Last night before beta. I'm not very hopeful, though, as I've had negative HPTs since 5dp5td. I think this is gonna hit me harder than the failed IUIs. Mostly because we actually created a little embryo this time. I feel like it will be difficult to accept that it's just... gone.
Ugh, sorry for being a Debbie Downer. Just trying to mentally prepare for tomorrow.

@lefemmeviolette I think we all feel the same way. For me, after the IUIs, even with getting a low beta, I wasn't as upset as I was after the first failed FET. With IVF, the odds are better and we go through so much more and at least for me, am so much more invested in these embabies. Hugs!
A BFN from IVF is, in some ways, like experiencing a loss. You conceived, you see your embryo, and you see it enter your uterus. Very different from an IUI. I don't mean to compare this to those of you who have experienced mc's or cp's. But the devastation is still very real!

@wifeinraleigh28 I completely agree with what you said. ***TW** with two IUIs I had cp's and while I was sad and grieved, the negative from my first FET hit me like a ton of bricks. There is so much more control with IVF, especially with an Fet and it's heartbreaking that even if everything "looks perfect" it can still not work. I think that's a hard pill to swallow too.
Hugs and positive thoughts to everyone tomorrow with transfers and betas! Even if the news isn't what we want to hear, I pray you all are able to grieve and cope in whatever way you need and feel support, both from your loved ones and from us on here. Although hopefully we all get great news!
Good luck to all of you tomorrow! @LeFemmeViolette I complete understand what you mean.
*TW* pregnancy mentioned - when we did our fresh IVF cycle a couple of years ago we transferred two embryos. After 3 years of failed IUIs we were thrilled when we got the BFP. At that first ultrasound when we saw one little bean, I was so happy, but all I could think was.... Where is my other bean??? I vividly remember that feeling of "my baby didn't make it". To me, all of those embryos are our babies and when one doesn't make it, it just flat out sucks. It hurts. So I get you!
Tonight I asked DH if he thinks I should POAS. He was like “I thought we already decided you wouldn’t?” I was like “Just checking to see if you’d changed your mind.” Hahaha...So it’s decided- I won’t test. This will be a first for me- I tested for all my IUI’s and my last FET.
Best of luck to all the testers tomorrow. I’ll be thinking about everyone!

@Tusername GL with not testing this time around! I know it isn't easy. I almost accidentally peed on so many sticks in the last 4 days. But I don't regret not testing. HPTs can only tell you so much anyway. Now if only they could make HPTs that could tell you if you were going to have a CP or are definitely not at all pregnant, that would be ideal! Oh and I love the chicken pic!
@C-k Nooo, really?! That's so frustrating!!! I couldn't imagine having to wait an extra day!
Well, here I am at 4:20 am sitting on the couch with my pups because I can't sleep. I actually fell asleep pretty easily but now I've been up for the last hour. I have had some pretty constant AF-like cramps for the past few days. I know it could mean absolutely nothing, but I'm hoping it's because I'm pregnant. At least the cramping is keeping me hopeful even if it means squat!

@wifeinraleigh28. That's a hot I would use for sure. Hope those cramps are signs of your emby getting snugly.
To all our betas today, I will be checking in as much as I can to hear your news! You have all been an amazing source of strength and hope for me. I hope everyone of you get wonderful betas news today.
@wifeinraleigh28 Oooh cramps def sound like a good sign.. I've been so crampy too!! I have a good feeling for you! All my fingers and toes are crossed!!!
Im kicking myself that I didn't drive the extra half an hour to my usual clinic... Argh!!! Only another 12 or so hours to wait!! At least I get to hear everyone else's news while I wait!!!!
Ahh I really should log in more on the weekend. I've been sitting here in my car waiting for them to unlock the doors while I catch up on posts. It's central time here almost 7am I won't get a call till between 11-1. I'm the back of my mind I'm still pretty positive that my odds are low since we thawed 3 and know that 2 were no good. @c-k I'm sorry that you have to wait for your results! You should still get your results the same time we are getting all of ours? (So the 27th your time zone; 26th our time zone?) Is that correct?
@wifeinraleigh28 FX that the cramps are just your little one snuggling in!
AFM - blood is drawn so let the waiting game begin! My cramps have gotten less and less but still feeling queasy, especially if I haven't eaten recently. I keep telling myself, the results will be what they will be and there is nothing I can do at this point and just have to accept whatever the result is. While I still feel anxious (and I'm sure it will get worse throughout the day), I also have a sense of somewhat calm/acceptance, more so than I did last time.
All of you beta testing today and soon were in my dream last night. I was working with some wacked out doctor that was being disbarred but had come up with some new serum that he could put in blood to tell if someone was pregnant or not within minutes instead of waiting all afternoon! So I had to go in some creepy closet for him to draw my blood and then said I have a lot of ppl that could use this and he mentioned there was a teleport that you all could stick your arms through and he would draw your blood! So I posted this on here and all of a sudden started seeing all of your arms poke through this teleport thing! Unfortunately I woke up before any of the results were in
Oooo I just got done drawing blood. She said there isn't much going on today so she should have results by 9:30! Since I'm near a Starbucks I'm thinking it's a decaf pumpkin spice latte kinda norning.

They've got my blood now too. I am also shaking, but that might be due to the first caffeinated coffee I've had in 10 days. Probably a little of that and a little of nerves.

@wifeinraleigh28 that's what I was telling my DH! That it was like a HPT but with the blood. In the dream it was almost like those little portable drug tester kits police use, where they put a little bit of whatever drug in the bag and shake it up and depending on what color it turned = the type of drug and/or potency. With all the advances in science, why do we still have to wait two weeks?! I also flip flop between acceptance/calm and freaking out, sometimes by the second, lol! I think it's normal.
@thucks - yes, what time zone are in you? It's past 9:30 here and I am on pins and needles!
I'm on Central time so an hour behind ya'll. My luck They will wait until lunch to call. My co workers are freaking out waiting for the results worse than me. One of them said she bout wrecked her car cause I asked if she wanted starbucks. She got all anxious and asked what I was ordering when I said decaf she thought that meant I got a BFP she was so giddy I had to calm her down. She has no clue what this wait is all about lol. Neither does DH apparently; he wanted me to wake him this morning to go to the apt with me so he could be there. After 8 beta's he should know by now that it's just dropping off blood and then a wait.

@thucks ah, ok. I guess we will wait some more, lol! Only one person knows this time around, she is a coworker who went through IVF. I didn't even tell my parents this cycle. I found it too hard for ppl to keep asking and that made me even more anxious on beta day! This way it will be a nice surprise if it is a positive and if not, I don't have to keep telling ppl it didn't work.
Morning ladies! I keep checking this thread to see about any updates on the bloodwork. @thucks I hope they call soon!!!
AFM - my transfer is in exactly 1 hour. I've been binge watching Between the Ferns to keep the mood light ( I love Zack G!). I'm also desperately missing my morning coffee.
We have not told anyone outside of my bestfriend in AZ and my coworkers know cause I'm in and out of work. There are only 8 employees and only 2 are female and 3 don't know why I'm out so it's not much. My boss knows what I'm doing but he really has no clue the process I just tell him I'll be out such and such a day and that's all he cares about. I'm pretty bummed. I thought with my "perfect" uterus that it would work. And our diagnosis was initially MFI, so I thought once we eliminated that as a factor that would drastically increase our chances. But now, I feel like my body doesn't know what it's supposed to be doing.
Even more frustrating is that because this was our only embryo, we now have to start the stims all over again and do another retrieval before we even get to think about another transfer. And my Dr is booked until Oct 13th so I get to wonder what went wrong for the next few weeks without an official gameplan.
Ugh, this is the worst. Hoping others testing today get BFPs to offset my shitty result.

@LeFemmeViolette oh no I'm so sorry to see your update. I understand your frustration/confusion as DH and I turned to IF treatment due to male factor (we need to use donor sperm) and I too just figured once that was out of the way things would go swimmingly (no pun intended). I hate the insane waits times so many IF clinics have to be seen again. I hope your wait passes quickly and you come up with a game plan you feel good about. Creepy internet hugs being sent your way. Treat yourself to something indulgent today (maybe a nice pint of ice cream or something).

@Tusername - awesome chicken pic!!! We have a hen named Tricks. She is queen B and doesn't give a f***. I never knew chickens could be so sassy.
Hang in there ladies!

Good luck today @lefemmeviolette, @wifeinraleigh28, and @thucks! We all deserve good news today! We all survived the TWW! And didn't go completely nuts during it!
Unfortunately I woke up before any of the results were in
Since I'm near a Starbucks I'm thinking it's a decaf pumpkin spice latte kinda norning.

Fingers and toes still crossed for everyone!
AFM - my transfer is in exactly 1 hour. I've been binge watching Between the Ferns to keep the mood light ( I love Zack G!). I'm also desperately missing my morning coffee.
