Although his intentions were good, I am so not thrilled at my SO right now. He gave T one of the two 2-ounce bottles I had cooling in the fridge. I was planning on combining them & freezing them! He did it "so I could sleep longer." Nice thought, but I wake up and my boobs are engorged and T is still hungry even after the bottle....so, now I get to nurse him some AND then pump to replace the bottle and get my boobs drained! Ugh.

You guys brought your A games last night I had so many silent laughs while bumping during MOTN feedings!  I hate those only because I use my Ipad at night and it won't let me log in so I can comment.

That being said, I joined in on HH in spirit. My mom asked if we wanted them to watch LO, so we had a date night.  I had medium rare steak, blue cheese, and a sangria and two glasses of Shiraz.  Yay, granny and pop!  Then LO came home and slept til 2.  Fabulous night

Question: I thought bfing poops weren't supposed to smell... The last 2 days, my LO's diapers have smelled like death!!! And he has been gassy... Perhaps a food sensitivity?

All of the sudden Isla's farts have been sooooo smelly. Straight man farts that could clear a room... Praying she isn't known as the girl that can monster fart in college.

Tall mommy win: my arms are long enough to stretch and firmly place a pacifier in his mouth while at a stoplight. I knew this awkward body would come in handy at some point!!

Penny has always had insanly smelly farts but her poops hardly smell!! She's also a silent pooper so I never know when she's gone.
Her farts seriously rival the dogs!!

I think we may have figured out little man's issues... Besides having reflux, we think he has a dairy issue. I eliminated it for the past day, then had Cheesecake Factory dessert. The next two feedings were hell. Dang this kid for getting all my bad genetics.

I love dairy. I'm going to miss it.

i hate shoe shopping and it usually ends up with tears, being stressed out, & an anxiety attack. stores never carry my size and it sucks

edit: i can't even find stuff online unless it's for an 80yo granny or $150 a pair

It looks like DH caught DS1s stomach bug and is throwing up today. He's been working late all week, so I've had both kids on my own. I'm irrationally irritated that he gets to take a nap right now when I was hoping to relax today.

I feel your pain! I'm a size 10, but I have really wide feet so I can never find anything.

@SLSchuerg‌ - i wear a 12 extra wide in womens. i can't find any girl shoes without killing my feet. i gave up and wear mens tennis shoes instead. so depressing

@sarlimes34 My mom has such tiny baby feet that she has to either special order shoes or buy in the little kids section... She was really proud of her Sperry little boy flip flops.

FFSC: I totally just wiped my nose on a cloth diaper. Right before I put it on my daughter. At least I folded that part in on itself!

And I also love the baby head wiggle and attack-latch. Even better is when she misses, starts sucking on some random patch of skin, and looks up a few seconds later like "whaaaaa...?"

Kiddo fell asleep on me, woke up hangry so got a bottle before a new diaper, and ate himself to sleep. Now he's sleeping happily with a stinky diaper in my lap. Damnit kid. I'm gonna hate life in a minute when you're awake and pissed, but your bum will thank me.

Also, I may starve to death via baby cuddles. So hungry.

DH and I tried to DTD this afternoon when MIL came to the hospital so we could run home and get showers. I knew it would hurt, but I don't think we even got the tip in before I started crying. And bleeding. Oops. =/

Oh goodness. I know that Payless carries size 12, but they hardly ever have shoes in wide. :-S

Just got back from a baby sprinkle for a friend who is due mid July with a boy.  She has an almost 2 year old girl.  I gave her a gift bag with bath toys and onsies and left with a garbage bag full of girl clothes, SCORE!

So I was totally going to TP DH earlier today when he came home late to watch baby when he knew I needed to leave the house by a certain time (he made me late by 20 minutes to my event)...

But now I have to brag He watched LO while I took a nap (after I did that for him), and he's been watching him for the last two hours while I went to the grocery store (first time since I had LO, astonishingly) and while I cooked/washed clothes/vacuumed (aka felt like a normal person) and now while I'm having some white wine.  It's amazing!

I guess it's all good though.  He took the baby this morning when he was fussy - turns out it was a blowout, and then LO proceeded to spray DH with poop and pee during the diaper change  DH said he got the full daddy experience this morning...

i filtered to my size & width and got 48 pairs to choose from! granny orthopedic heaven. very frustrating and upsetting. shoe shopping causes me extreme anxiety. first time my BF went with me, the trip ended with me in tears. it wasn't pretty!! lol
