Pajamas that have snaps should all go away.  I get the concept of not having to unzip in the MOTN but seriously I hate all the snaps and always do them wrong!

Been there! Sometimes it's like there's either an extra button or one totally missing. My husband is about 50/50 getting those snaps wrong.

The old guy that lives across the street always stares at me when I take my dog out to go to the bathroom  Like gets up from his chair and stands at the window staring.  I wonder if he thinks I can't see him...

This always happens to me if I'm changing a diaper in the MOTN... Then by that time he's wide awake. Ughhhh

Soooo completely off topic, however this is a random thread so out of left field...

I still have no idea how to create a siggy. I shouldn't say no idea, because I can get the picture in but I don't know how to make it small, it won't let me drag corners. Any advice? Or am I just destined to be unrecognizable lol

Per the New York Times:  the primarily white police forces that rely disproportionately on traffic citation revenue, blacks are pulled over, cited and arrested in numbers far exceeding their population share, according to a recent report from Missouri’s attorney general. In Ferguson last year, 86 percent of stops, 92 percent of searches and 93 percent of arrests were of black people — despite the fact that police officers were far less likely to find contraband on black drivers (22 percent versus 34 percent of whites).

Also, there has been no allegation that Michael Brown had a knife.  Kind of uncool for you to suggest that out of nowhere.

Anyone with sick LOs put Vicks vapor rub on their chest? My BIL who's a PA suggested this. I love this idea since it always helps me feel better but he's not a pedi at the end of the day. I mean what's the worst that could happen - He breaks out?

I said I didn't know he if he had one or not. I was actually just making an example of self-defense no matter the situation but also knew that the post may have come off as me saying it about the Ferguson ordeal so decided to add that I didn't know if he did or did not have a knife.

If it won't let you drag the corners, you have to go into the code and tell it what size to display. I think there are still instructions on my wall. Sorrynotsorry, I'm too lazy to write it all out with my thumb!

Ill be checking mrsdeo. I cant get a pic in. It asks for html.

I didn't have any corners and didn't know about changing the code so I think I did a round about way just taking a screenshot of a smaller picture and uploading that.

C&P this from the UO thread because I meant to post it here....

So, how exactly do you know if LO is teething? DD has been gnawing on her fist like a crazy person but I don't know if its because of her gums or if she's just doing it because thats what babies do. She was up this morning from 4:45 to about 8 and after eating all she wanted to do was chew on her fist, she wouldn't take her paci and she was acting like it was hurting her mouth every time she chewed on them. After a while she started acting ok and then once she get sleepy enough she took her paci and went to sleep.

I have seen Baby Vicks at Buy Buy Baby. There was an age warning on it...I can't remember if it was three or four months.

@amj1053‌ LO is chewing on everything in sight. Hands, toys, my nipples. At first I thought it was developmental, but now he is drooling like a faucet so I am thinking teething. I don't feel anything though. And he is only 3 mo. I guess time will tell!

My DHs clients for this afternoon cancelled. I was supposed to take my MIL to get her hair done. She is a total pain. When we made a list of all we need to get done he opted to deal with her while I do the errands and cleaning! I totally got the better end of the deal!

ETA: and my errands will most definitely take me by Starbucks!

We're in the car heading to Illinois from Minnesota. So far LO has been sleeping. That's not typical for her though so I'm very afraid for any sort of traffic jam or anything that stops the movement of this car.

Also- do we have to have another intro thread now that people are back? I don't want to retreat back into lurkdom. So. I'm Ericka. I hate cheesecake, I'm not terribly fond of pies but I love brownies and cookies.

I should rephrase- I hate some cheesecakes. It's a textures thing. Throw some crumbled cookies or something in there and that's a different story.
