I ovulated last week... So I'm expecting mine anytime. And yes, I'm sure I was ovulating. I had lower ab cramps on one side, was crabby, got zits on my chin, was nauseous, and had.... discharge... which I hadn't had in two weeks. This always happens when I ovulate. My periods were always supper painful... Like, epidural worthy... So I'm hoping that what I've been told from mothers is true. That your period isn't as bad after you give birth... Although they also used to tell me it wouldn't hurt as badly after two years of having one. Mine got worse.
I bled for two days after a workout at 6.5 weeks. I don't think it was my period. I had an ultrasound just a couple days and the doctor didn't say anything. Would he have been able to tell?
Anybody else have a lot of let downs randomly through the day? I probably have this happen 5 times a day not including when DD is feeding. During feedings I have 2-4 just depends.
i swear it happens when I least expect it and it's uncomfortable sometimes.

thank god for breast pads.
I only realized that I would randomly leak when I started wearing reusable breast pads. The left breast always leaks more too. Yesterday, I was topless after a shower and was looking at photos of LO and then my left boob just started leaking. That was weird.
I have had so many more random let downs this time around. Technically it's normal til your supply is established but it is annoying! I will say I now only get it if I think about him and nursing him, ie it's getting close to feeding time and I am thinking about it. So I think it is finally stabilizing!
Random let downs are just part of my day. The sensation doesn't bother me so much anymore but I hate when it happens in public. I learned the hard way with my first that the cotton reusable breast pads were a joke for me. Now I just need to make sure the (disposable) pads are in place. Today, my 5 year old pointed out that "my milk was showing" when my one pad had shifted.
