I'm going to be that person...I know baby is only just about the size of a lime but it is getting harder and harder to conceal my belly. I am almost 11 weeks and if I relax my stomach even the slightest bit it looks so round! At least in my eyes. When I look down I can see it popping out. I know it is a combo of stretched muscles, left over mummy tummy and bloat but I did not look like this a couple of months ago. We won't be announcing for another 4 weeks so who knows what I'll look like by then!!!
Oh, I am having to start announcing because I’m totally showing at 10 weeks. 3rd pregnancy and having fluff, sheesh. Thank goodness it’s cold and I can wear hoodies and leggings every day!
@derbysquirrel what kind of jeans did you get? I’m gettinf my maternity bins out from the basement this weekend and I have a feeling I’ll need to order some! I only had 2 pairs before and they were both Jessica Simpson.
I’m training a new hire at work in the afternoons right now, so it’s hard for me to pop onto here unfortunately. Then when we get home it’s dinner, play, bath and bed until DS goes to bed 7:30ish. DH and I have been trying to not use our phones as much and be more ‘present’ at night, too. I come in when I can and try to contribute! I do agree this week has been slower than normal though.
I now have a cold to go with my sore wisdom tooth.
I went to a networking event with DH last night for Lone Soldiers and we ended up just hanging out with another couple. They were nice, but I couldn't wait to leave- there was nowhere to sit, and the only refreshments they had were beer and sushi. And since I waited too long to eat and had to take a cab home, I ended up with horrible nausea and couldn't eat a proper dinner.

Damn I got all excited that Lee / Bree was back with another AE and I'm pretty disappointed. Dear names troll, we've had better *yawn*
So I'm getting my bumping in early because I have a huge project going on today. It's one of those things where if I pull it off I look like a rockstar but there's also a lot of room for failure. So no pressure lol!
The other show that got me emotional was Parenthood. I loved how real the show seemed most episodes and I loved the characters. I binge watched all 6 seasons for when I was on maternity leave with DS. I don't advise that as my hormones were out of control and I would sit there with my sleeping baby like "don't ever grow up" while sobbing.
I ugly cried watching Parenthood last time I was pregnant. I'm almost tempted to watch it all again because it was soo good.
I'm one of those lurkers who did an introduction and then never really commented again. Work has been crazy ( we were being audited) but now that that is over i'm hoping to be more active.
I love the show This is Us but right now I can't manage to watch it. I hate crying and I can't make it through a single episode without crying so I've just been re watching Friends.
@hardlyhannah Good Luck! Hope it all goes well for you!
ecwk Well that sure sucks! I honestly figured a move was coming soon anyway.
I have so much work to do. Nothing that has to be done right away but, I keep giving myself deadlines and blowing right past them. I can't seem to get motivated this week at all. I would rather come on here and do online online window shopping.
@livinthesunnylife I was trying to find the best yawn gif for that one but I ended up getting sleepy looking at all the cute animals yawning lol! Seriously, if honeyboo is going to bring some dramaz, at least make it worth our while!
I really wanted Subway for lunch, but the nearest one is a fifteen minute walk away. I would have made it if my class didn't decide to be so frigging loud in the hallway, so we kept having to stop. I had to settle for Dunkin donuts instead.

@livinthesunnylife When I log in on the computer it's like that for me every time. I have to click on a thread, then when I go back to the main page all the "new" labes
I'm not even sure the names thread is a troll other than the lack of post history. Plenty of people choose names that make me say "WTF?!" so it's not that obvious.

Here to WHINE. We had to cancel our beach trip because my husband got in police academy so he can investigate arsons. I cried for like 3 hours last night. DH thought I was mad at HIM but I'm SOOO not (that would be a lame thing to be mad AT someone for). I was just really looking forward to maternity photos on the beach and laying there on the sand. The beach is my home. Sigh. I booked a different trip this morning, 2 months earlier, to the Riverwalk in San Antonio. We love SA, so it'll be fine. It's just not the beach. Totally, absolutely a first world problem and I realize I am kind of an a-hole for being upset that I had to cancel one vacation to book another.
