I'm sad I missed this! I saw the amount of comments and shuddered to think it was something like last week.

@adriennerose80 I've asked for a dirty vodka Martini with extra olives and a 6 pack of New Holland Ichabod Pumpkin Ale.

AND as far as deserts go, poo on cake and pie...PEACH COBBLER!?!? With vanilla ice cream!?! My southern side is showing! But seriously! Pineapple upside down cake, peach cobbler, pound cake, or FLAN!? I have no junk food and this talk of sweets has literally excited me more than anything in the last few days. WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME!? 3:-O

Mmmmm.... A woman after my heart! Peach cobbler, pound cake & pineapple upside down cake, now that's what I'm talking about!!!!!! I'm in heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    :x

  • Okay, in ALL SERIOUSNESS, since I might be one of the first to have le bebe, I'm starting a thread with a selfie that looks like this: me in my hospital gown, smeared make up and sweat, and a cocktail. Then I'm going to give it some horrifying name like the "Meconium Martini" or "Placenta Sidecar".

    Who is with me?

I'll have an Epidural Straight please!

  • All the shaking for these martinis are required to be done in a peri bottle.

    OMG BRUTAL
  • You guys are nuts lol I'm wide awake at 3:30 am. Perfect reading material lol.... Sleeping ya know? Who does that ?

@J1D as long as it is in jello form

    Yes please!!!
  • Or, @J1D, we could have a rainbow selection. That way it's tasty AND festive.

  • Holy wow I left yesterday, came back to 177 new comments. You ladies were busy, I always miss the good stuff.
  • As the resident baker I will happily make a placenta pie. Gluten free of course - I'd hate to make anyone uncomfortable.

Placenta Pie does sound way better than a placenta smoothie. I could do Wildberry Placenta Pie with a Grape Morphine Shot and be a happy camper :)
  • Just send me over the menu ladies! I will make sure to have everything baked and ready for first annual October 15 Pub Crawl! I will even make t-shirts!

  • If it's a jello morphine shot, I recommend lime flavor, sprinkled with placenta zest.

Placenta zest . . . Don't make me pee my yoga pants.

    @adriennerose80 Glittery t-shirts!?
  • @amberrmariee20 planning the perfect menu always requires much effort. Especially when the theme is medical waste.

Placenta cheesecake ! I don't like pie so I'll pass on placenta pie.
  • @J1D Definitely glitter. And placenta if I have any left over.

  • Placenta Pie anyone? Might go well with a nice amniotic wine pairing.

I'm sorry I just threw up a little...

  • I'm disappointed no one brought up placenta cake yet. COME ON GUYS. Also is it really disgusting I just thought about blowing up the placenta into a balloon? You girls bring out the gross in me. Lol
  • =)) =)) =))...........and then some more..... =))...i managed to pee on myself a lil just now ....i want one of everything mentioned altho my jello shot id like it a blueberry one so i can keep on with having a boy celeb! and on the t-shirt there HAS to be tons of balloons with bunnies ..... and the name of the group should include meangirls in it some how, like mb on the back of the shirt  because i think we have officially earned that title ...so lets wear it with pride!!....really hopping u ladies don't back out of the pub crawl because for me its been over a yr i haven't really touched any booze so i like totally need it now !!!

  • I just have one request when it comes to the bunnies . . . They need to be stuffed animals or posters or pictures on balloons. My DH is deathly allergic to the live kind and we're not sure if this trait got passed down to the kids.

  • Anybody I'm close to lives out of town so my husband and I decided to throw one. It's a gift to our son not ourselves. I didn't want to miss out on a shower my first pregnancy so I'm having mine this Sunday. I feel it's no different than throwing a birthday party.
  • I also feel like others shouldn't judge people based on this, I want to celebrate this baby coming and want others to join! Technically y husband is throwing it but he needed help a long the way. We invited people's families as well as their children to come together for food and activities! Sure there will be gifts but they are for our son. Do not feel guilty. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at mine :)
  • loooveeee iiit !!!!!! and yes i second the bunny !

  • OMG what did I miss this weekend!!!?? I took a sick day from work yesterday and slept like 19 hours but MAN I would've felt SOOOOOOOOOO much better talking about birth themed drinks, cakes and pie!!!!!!!!
