FX for you @roxgibbons!! I was thinking about you this morning!! My birthday was last month two weeks after my 2nd loss D&C so I totally understand the melancholy you and @BaylieGirl talk about. I had to FORCE myself to enjoy the day. I feel like that's the one thing FB is good for- all of the birthday love. If you are on it, I recommend allowing yourself to soak it in. It helped me a lot that day!

@reneeannemm I'm so glad my potential freak pregnancy did not upset you. I wad worried after I saw your post in response to @SnobunnieMel.

I'd love to see some more BFPs this weekend!!!!

Ok ladies blood test done. Now it's the waiting game. I appreciate all of your support and good thoughts. 

@BaylieGirl yeah I totally get it. I'm really not looking forward to Monday but hopefully I will have something really great celebrate. This journey can be very isolating and I'm so thankful for this board.

I'm feeling pretty out now. Tested this morning with a FRER at 10 DPO and got a BFN. I know it's still early, but I had gotten my BFP at this point in the past. Oh well. And last night my boobs started aching, something that never happens. It must've been the progesterone cream (and perhaps my mind playing tricks on me). It was my first cycle trying again, so I hadn't expected it to happen right off the bat anyway. 

Good news is, I guess I'll be drinking this weekend.

@SnobunnieMel no pressure at all- it's awesome having all this support. I think I may POAS in the morning. It's just really bizarre since in the past I would always get my results fast. So unless some protocol changed I just don't know. I'm super annoyed and paranoid that the lab screwed up my specimen.  The good news is DH and I are going out to dinner to celebrate his performance review- he did really well- So some good news and a good distraction.

I finally got the email from the lab- Well ladies I wish I had some better news to share but unfortunately this IUI was a bust. Negative beta. This just plain sucks. Lots of tears tonight.  

DH is equally frustrated and doesn't want to do IUIs anymore. He first started off saying screw it lets do IVF and then changed and said lets just try on our own. I got pretty frustrated with him but as you all know TTCAL can be stressful on a relationship and coupled with IF treatments it just makes things worse.   DH has it in his head that since we conceived naturally once we can do it again. He even asked if we could just take a break from treatments and try on our own for a while. I reminded him I wasn't 25 anymore.  I understand where he is coming from but I tried explaining again about being AMA and that my AMH levels were coming down- I think he gets it now but not totally sure. Long story short we are taking this next cycle off from treatments to decompress
mentally and emotionally and enjoy our vacation to Montana. We'll try naturally next cycle  but I feel like it's a Hail Mary but what the hell.  We decided to call the RE clinic and schedule an IVF consult ( my RE doesn't do the IVFs his colleagues do so new dr same clinic)  that way we can make an informed decision if that's the direction we want to go in or even consider. 

Sorry for for the long rant. Thanks again for all the good thoughts, encouragement and support. You ladies are all amazing and if I could I'd buy you all a round of drinks right now and give you all big hugs.

@roxgibbons I am so sorry that this cycle didn't work out for you. I hope that you and your DH are able to take the time away to give your TTC and your relationship a healthy break and fresh start. It's even more unfair when TTCAL is complicated by IF and all the additional stress that adds to the situation. 

You are both in my thoughts this weekend. Please take care of yourself

So sorry @roxgibbons this is all so hard. My husband has said things about trying on our own before too. I sometimes think men think/worry less about the timeline than women do and that can be frustrating. Enjoy your trip as much as possible, go live this roller coaster of a life!

I woke up at 545 to pee and remembered to temp after i took a big gulp of water and my temp dropped about half a degree from the day before. i went back to sleep and retemped around 745, closer to my normal temp time and my temp jumped .7 degrees up from the day before which looks like the beginning of a triphasic chart. of course i jumped out of bed and tested at 9dpo but it was a clear negative. ugh ill guess i'll try again tomorrow

Thank you all. It was a rough night. I barely slept and we talked a bunch last night.  At the end of the day we're just both heartbroken and sad. With each treatment cycle a lot of hope and anticipation went into each cycle and the disappointment is overwhelming.  I'm going to call the clinic today and leave a message to set up a consult for IVF and depending on when that will be we will play it by ear but for now at least this cycle will be no treatment. In the mean time I will do my best to enjoy my birthday weekend and I'm looking forward to a nice bottle of wine tonight. 

GL to anyone testing this weekend! 
@brooklyngirl18 sorry about the negative test, but I'm still rooting for you and hope you get your BFP.

@roxgibbons I'm so sorry. That just totally sucks. I also hate the whole optimism then disappointment cycle. It just gets more and more sad/disappointing. I hope you can try to enjoy your vacation as much as possible.

I'm so sorry @roxgibbons. The emotional roller coaster of TTC is bad enough, I can only imagine how much it's amplified during treatment cycles. Hugs lady.
