Dill pickles and crunchy peanut butter, together. I've always liked pickle and peanut butter sandwiches, but now I've completely dropped the bread and I'm spooning the peanut butter straight onto the pickles. I've eaten 4 today, and they're not small.
Skippy smooth peanut butter & claussen pickles for me! Growing up I used to make sandwiches with those, +/- pepperoni slices (don't judge). Now, I just dip the pickle straight into the PB!
I've been craving coleslaw lately and having it any chance I get. I've always liked coleslaw, but not this much. And Gatorade with ice... Any flavour. It's something about the coldness and the sweetness that I love.
Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. Don't ask me how many... it's embarrassing.
Oh my gosh now I have to have this! My first few weeks I used to eat one or two before bed to keep something in my tummy a little longer through the night but I haven't had them since. Now I have to go to the store....
Is anyone avoiding peanuts/peanut butter in concern for increased risk of allergies? I have seen conflicting studies and with celiac disease (which my kid could very likely have), I would really love it if they didn't have a peanut allergy too. That being said, since I can't eat anything that I used to love (sushi is my go to gluten free meal... or at least it was), I feel like the only way I will gain the amount of weight my doc wants me to is if I eat spoonfuls of peanut butter.
If I avoided peanut butter of starve to death. I didn't know the allergy thing was a thing. Please don't take away my pb&js and Thai peanut sauce.

Oh my gosh I haven't been able to eat/smell bacon the whole time. Just thinking about it disgusts me. And I loved bacon before getting pregnant.
Tonight I sent DH to the store because I HAD TO HAVE cut up cucumber & green peppers, watermelon and honeydew for dinner. Yep, that was all. I warm up leftover fried fish and onion rings for lunch today and it was so greasy I almost hurled.
Ate a bowl of canned green beans earlier today and was super happy about it, also had a lemon donut and a big glass of milk for breakfast. I've been drinking a ton of organic whole milk and Newman's Own lemonade lately.
Currently feeling some existential angst about dinner, since I know I want *something* really bad and will be disappointed by whatever we make otherwise.
Also I want like a load of strawberries. Maybe in some peanut butter or with angel food cake.
What I'm not eating: Anything I buy thinking "this is going to taste great" What I am eating: Still lots of cereal, and random cravings, like waking up at night to get some swiss cheese, also had a craving for PF Changs lettuce wraps and they were as good as I anticipated! (yay).. wishing I had those wraps now!
I am addicted to these Dole grapefruit cups right now. And I started buying granola bars. I need an extra snack in the morning now. Yay to food being interesting again :-)
Right now it's A&W rootbeer which is caffeine-free. I'm not a pop drinker at all and really try to avoid it during pregnancy. I did have some Sprite here and there to ease nausea in 1T, but I've been craving rootbeer for weeks!
I love first time moms. Their diet expectations are so endearing. I'm over here like just heat the meat.. Or don't heat it.. whatever. And lemme get that diet pepsi.
@leighry - Not sure if that's directed at me, but I'm not a FTM and I sure as shit have been eating sushi and lunchmeat with not qualms whatsoever. I'm just not a pop drinker (or coffee, etc) in general and, as a personal choice, don't have it during pregnancy.
@atcwag no not directed at anyone in particular! Just from reading some responses and friends I have that are first time mom's. I was that way with my first. Or tried as best I could to avoid all the "no no"s.. so it's just kinda nice to see that but that's not me anymore!
Well, since 11:30pm I've been eating oreos, chips and dip, cookies and cream ice cream, and finally, scrambled eggs with cheese and maple syrup............ I think I'm full now
@atcwag root beer has been one of my cravings as well! Sadly not that many restaurants have it. And I haven't broken down and bought it at the store yet.
What isn't my pregnant self eating is the real question here (The answer is seafood, I still can't stand the smell). Mainly fruit though. I'll eat something unhealthy once in a while, but for the most part I just do not want it. Fresh fruits and veggies, especially frozen fruit since Florida is the surface of the sun.. And Skittles. Oops. Okay, that's my big unhealthy thing. Oh, and pink lemonade. But I do eat mostly healthy foods.

Y'all are making me feel better about my not-so-healthy tendencies.
I'm weird though, a lot of the time nothing specific ever sounds good... except Taco Bell. I can always go for Taco Bell.

Anyone try the strawberry/rhubarb pie that McDonald's has right now? I'm normally a solid rhubarb fan, but wondering what they're like.
