Hello all! After two miscarriages and a recent miscarriage in September, I found out last weekend that I am pregnant again! I am in total disbelief because of how quickly it happened! I am very cautious with this one, I wish I could be as excited as I really am but unfortunately with two losses it makes it much more difficult! I'm currently 4 weeks and 6 days and my first bHCG was 108 Wednesday morning. I am a bit nervous about that number because I feel that it is pretty low. I'm praying for a good increase today! Congrats ladies! All the best!
I'm Melanie, 27, also from Oregon (I saw some Portlanders in the group). I just got married in September and we conceived just barely 3 weeka later! This is our first and we are very excited. My EDD is July 7. We have our first prenatal visit in a couple weeks! Excited for that ultrasound.
Anyway, nice to meet you all. I'm looking forward to having a community to share with.
Hi there I'm Abi, this is my second time, first is just barely 3 months he was born 7 wks early but doing well now. We weren't expecting to have another one for some time. DH and I just got married July 3rd, 2017 and this babe is due July 23rd 2018. I had GD with my first so they will be testing me in first trimester and I'll start progesterone shots at 16 wks. My first apptmnt the with ob is Dec 11th. We're going team green again with this one.
I’m due with #2 sometime...probably July 29th-ish. We’ve been TTC for about 18 months, and I spent the summer on medicated cycles with an RE. We’d decided to take a break from that for the fall and start IUIs after the holidays but there’s no need for that now and we are thrilled! However, I have not even the littlest idea when I ovulated since I quit tracking for a mental break and didn’t test until CD 33. LMP will put me at July 29th, but could be up to a week or so later I guess. We’ll find out at that first appointment in a couple of weeks!
Anyway, I have a 2.5yo DD and was moderately active on the June 15 board until the big to do when everyone left. I’m still in touch with a few, but don’t post daily with them anymore. SAHM, enjoy biking and yoga, reality TV fan, and Christmas movie obsessed.
So, that’s me! Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
ETA, oh god...I swear I tried to change my display name...will try again --crisis averted!
Hi everyone! I’m Sarah and from Pittsburgh, PA. I’m a STM with a 2 yo DS and was in the Nov15 BMB, although not very active. Hoping to change that with this one!
My EDD is July 31 so depending on our first ultrasound I may be switching over to the August bmb. Excited to get to know everyone!
Hello! Nichole from Fort Worth here! First time mom, and very excited! EDD is July 20th. I would love some advice about: 1) How not to be a bear when I'm uncomfortable all the time and 2) How to get some sleep!
Thanks for any help you can give! And I can't wait to meet everyone!
Well, I'm still a little shocked I'm even here. I got my BFP last night after going to the dr and being dx with the flu. This will be #2. My DD is 5.5. I will be 30 in 3wks. I have a big party planned. This is going to be fun figuring out how appear to be "drinking alcohol." I'm not ready to spill the beans yet. I'm a social worker at a children's hospital. My DH and I have been married 7 years.
HI all. I got my bfp last week. I have a July 2014 daughter. I also had a loss at 8w in December 2015. The loss has made me more nervous than I imagined. EDD July 30th Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Hi! I’m Lindse, 26 and I am a mama to my sweet Hudson who is 18 months old. My husband and I live in Dunwoody, Georgia- a suburb of Atlanta and have been married since 2015. I got a BFP about a week ago and have my first appointment on Monday. I’m estimating that my due date will be the end of July or possibly even beginning of August. I had a csection with my first child because he was breech, so hoping for a VBAC this time around if at all possible! My husband Andy and I are so excited. We moved to Atlanta about a year ago from Alabama where the majority of our family lives- other than my dad who lives in Connecticut. I am a graduate from the University of Alabama (‘12) with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and minor in Computer Science. I am a stay at home Mom- but also own a small at Home business doing embroidered clothing and accessories (The Bear Necessities). I’m excited to find a new birth month group. My May 16 group on Facebook is still really close and I found them through The Bump - so I’m hoping to find another group like that from the board this time. Can’t wait to be a family of 4!!!
@knottiebfd59c76100bdbf1 can't help on the bear part but for sleep, Unisom is generally recommended by OBs as a safe sleep aid during pregnancy. I took it every night during pregnancy with my first LO when insomnia kept me up for hours every night. I take half a tab now and it really helps me to stay asleep.
Also, I'd recommend changing your user name so people can tag you more easily and begin to recognize you when you post
Hi all! My name is Sarah. I’m due with my first child July 17th! (according to LMP). My husband Dan and I have been together for 7 years/married for a little over 2.
I have my first OB apt on 12/6 with a new doctor or midwife (mine left the practice a few months ago).
My husband is a Mechanical Engineer and I am a Project Mgmt and Planning Operations Rep. We both work at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company and live in Colorado.
So excited to be part of this community!
Me: 33 DH: 31 Location: Castle Rock, CO DD: 10.13.18 baby #2 due: 7.14.20

Just tell everyone that you’re already on a high-dose antibiotic and aren’t supposed to drink
Hi everyone, I'm a professional horn player from Colorado! I'm pregnant with my second baby, DD is 12 months old this week. (I was on the December 2016 board). So excited to join this community and begin my journey of 2 UNDER 2! Woo!!!
Finally I'm able to join! I'm Krista, I'm 32. I live in Florida with my husband and 2 DD, 5 and 8. This will be mine and my husband's first child together, and his first. I'm divorced. We both work in law enforcement. My EDD is July 28. Happy to join you ladies!!!
Hey everyone! My name is Paige. I'm a STM, dd will be 2 in March (March 2016 bmb but I wasn't active and mostly just lurked). I'm sure 7/25. My husband and I are very excited!
Hi all! I'm pretty new to these particular boards but found out we're expecting sooo thought I'd join in Hi I'm Kira. I'm a stay at home mom and I have 3 kids (8, 5, and 2) and found out recently I'm Due July 20th. This is actually my 9th pregnancy and we had a 10 week loss back in March and a chemical back in Sept 2016 so I'm pretty nervous still. I have a sono on Dec 19th so fingers crossed all looks well.
@DumbledoresArmy Hey Colorado horn player! I’m a Colorado vocalist/former choir teacher! Not the same thing, but yay, music! I also have a Harry Potter tattoo, so I have a feeling we’d get along.
Hi everyone! I'm 38 and live in Portland, OR with my DH, 17 mo DS and senior cat. Due to being AMA and that <TW> I had a CP in July <TW> I'm a bit nervous about this BFP, but the line is still there and nice and dark, so I'm choosing to be excited and optimistic about it. My EDD is 7/30 . I was on TTGP since August and lurked the May '16 BMB when pregnant with DS.
I work full time as a manager of a systems and project team and my DH is a software engineer. I enjoy the outdoors, music, cooking (especially in the Instant Pot), and spending lots of quality time with DH and DS.
Hi everyone! I know I am a little late to the introductions. My name is Kelly from Ohio. My husband and I are both engineers and this is our first time becoming parents. I got my BFP Nov 17th which was CD 40 according to my app. Right now my EDD is July 15th, but I am sure it will change once I get to see my doctor. We are getting ready for a trip to Europe. I am mostly nervous about the whole having to pee every 30 minutes! I look forward to getting to know you all.
@brittany121087If you’re having a party at home, there are lots of great ways to fake it! At my house for thanksgiving, I had an empty beer can that I washed out ahead of time and filled with water and drank from that. No one was the wiser! And I’d just refill it from the sink in the bathroom when it got low. Kept my secret and kept hydrated haha. You can also make a mock tail (like cranberry juice and la croix) so it looks like a mixed drink!
Me: 33 DH: 31 Location: Castle Rock, CO DD: 10.13.18 baby #2 due: 7.14.20
Im technically in the June BMB, but it’s so late in the month that just a day overdue and I’ll have a July delivery. Not so secretly, that’s what I’m hoping for
I’m a FTM and a fertile ho, DH and I got pregnant on our wedding night. So we’ve got nine months to be newly weds and I’m spending the first 3 months so far feeling hella nauseous.
I’ll mostly lurk, but figured introducing myself would be less creepy ;P
Hi all, I’m Rachel from NY. We have a DS who will be two January 21st. My DH and I are expecting number two around July 21st! I thought it would be awesome if they’re both born on the 21st of the month but I had a c-section the first time around so they may make me go earlier. We’ll see! If anyone has tips on being patient with my toddler while being super nauseous, I’ll take it! Excited to be here.. :-)
Hey guys! Tracie from Ohio here I've been quietly lurking for a week or so and just finally found the courage to speak up. I'm at 6w2d with my second baby (DS is 7yo) with a July 22 due date. We had our first ultrasound this morning! Everything looks/sounds great! I'll shoot over to the ultrasound thread to share those details!
I'm super excited to share this journey together! I have absolutely loved reading all of your intros and updates. Congrats to all!
Oop- apparently I’m not sure how this all works. But I’m nicole 26, from Connecticut US . I have an 8 month old son, and currently expecting in July of next year (unconfirmed) Have not gone to the dr as of yet but HPT says yes! — with my boyfriend for going on 4 years!
Hi everyone! I am a STM from Philadelphia. My daughter is 23 months and I was fairly active in Jan 16 BMB. I was a little surprised to get my BFP because I had gotten 3 BFN and assumed that I was out, but my period kept no-showing and so I tested again, and lo and behold! I think I must have ovulated pretty late. My EDD is 7/15, but we’ll see what the US shows. My first appointment is 12/4. I am 35 as is my husband and we’ve been married for 6 years (together 10). I am a psychotherapist. We also have a dog and a cat. The dog acts like a cat and the cat acts like a dog. I am really excited and a little terrified to be here again! Looking forward to getting to know you!!
Hi all! This is my first pregnancy after over a year of trying and three IUI cycles. EDD is 7/30 based on LMP. Our first US is 12/6 and I am hoping and prayers by that we are able to see a viable embryo. Excited to be a part of this experience with you all
I am Melissa. I have been married for 2 years. We have been TTC for 18 months (I have PCOS). Got my BFP on 11/3. My EDD was 7/6 but ultrasound this morning has pushed it back to 7/18 (getting confirmed by another ultrasound in 2 weeks). I thought I MCed last week but it turns out I just have some random bleeding (so scary).
I am from NJ and work as a mechanical engineer. This is my first pregnancy.
@lindsayleigh1989 I did, I went on the knot and changed it but I posted immediately after, I might have to give it a little longer for it to update in the system? It says it updated in "My Account"
