@winnie81@springs512@hopeful_mom we saw a flicker! She said it was about a 121 heartbeat! I go back in a week to check the development. Starting to look into OB appointment. Of course I am dealing with not being able to sleep, nausea, and tiredness too, also welcome after the infertility battle
Hopeful_mom I'm so sorry you're feeling so icky. Hopefully it will let up soon and doesn't last the whole time! My ultrasound is next Monday so getting close! I did have an unexpected beta test on Tuesday. I woke up with a little brown spotting and freaked out. Went running to the clinic. They said it was too soon to do an US so they did a beta and numbers came back great, 9900. We'll know Monday though!
@kangastein YAY!! That's so exciting!!! Do you have a lot of nausea? I'm been really tired to the point of napping after work - but then unable to really get a good nights sleep. Not too much nausea though, only every now and again.

@Isthisthereallife I more or less feel queasy all day! No vomiting or anything, just unpleasant feeling. Also, I can't eat anything! Even a meatball sub turned my stomach. Loving rice and potatoes and easy foods. i am in the no sleep at night club, but I haven't been taking naps in the middle of the day yet! Fx for your ultrasound, hopefully you see a little heartbeat by now!
We go the 11th for our first ultrasound. Had my prenatal appointment this week and my cervix is closed. Ill be 7 weeks at the ultrasound so praying everythings good and we see a heartbeat.

The day started out magically and ended in disastrously.
Today was graduation day to my OB. Day started off great. Heartbeats strong pumping at 175.

It was magical today they really looked like a lil baby for the first time. You could see lil hands and feet wiggle, it was amazing!! It made feeling so awful a bit more bearable. It looked like they were waving hello to their mama but they were really waving good bye to me.
I felt sick all day and started cramping. I just thought it was the uterus making room but it just kept persisting and my worst nightmare came true and I miscarried and lost them both
U kno it hurt so bad, I literally gave birth to my baby last night. I was so close to that first hurtle and it's all over now.

The emotional journey will be a struggle. For us woman we have struggled to get to this point and we talk to our babies all the time the second we transfer, just getting through a shower without them was torture.
I try to think the dream isnt over just back on hold but its a very very scary future ahead.

hello ladies! I hope everyone is doing great and everyones BFP are moving along nicely! I try to keep up with many of you but you're all in different threads, I try to come back here to check on you as well.
***TW*** AFM** Loss mentioned I had a D&C on monday and even though its so upsetting to go through on many levels i just wish I didn't have to suffer through the weekend in agony. Besides bloodclots I ended up still having placenta inside me which was what was causing all the pain. I pray to never have to experience this again but at least i will be more knowledgeable and demand what should be done. I know ppl dont rush into surgery but after a week of misery its enough and the next steps shouldve been taken. (especially when they can test anything that they maybe can get some answers) Yes physically I still have headaches and cramping but it doesn't compare to what it was so lets pray i'm finally on the mend....which I believe i am as i just want AF to arrive so i can get started again. I'm hopeful and so are the dr's that since it did work, there is no reason it shouldn't work again. I hate being old and have to be on this time clock that makes everyday co critical...I never thought I was old until all of this infertility nonsense!
I want to say THANK YOU to all of you lovely ladies for all your posts and thoughts, It helped me through a very difficult week. My family first found out about my pregnancy as I miscarried in my parents home so its hard for them to wrap there heads around everything as they weren't in the know. You ladies truly get it and it means alot. I truly believe this was a magical board and pray the rest of you have a very happy and healthy nine months!

Hopeful_mom Hey! I totally hear ya about the timeline and how frustrating it can be to have to care about rushing forward. I am so sorry that this resulted in a loss but I have heard good statistics about women that get KU'd after a miscarriage. So maybe those stats will be in your favor. Thoughts are with you!

My symptoms have been terrible-nausea, constant dull headache, lethargy.
I hate to complain because this has been a long journey even to get here. And it's just another chapter.

Hopeful_mom I'm so sorry you're feeling so icky. Hopefully it will let up soon and doesn't last the whole time! My ultrasound is next Monday so getting close! I did have an unexpected beta test on Tuesday. I woke up with a little brown spotting and freaked out. Went running to the clinic. They said it was too soon to do an US so they did a beta and numbers came back great, 9900. We'll know Monday though!
@kangastein YAY!! That's so exciting!!! Do you have a lot of nausea? I'm been really tired to the point of napping after work - but then unable to really get a good nights sleep. Not too much nausea though, only every now and again.

@hopeful_mom I hope I didn't make light of your miscarriage with my issues, I was just worried sick. I hope you are recovering well.
I truly thank all of you for every post. I can't sleep even though I'm trying, the twins needed way more rest then my body now, go figure. I lost a lot of blood but finally the contractions have stopped so hoping now physically I can start to heal.

The emotional journey will be a struggle. For us woman we have struggled to get to this point and we talk to our babies all the time the second we transfer, just getting through a shower without them was torture.

I had a D&C on monday and even though its so upsetting to go through on many levels i just wish I didn't have to suffer through the weekend in agony. Besides bloodclots I ended up still having placenta inside me which was what was causing all the pain. I pray to never have to experience this again but at least i will be more knowledgeable and demand what should be done. I know ppl dont rush into surgery but after a week of misery its enough and the next steps shouldve been taken. (especially when they can test anything that they maybe can get some answers) Yes physically I still have headaches and cramping but it doesn't compare to what it was so lets pray i'm finally on the mend....which I believe i am as i just want AF to arrive so i can get started again. I'm hopeful and so are the dr's that since it did work, there is no reason it shouldn't work again. I hate being old and have to be on this time clock that makes everyday co critical...I never thought I was old until all of this infertility nonsense!
I want to say THANK YOU to all of you lovely ladies for all your posts and thoughts, It helped me through a very difficult week. My family first found out about my pregnancy as I miscarried in my parents home so its hard for them to wrap there heads around everything as they weren't in the know. You ladies truly get it and it means alot. I truly believe this was a magical board and pray the rest of you have a very happy and healthy nine months!
