Tomorrow is DD2s birthday. I'm totes buying her cake. I can't be stuck in the kitchen all day. I do have things to add to it to make it our own though. She just loves her mommas baking so I hope she's not too heartbroken. She has a friend sleeping over tonight too. My house is a mess. I also fail and still need to find one more gift for her. She wants a damn huge beanie boo. Don't know what a beanie boo is? It's a giant stuffed animal with huge eyes. Thinking that is nixed. She also wants a JoJo bow. Again, a massive bow with a. Rhinestone on it. I make bows damnit. But it's not the same because it's not a JoJo bow. Oye.

Same! Except I don't plan to catch up lol. I've tried to watch Teen Mom a few times and could never get into it.

Here's DD2s cake. Praying she doesn't hate me for not making it for her. I am adding a gold giraffe , elephant, and lion to it though. She's a huge animal lover. Giraffes are her favorite. And she is for sure my wild child.
Has anyone watched "Call the midwife" on Netflix? I had never heard of it and it popped up on my suggested feed. Just finished the first episode and not only did I already cry, but I'm intrigued
@sjohns908 I like it. I binge watched the first couple seasons right after DD was born and cried during many episodes. I'm behind now and keep meaning to catch up.

+1 to loving Call the Midwife!! One of my absolute faves. I'm not caught up on the current season but can't wait to dive in again! I also need to catch up on the last couple seasons of Downton Abbey. I, too, love all the British period shows on Netflix!!
Can I tell you how excited I am to use the baby as an excuse to not have sleepovers for a loooonnngggg time. I mean DD2 is having a blast and it is her birthday but oh em gee, my sanity. The friend is getting picked up in about an hour and then we'll head to dinner as a family. I'm. So. Tired!
