@thucks I'm so sorry this same thing is happening again! Remind me, did you do PGS testing on your embies? And do you have any other frosties left? Sending you positive thoughts!

@wifeinraleigh28 We did not do PGS and we have 6 left. Once those are gone the insurance will only cover 1 more IVF fresh transfer round. Even if I have frosties from it they wont cover it it has to be ER and then Fresh ET.

Good morning everyone! I had my appointment for follow up yesterday and we are back on the wagon for another Fet. Still going with one egg. This time it will be our best emby - 5AA boy. Re said trans two increases preg rate by 10% but twins rate by 50% so he still revs transferring only one. Switching to a lupron protocol, adding Accupuncture, vitamin d, and staying on pio shots longer instead of switching to crinone. No time frame yet, guessing I am about 5 weeks out from transfer.
Good of luck with the upcoming ultras! Try not to worry about the betas being on the low of normal. They are still perfectly normal and are a sign your are moving right along to a h&h 9 months!
All the positives give me good hope for next time!
@wifeinraleigh28 Friday I'll be 6wks 1day. It really is nerve wrecking. Like when are these waits going to end? When can we stop worrying? Answer, till will push out that happy and healthy baby... congrats to all with positive betas!

@bells52000 So glad to hear that you have a plan moving forward, and that your RE is changing up a few things. Hopefully that's the ticket to success! Your embie sounds perfect too!
@LSatturo126 FX for you on Friday! Is 6 weeks when there is supposed to be a heartbeat? I feel like I remember my nurse saying that sometimes 6 weeks is too early for the heartbeat and sometimes it's better to wait until 7 weeks. I have my u/s scheduled for 7 weeks but I'm going to try to convince them to do one at 6 weeks since that's what I see a lot of you ladies doing! You're right about the worrying... but I know for me the worrying won't end when I push a baby out, instead I'll just have a whole new slew of worries about that baby, probably for the rest of my life.
Question for those of you with positive betas: how long did you or are you planning to stay on PIO? I'm pretty sure that I was told we have the option to switch to crinone following positive betas but I'm not totally sure on that. I kind of don't mind the PIO for now though, but I'm just curious.
I'm starting to get a little bit nervous for beta #2 tomorrow. Definitely not as nervous as I was for the first one, but the nerves are definitely kicking in a little. I hope we all receive good numbers!

@wifeinraleigh28 well the heart starts pumping at 5 weeks but many don't see it till 6wks+. I'm going to be on the PIO till 8 weeks I believe my nurse said. My friend had went off it at 8 weeks when she was discharged but started to bleed a little so she went back on till 12 weeks for peace of mind.

@lsatturo126 can't wait for Friday to get here for you!
@wifeinraleigh28 my nurse mentioned yesterday that I probably won't have my ultrasound until 7 weeks but she would discuss more after the beta tomorrow including the schedule for coming off all my meds. She mentioned that after the u/s I could switch to endometrium suppositories (which I already have two boxes of from my fresh transfer that was canceled) but I asked if I could just stay on the PIO which she said was fine and then I would stay on those until I think 10 weeks or so. I've heard ppl have increased spotting due to irritation in their first trimester from the suppositories and I think I have to stay on the estrace vaginally anyway, so want to limit what's going up there!
I'm starting to get nervous as well! Still spotting a little but it's still mostly brown, so I'm not too worried. Have a few little cramps here and there this morning that are more like pinching sensations - not sure if I'm now just paying more attention since I know for sure there's a little bean in there?
@bells52000 - so glad you have a promising plan to move forward with. That's great you can try again so soon.
I wish we had an 'Infertility Buddies' board or something. It would be awesome to stay in touch. It would save me from searching around the boards to creep on you guys, lol
@FatPony I agree. I know I'll see a lot of you on PAIF (if not now, then when you do get your BFPs soon!) but I have grown quite attached to this little group. Are we not allowed to keep this thread going forever and ever? Haha.
@mtpbadger Thanks for the info, I'm sure I'll find out more when I get the call from my nurse tomorrow with my beta results. I think I would be fine staying on PIO until 10 weeks, unless my ass muscles get to the point where they can't take it anymore. Right now they are fine though! I'm enjoying not using suppositories! Also, I've been having some pinching cramps too, and I'm also pretty bloated. I pretty much feel like I'm on my period but without any bleeding, haha.
Oh, but the one symptom that has been present since about 5dpt is frequent urination!! Anyone else dealing with this?? I think my bladder woke me up about 5 times last night. I get up to pee at least 4 times every night now. What's up with that?! I wouldn't mind it so much if I could easily just go back to sleep, but I'm not the best sleeper. Google tells me this is a very common symptom of pregnancy and can start super early on.

@wifeinraleigh28 I'm sure we could keep this group going until next September rolls around! Lol!
I've been peeing a lot, but that's also b/c I am just so dang thirsty and drinking a ton all day. I try and limit my fluids after dinner but am still waking up 1-2 times a night to pee. Usually I'm up around 3:30-4am and then can't fall back asleep and just lie there until my alarm goes off an hour or so later.
@wifeinraleigh28 That is an awesome PIO question. I am not even preg yet and I am terrified of going off the meds when I do get pregnant. I feel like I read about too many mc's at 11 weeks. And of course many office's seem to send you on your way at 10 weeks. YES! I am freaking out already! And my beta is zero! lol @LSatturo126 I am with you girl! @mtpbadger Those little cramps are just signs that stuff is stretching and changing. All good stuff!
I will admit the only sad part of reading all your positives was that I realized so many of you would be moving on and I wouldn't get to be part of your life after IF journey, nor would I have you to be my buddies during my next FET. I am game for keeping this thread going forever, a fb group, or whatever! yes yes yes.
TW - My fb has lots of pics of my daughter. And (bragging) she is a wonderful and amazing little person so I do tend to post about her a lot. Understandingly, I would be okay not being part of the group if that makes people uncomfortable.
I agree, I think it would be lovely to have a private little facebook group. I, for one, am fine with y'alls BFPs, ultrasounds, and cute little kiddos. @bells52000 I feel the same way. It is hard watching ppl "graduate" to PAIF, even though I'll get there someday. I'd love to keep maintaining our little support system.

Just so you know, I was in a group called Low AMH which was created back in September of last year. Let's just say out of 10 girls, I was the ONLY one without a BFP. They all graduated some even had their babies already but guess what... They are still around for me even after all that and that's what I plan on doing for you, so don't you feel bad about being alone because you will not be!!

I'm so happy for our little group! But also saddened by the BFNs and low betas. After today we're at either 50% or 60%, pending news from @thucks on Wednesday (fingers crossed)!! Looks like our week consists of beta #2's for 4 of us on Wednesday, then @Worldtravler0522's beta on Friday, followed by @Tusername on Saturday! BIG WEEK!

Married my best friend in 2013 (I was 33), After 1.5yrs of TTC got my first BFP naturally on 2/7/15 but ended in DNC on 4/14/15, not viable. Needing an RE was a must.....IUI#1 Sept 2015,,, BFN IUI#2 Oct 2015,,,BFN IUI#3 Dec 2015,,BFN IVF#1 2/1/16- BFN IVF# on 3/29/16 retrieval only - 1 healthy chromosome tested embryo. Good of luck with the upcoming ultras! Try not to worry about the betas being on the low of normal. They are still perfectly normal and are a sign your are moving right along to a h&h 9 months!
All the positives give me good hope for next time!

I wish we had an 'Infertility Buddies' board or something. It would be awesome to stay in touch. It would save me from searching around the boards to creep on you guys, lol

@bells5200 I think I would keep tabs on all of you that weren't successful this month b/c I love our little group! It's so much smaller than normal and I really like that - I can't wait until the rest of you succeed and will be cheering you on the entire way!
I don't think I'm ready to leave this group yet and start posting on the PAIF but please let us know if those of us that did get positives are posting too much. I know how it can feel to see people get positives and even though you're happy for them, it still sucks b/c you just want it SO badly too. I'm open for just keeping this thread open for awhile longer, maybe at least until everyone is on our way to a H&H 9 months! Maybe then we can migrate over to fb?
