Truthfully before DH I always had guy friends. Not to say I didn't or don't have GFs but I'd rather camp/drink beer/ work on a car than have my nails done/ shop for shoes/ have my hair done. So it's not that I prefer guy friends it just that they are more inclined to do the first set of things than the later.

Im a girl and I would rather do those things too. Actually, none of my girlfriends are really into the shopping/pedi thing anyway. My husband never camps or works on cars...still don't think it's a male/female thing.

@embear22 Please do not Google that kind of stuff! I feel like anything and everything will point to SIDS the same way anything and everything in an adult would point to cancer. Chances are highly unlikely. As long as you're doing everything recommended to prevent SIDS, there's not much more you can do. I agree with Jessie that you should call yor doctor if you're worried.

Guise, I'm bumping from my computer... this is so strange! My phone crashed last night and will not turn back on, so I'm doing what I can to try to fix it.  However, my computer says it's going to take 2+ hours to download the software, sigh.

In texture they are similar. The classic American biscuit is very buttery and salty.

I never understood this whole "girls' idea of hanging out is shopping and mani pedis" thing. I am a girly girl who loves all of the above but when my girlfriends and I hang out we go have drinks or food or go dancing. We would have impromptu barbecues and take long drives. We'd sometimes polish each other's nails but that isn't very often.

HEY MORNING SICKNESS! You can go shave your back now. FIL made a tuna fish sandwich with smoked tuna and I barfed up all the crackers and soda. 

That's right...crackers and soda. Back there. 

Still don't have a due date and won't until next Monday at the earliest when we're back home (hubster went back home today but I still am having a grand old time at hubster's folks' house) but I'm already feeling the shitty bite-my-ass heartburn in my xyphoid process and the gnawing blahness in my tummy.

ETA: Still can't decide if I'm going to join another BMB or not. If I did it'd only be to troll. Shiiiiit I might even create a new avatar...

Oh @vinny424 I think there were around 4-5 of us whose gifts were going to take longer than just a few days to get to the others, it may spoil the surprise, but would it be worth messaging the recipients of the long time ones to let them know theirs will take a little longer - still don't have to say who it is coming from. That way they don't feel forgotten?

Either that or the anticipation will make it that much more interesting?

Oh I feel you, the heartburn is the worst, so not looking forward to that! and props for the medical term! love it! 

We have decided to start trying in December - assuming things are working by then, still no AF! lol.

My sister's friend is an idiot. I guess she had unprotected sex with her ex and took plan b the next day. She had a "period" the day after taking it and now is claiming to have had a miscarriage. I find her to be a total airhead and just totally insensitive to women have actually suffered miscarriages and struggle with infertility. She fucking loves attention and I despise the fact that my sister is actually friends with this broad.

You know, I thought that Merlin suit was a load of crap since LO still woke up a bajillion times a night but I still used it because I paid $40 for it and didn't want it to go to waste. Well, tried a new diaper insert last night and it failed so it was soaked in pee this morning and I couldn't use it cause I had to wash it. LO didn't nap once all day. Not once. Pulled the sleep suit out of the drier about 20 minutes ago and put him in it and guess who finally gave in??

Guess it's more useful than I thought. I never send it to daycare though, I wonder how they get him to sleep there.

MIL, who is normally so good, finally managed to piss me off.

We'd been trying cereal for a little while now, and I finally caught on that it seems to be making her gassy. We tried oatmeal cereal and it was worse, so I told DH no more cereal, and when he talked to his mom to tell her the same.

We're at the ILs now, and we took one of our nieces to the park for an hour or so. Came back and MIL said, "She really likes her cereal!"

Excuse me? What part of "No more cereal, it makes her gassy and that makes her scream and cry" was unclear?

Normally I love the woman, but I wanted to slap her! Hopefully A's tummy isn't too bad from this. She also agreed to watch her one day and night a week do I can get a break, but if she's going to ignore my rules for my kid I may have to tough it out without the break.
