I have continued to spot and have even seen hints of more of a red color when I wipe. Monday's hcg was at 501, up from 370 last Thursday, but not doubled as they would like. I started progesterone 200mg tab daily on Tuesday and have another blood draw tomorrow. So scared because I was told that within a week I could miscarry. Doc isn't giving up yet so neither will I but it's difficult to just be waiting.
My levels almost tripled!!! From about 280ish to 680ish in under 48 hours!!! Still too early to see anything on the ultrasound, but I go in on Monday for another blood draw and on Tuesday for another u/s. OMG.

@NicKcco@danaalex hugs to you both and fx. I'm going for my ultrasound this morning at 8:30am but my hopes are wavering. Spotting was much more last night with actual clots and was cramping. Sadly I think the inevitable is happening to me. I will keep you posted.
@teenybenoit Please keep us posted, you're in my thoughts!
I just had some bright red blood...and I've been cramping ever since the u/s. I assume these are normal things after an u/s? I thought this was over, finally

Bright red blood today, separately some cramping, then the two came together (just spotting levels of blood, though) and we actually had to leave our base's Christmas party almost as soon as we arrived.
I'm home and resting now, drinking water, and the cramping has stopped. I'm praying this is a subchorionic hematoma. I dunno if those come with cramping, but my doctor said she saw liquid outside of the "uterus" (I think she meant around the lining) even though the uterus was full of tissue when the bleeding first started.
I need this to be over, one way or the other. The not knowing.

Figured I would post here in case anyone else has experienced this.
Background: MC with my first pregnancy at 11 weeks on 1/5/11
Spotting for a few days with DD (second pregnancy) at 7weeks. High risk pregnancy due to gestational diabetes, but had happy and healthy baby.
I had my last period on 11/17/14. Started spotting (super light tan/brown) 12/3 and was hopeful implantation was the culprit. BFN that day and then BFP (x3 on cheap-O walmart $0.88 pregnancy tests). On 12/7. Continued spotting, darker/faster line on 12/10. Continued spotting digital CB positive on 12/13 with 2-3 w after ovulation (right on track with LMP). Stopped spotting for 48 hrs. Started again 12/16...took another digital same results as from the 13th (which is still on track was just checking to see if it had dropped from 2-3 to 1-2 weeks).
Called my doctored who said they would do an ultrasound on me at 6-7 weeks (due to previous complications and high risk pregnancy). They said they could do blood work for my peace of mind but as long as it is light brown spotting with no cramping it's "old blood" which isn't an indicator of anything being wrong.
I can't stop POAS and I know that even with the blood work, I'm going to worry. I am just ready for Jan 2nd to get here!
@danaalex i had a subchorionic with dd. I had very heavy bleeding twice but no cramping. My coworker had something similar with some cramping so it can sometimes go either way.
@nbalkin thank you, that's reassuring. The bleeding isn't always accompanied by the cramping, so I don't even know if the two are connected. This cramping was intense, really similar to the stuff that followed the u/s yesterday.
Oy.

Well the spotting I first came in here and reported lasted 2 days and went away a week and a half ago, so no problematic indication but just mysterious appearance.
I had a vaginal ultrasound yesterday and I woke up with brown spotting today... Freaked out, started crying... Reading these posts has helped a bit, but I can't help but be paranoid that this is the start of something. I've only had light cramping here and there, nothing too painful. I do have to go into the lab for testing (glucose and whatnot) but what do they test for Betas? I'm not familiar with that term and the doctor didn't bring it up yesterday? Should I add that to my labs since I'm now having spotting? :-<
Just thought I'd share my experience in case it gives anyone hope I've been spotting / bleeding almost everyday with cramping for the last 3 weeks since finding out I am pregnant on 11/29. A few of those days I've had heavier bleeding with some clots. I was convinced I was miscarrying.
My bloodwork at 6 weeks came back quite high at 25,000 hcg. 1st u/s a week later showed a nice looking bean next to a decent sized blood pocket. It was very reassuring to see that the baby was doing ok even surrounded by all that blood. 2nd ultrasound today showed a heartbeat and no more blood pocket! I'm still bleeding and not in the clear, but feeling much more hopeful!
I don't know if this will give anyone comfort because obviously every pregnancy is different, but I spotted and cramped for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy the first time around. It got especially bad after anything more than vanilla sex, and I later found out I had a cervical polyp. It fell off during an internal exam and I had no more problems after that.
My 21-month old toddler is sleeping in the bed next to me right now, so blood and anxiety notwithstanding, everything was okay.
I am new to this forum. I just did my first FET and I got BPN on 12/16. HCG level 704. I went back for another blood test on 12/18. HCG level 1300. I ate cheesecake on 12/18 after dinner and I had diarrhea within an hour. Next day (12/19) after I got from work in the evening, I found a little blood on my panty and i saw dark brown spotting when wiped. It lasted all night (very little brown spotting when wiped. No more blood on panty). Today 12/20 is still the same. I called my RE and he seemed to be not too concerned at the beginning. When I told him about the diarrhea incident, he did seem a little concerned if it could be some infection. I am going back in 2 days 12/22 for another blood test. I am freaking out as this is my first pregnancy and it's has been a long journey before I got my first BFP. Praying for the best here. Did anyone had similar experience??
Well I since I won't take good advice and STOP POAS, my dumbass woke up this morning with more heavy brown spotting, freaked the fuck out and took another digital pregnancy test with the week estimator...it came back as only 1-2 weeks (previously 2-3 weeks). So I completely broke down, sobbing, panicking...called my doctor who basically said that those tests are cramp so stop freaking out...we'll do a blood test on Monday.
Still spotting but no heavy flow and no cramping. Trying hard to hold onto hope.
@shupertj09 Keep holding on to hope! I have been talking myself out of taking a pregnancy test the last 2 days, and also have been tempted to buy a digital because i'm worried I may have gone from 2-3 down to the 1-2. Haven't given in yet. Fx for you!
Thursdays betas are in. My doc left me a voicemail and told me they are up about 150 points. I am now around 651. She said we definitely need to do another blood test on Monday. She wants to keep going as long as my beta's are still rising. Spotting has slowed down a little, but doesn't make me any less nervous. P.s. My arms are running out of poke spots. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.....
I'm currently 7.5 weeks along and have been having lightish to medium spotting/bleeding on and off for two weeks now. It's never been accompanied by cramping so I haven't gone to the dr about it yet. I'm just trying to remain relaxed and positive. I'm going to have my first prenatal appointment at 9.5 weeks (first week of January) and hopefully we'll be able to see everything progressing normally.
I've just been really antsy wanting to talk to someone other than my husband about it, but I don't want to worry my mom and no one else who'd I'd be comfortable talking about it to knows that I'm pregnant yet.
I'm in the same position as many of you. I'm just about 5 weeks. While my HPTs are still getting darker (I am aware this is not precisely indicative of hCG levels, my level when I was at the hospital early this week was only 5.8 so any BFPs mean it is still higher than that because there's no way they'd still be positive if it had decreased from that!) I am bleeding now, more than spotting but only about half what I would with a period, and I am cramping a bit. I had this occur with my two living kids, but even then it's really hard not to worry because it happened with my miscarriages too. I won't even be seeing my family doctor until January 15, let alone an OB, so I can't even get betas done again.
I know there is nothing I can do. With my low progesterone, the chances of this pregnancy making it are pretty low, and I can't get in to see anyone who might be able to prescribe the progesterone. I just have to wait. I don't even bother seeking medical care for early losses anymore because nothing can be done this early and I've never actually encountered a doctor here who will do follow up U/S or betas, so requesting follow up is pointless. I just have to wait and hope.
I hate being in uterine limbo.

I posted seperate, but wanted to let you ladies know in this thread as well. Just got home from the ER after 4 hours and I am in fact miscarrying. The good news is it was not a tubal pregnancy and they believe I will be able to miscarry naturally. Got the shot of Rhogam. Thank you all for your support and kinds words. My emotions are shot right now. Good luck to you all :x
I'm 5 weeks and started bleeding on Friday right before my vaginal ultrasound. Spotted all day yesterday and I am bleeding today as well. No bad cramping but I'm really worried as when I use the restroom I see the bright red blood. Doc said not to worry but how can I not I am so scared, not sure if to go to the ER.

@MrsMenneals, betas are your hcg levels. It's definitely something that should be part of your lab work.
