can try find the articles/studies for you if you like!
Thanks for the info, that is really helpful!!
Sorry I still can't tag on this computer (to respond to everyone who responded to me), but they said I don't need any follow up because of the Panorama test, as that kind of testing is what they would have offered. I already have another ultrasound scheduled next week to see her brain (her legs were over her head so she couldn't get clear enough pics that she needed), so I may try to see if they can check for it again while I'm there.
We were supposed to have our IT down for 45 minutes and that was almost 3 hours ago and I literally can't do any work because everything is on our shared network. This is TORTURE. One more hour.
Another of my kids asked me if I was having a baby today, and before I could answer she goes "Wait, I know. You ate a big rock for lunch and that's why you have a big belly." I just said "That does sound like something I would do."
My next appointment is on Wednesday, so I'm telling the kids on Thursday right before parent-teacher conferences. Hopefully they'll all run home and tell their parents, and then the parents will go extra easy on me when we meet. I have it all planned out!

We are sitting at a car dealership. With baby #4, just have to get into an SUV. We’ve gone back and forth about what we want. Lol. But I think we finally agreed on something. Now SO is playing numbers and he’s a negotiater. So this could be a hot minute lol.
But reading and catching up on posts. Trying to stay awake. I’m ready for a nap. Why is this process so boring. Lol.
On a similar note, does anyone have a GMC Acadia? We are looking at them and it seems like there’s not a lot of storage space? And if we have two car seats in the bucket seats, that only leaves the third row for passengers. Although this is probably a question anyone with a third row vehicle could answer that’s not like an enormous extended SUV.
Came down to either the GMC Arcadia or Buick Enclave. Looks like the Enclave has better rebates right now. Essentially the exact same vehicle. So, still waiting.
I’m just sitting with DD3 in the playroom. So idk what’s been decided. I am thinking the couch here is calling my name. lol. The sitting and waiting is so boring. I never understand why we can’t just go. And call me later when papers are ready. Ya know.
@dirtanddiamonds I feel for you. Sitting at a car dealership has got to be one of the most boring things in the world. It takes forever!
Man I should not have judged that lunch place because holy crap it was delicious! I had an Italian sandwich taht was so big I couldn't eat the whole thing, a bag of Dill Pickle Chips, and A Rice Krispy Treat the size of a brick! It was so good. Now I feel sick from eating so much but man while I was shoving my face it was amazing!
@kburg15 my brother and SIL had an acadia but they killed the motor because they ran the oil dry. They liked it (and had two) but didn't get another one.

I don't have experience with the Acadia but I do have an Expedition. This does fall into the enormous category haha but when the third row is up there isn't much room for storage. I don't have the bucket seats though I have a bench for both rows and both carseats in row 2 so when we go on long trips and my parents drive then I have to climb into the third row from the tailgate. It's getting much harder to do now and it's annoying, but besides that I LOVE my Expedition and I hope I can get it back from the mechanic soon.
I did this whole SUV shopping thing last pregnancy (2016). Tried the GMC Acadia and Buick Enclave. Got the Cadillac XT5. They are all pretty much the same.
Subaru just came out with a 3 row SUV. In fact I am not even sure if it is officially out yet. It is essentially a bigger Outback and I seriously want it. I have no need for it but I really want it. I have a year left on my lease of my Outback and I am considering getting it.
Yay! Just got an email that DS is officially in at our first choice preschool for the fall! He's also doing their summer program so that hopefully he gets used to the preschool routine before the baby comes in August. I'm so excited!

@alinafed How scary but I'm glad everything checked out with the Panorama!
@calimom2524 Eeep. Did I miss something? I don't get it - but i can be a bit a slow on the uptake sometimes.
H and I are members at our science museum and they're having a members only event we bought tickets for tonight. Ordinarily I"d be really excited but it's Spring Break Eve and I just want to sit at home and play video games and watch netflix.

Haha it's the first sentence. "We only offer class on Saturdays during the weekends." Is there another weekday Saturday I'm unaware of?
@calimom2524 I took that as they don’t offer classes on Sunday’s. It was just an awkward way of wording it.
Unfortunately, nope. They do offer classes on Sunday's and my question was specifically if they offer classes on Saturday's. I think it was just poor English.
@calimom2524 If I was queen of the world there would be a LOT of weekday Saturdays Monday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Saturday, Wednesday, Saturday...

Then yes, that was just terrible wording. Or poor English.
As for me, I attempted to go maternity clothes shopping with my mom today. It was pretty awful. I really just need some pants for our upcoming trip to Vancouver as I've pretty much been living in scrubs. Was trying to find something a step above jeans (like some colored chinos or something) so that I could wear them to work too and get more use out of them. I discovered that the "pick your prepregnancy size" thing was total BS and that maternity pants are crazy expensive. Got a pair of leggings, two pairs of shorts, and two shirts so not a complete wash, but zero success with what I was looking for. Would attempt to order online but after today, I have no idea what size I am. So frustrating.
My guests have left! I'm about to take a shower with the door open while I play my show tunes. I'm then going to eat an insane amount of food and fall asleep watching Law and Order: SVU.

@doctormom33 ugh, I feel your pain. I have to try everything on. I have yet to find a single thing that really fits true to pre-pregnancy size. Sorry it wasn’t a very good experience. When is your trip?
@doctormom33 as much as I love shopping, I've hated maternity shopping. I had good luck with pants at motherhood maternity. I bought one pair then just keep checking online for sales. Also, if you know your regular size at old navy their maternity pants have seemed to run true to size for me.
Thanks for the car tips everyone! We weren’t really looking at the Enclave, but now we’ll at least check it out! And I love the enormous SUV’s but I’m like 5’1” and worried I wouldn’t be able to lift a car seat into them lol
@doctormom33 I second what @melbel0824 said about Old Navy. I've tried on some clothes at Target and Motherhood Maternity, but the Old Navy ones fit the best and are the most true to size for me. I got a few pixie cut chinos on their website the other day when they were on sale.
@hezzer78 did you find them true to prepregnancy size too? I have quite a few pairs of non-maternity pants from old navy and they have always fit me well. I might have to pull the trigger now to get them in time for my trip!
@calimom2524 I’m glad things with your dad seem to be on the upswing!
Dh usually is out on Friday nights and it’s my much anticipated alone time where I eat all the snacks and watch tv. Well, then he decided to stay home. Ugh. So, no tv for me because he was already into some dumb car show by the time I got ds into bed. Sigh. At least it gave me bump time!
@doctormom33 Yup. I usually wear a 12 in Old Navy, so I bought a 12 in the maternity pants and they fit great. The ones I bought have the side panel elastic and I found them really comfy.
There's no pockets though Is this a thing with maternity pants?? I've bought 3 pair and they all don't front pockets.
@doctormom33 I bought side panel jeans at Target that were pretty much my prepregnancy size. I usually wear a 7-8 from my local Maurice’s, and the jeans from Target were a 6 or 8. Unfortunately that was the only store where I found maternity clothes to try on besides Motherhood Maternity. All the other stores where I shopped for mat clothes with DS only carry maternity clothes online now.
