I've totally started feeling flutters, no question about it.
Freaking kid gave me a scare last night because her heartbeat has been located solely on the right side of my ute and I looked for about five minutes and couldn't find it at all. Apparently she flipped all the way over to the other side, though, because the second I touched the wand to the left side we heard it going.
you already know the sex?! jealous!

Part of me wants to go into labour naturally. Part of me kinda likes that an induction is scheduled for Thursday. I'll know that on that day I don't need to worry about my water breaking randomly anymore, or not being able to get to the hospital in time, since it's so far away.
I feel the exact same way. I would be really happy to go into labor tonight or tomorrow, but it's nice to know that by Monday night things will be underway. I've had to leave so much up in the air when I get calls for orders or just about anything, I've liked being able to tell people that most of next week I WILL be in the hospital and anything will have to be taken care of either before or after.
All of this. I was kind of bummed I had to be induced, but it's been nice to know that Monday is the day so we cleaned the house once more this weekend, I'm going to make a few freezer meals today, and we had the chance to book the dog for boarding until Tuesday night, so it's just one less thing to worry about. (My BF was on high alert to come and feed/let the dog out if I went into labour before, but it's nice to know he will have lots of attention over the next couple of days while we're at the hospital.)
Nothing for me. I'm kind of in denial about it a bit, like I should be really excited the baby is coming, or really nervous about being in labour tomorrow, but I am neither.
I did have the time to clean my house yesterday and now I am making a huge pot of chili to freeze into individual meals for the coming weeks. At least having it booked gives me time to plan and prepare. Maybe that's how I'm dealing with my nerves so well.
How about the others? Any cervix updates? Any contractions?
I had one big contraction this morning, but I think it was just bc I was dehydrated and really needed to pee. I'm feeling really BH-y, but not sure if I'm getting anywhere. I'm so frustrated! E busted out at 39 weeks. Why is this little girl so comfy?

Nothing from me either. After Friday's false alarm, my hopes of a VBAC are pretty much crushed. Contractions are basically non-existent at this point and RCS is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
Also, I'm more nervous about not eating for 8hrs prior to the surgery than anything else. I can barely go 4 hrs without food, how the hell am I supposed to go 8 without even water??
@RugbyMamma is it at least scheduled for the morning so your 8 hours are overnight?
Nope :-( 12:30pm. The original date (15th) was an early morning, but I wanted to push it out to give myself some wiggle room...I guess the only time available when they rescheduled for the 20th was 12:30.
So no food or water after 4 am. I'm so afraid of feeling lightheaded from not eating/drinking.
Just thought I'd let you all know that if you were considering using a portapotty while 7 months pregnant and wearing a maxi dress, I'd strongly recommend against it.
Oh no, that sound terrible! Also, how are you POSSIBLY 7 month pg?!?!
