@JamieH2000 it's good to hear from you! Glad you're getting a plan in place :) Thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers!

@IfYouCanDreamIt I am so sorry! I wish there was something I could say to take some of your pain away. Although grieving is natural, and part of the process, it is the part I hate the most. I pray that you will get through this and come out with hope! I pray that your day is coming soon! It does FEEL like it will never happen, I know that feeling very well. I still have hope for you! HUGS!!!

@tiffavis12 Fx for good follies and eggs for you!

@Winnie81 Yay!!! Good luck with your ER tomorrow!

AFM- Thanks all for your support and kind words! Will keep you posted tomorrow :)

@JamieH2000 I believe my re mentioned it around the time I was looking into mini ivf. Her thought was that I was only producing 5-9 follicles on the scans each month at the max doses, so why not lower the doses to save money. I have also read that the maximum dose of stims can actual harm egg quality for some women.  I did 150 each of follistim and menopur. Also, my re said that Ganirelix doesn't suppress the ovaries as much as lupron; it's lighter in terms of suppression.  So, I was on that and HGH. I would be interested in what this other re says. Good luck!

@IfYouCanDreamIt - I'm so sorry I was really hoping it was magical cycle for us all!!  Take some time to let yourself heal with DH, its a hard struggle, your strong and your time will come!  sending u hugs!

@winnie81 your numbers sound great!  I believe over 200 indicates a mature follie so you definately have quits a few mature!!  Good luck, I can't wait to hear your report!!

@jaimeh2000 been thinking of you a ton!!  You started this thread and it really has been such a great group of ladies, and I'm not just saying that because its finally a month that has gone my way...just praying it continues!!  Really glad your appt are going well.  I asked my RE about the overstemming as well AND she didnt think it was an issue.  Now my acupuncturist she swears by it and kept saying if this doesn't work i should try mini ivf, have you thought about that?

@ljsmith805 glad its official official!  getting the numbers helps, getting a lil nervous for tomorrow, praying i'm still on the right track!  You take it easy

@adoc86 thanks so much!  I'm like you i had back pain and always feel like AF is here...praying it continues, I almost get nervous if i dont feel any type of way!

@kp214 Thank u!  Its all so nerve racking but thrilled to be in this spot of worrying, hoping i say here!!  I think of baby names all the time and we argue about it to.  Then I stop and say we can argue about it when the time comes!  I'm sorry but I'm the one carrying this miracle i should get final say :)  just my opinion ;)

Sorry if i missed anyone, good luck on all appt, upcoming stemming and ER!!

@kangastein so sorry for the added stress. Praying you get there in time.

@Adoc86 yay!  That's awesome!  Friday will be here before you know it!

afm, my lining is on the thin side. She's concerned that it's only 4 mm and I have a follicle at 15.  She may put me on Estrace Saturday after she does another us if I haven't ovulated by then.  I'm eating almonds and spinach, drinking pomegranate juice, and sitting with a heating pad on my lower abs. Hoping these help.

    Thank you everyone!

@BecauseLove Thank you girl! Prunes for digestion? How are you doing?

@kp214 Hope your lining perks up!

Couple quick questions/suggestions as we get closer. My lining was also on the thin side for day 6. They said it was 5.5 but she wasn't concerned. She wants to see it at 7/8. Suggestions? I'm reading almonds, beets, heating pads? I have to wait for the call later today, but the tech said it looked like there were about 11 that are growing. That seems pretty low in comparison to the 36 we started with. They also started me on the ganirelix as 2 of my follies are at 14.5.

    Feeling so nervous now.

@Isthisthereallife I've read acupuncture and fertility massages can help thicken the lining. Maybe anything that helps the blood circulate down there?  I've also read spinach and lots of protein. Also, Estrace can help thicken your lining. After every retrieval, I've been in Estrace and progesterone.  My lining has always looked good except this time. My re said that she may have me start Estrace if it's still thin. So, if the natural stuff doesn't work, there are other options.  Good luck!

@JamieH2000 I haven't done acupuncture this time. My schedule didn't work for when he's open. I wish I had tried to move things around to get an appt.

@kangastein you can do this! I know you're over it and ready to be finished with the shots. Hang in there.

Hi everyone, thank you so much for the great support! I am really loopy right now but I had my ER at 6am this morning. The retrieval itself was a breeze, but waking up was a different story. I was shaking and crying from the pain being so bad, and the doctor had already left to go to another surgery so they could only offer me extra strength tylenol. I had to wait for my husband to go get my prescription filled for tylenol 3, which did f-all. I don't know the exact numbers, but before they were done counting i had 22 eggs. My biggest fear (before waking up) was farting in the doctors face, lol.

@kp214- that's so odd that you have never had lining issues before and now when you need it most, its being this way! Maybe without stims and all the estrogen that comes with that its having a hard time. Hoping it gets where it needs to be! I like to think acupuncture helps, but I have been doing it for 5 months and don't think its doing much for me. Don't be hard on yourself for not going.. its so hard with all the RE appointments already.

@winnie81- congrats on the great numbers!! hope you are feeling better now. It will all be worth it!

@isthisthereallife- keep on growing follies!! and lining too!!

    @kangastein- good luck on Sat!!!

Hopeful_momljsmith805 yay, great numbers ladies! Congratulations!!!

kangastein Good luck to your ER! My clinic would adjust the time of the ER according to time I triggered, sure the nurses will know if there’s any need to adjust the operation time, as it’s only 45 minutes. FX for your

AFM still waiting for AF. Healing from this cycle will take time but second day was already a bit easier. DH and I had fun out doing holiday shopping and movies. We are hoping to get more light on the thyroid issue seeing another endocrinologist next week and then hopefully seeing our RE in the end of the month to make a new plan. I know I need a break from the treatments but knowing there’s a plan will calm me.

Had a follicle scan and blood done this morning. Just got the call everything is to stay the same with injection doses and go back monday. I only have enough meds thru sunday night so if i have to take another injection on monday ill need to buy more meds. Said my estradiol is tracking properly unlike my last IVF round. Wednesday it was 220 and is 541 today. There were 12 measured on my right ovary with others that weren't at a measurable spot and 3 on my left with lots that weren't quite measurable.
Biggest follicle is 14.2, and a bunch of 10,11and 12s by monday I should have many closer to 18.
ER is estimated for Wednesday but could be Thursday ill know on Monday.
