From about 7:30 till 9:00 I slept so effing good, and I feel like a new woman. Never in my life have I been so excited for an hour and a half of good sleep. Now I need to get my ass out of bed, poo, wash the sheets and mop the floors... Preferably in that order.

I had this the other day @poru. Drove me INSANE. I was passing kick tests but not like normal. He more than made up for it yesterday though. FX everything is totally fine!!

@poru I've had a lot of decreased movement all weekend. He has been passing kick counts too but definitely not moving like he used to. Maybe they are going though a growth spurt and sleeping more right now.

Nope, no maternity pics here! I have pictures of myself pregnant and that's enough for me. I'd rather have baby pics! :-D (Not saying you can't have both, just, both would be too costly for me!)

We didn't "get them done," but we did go out to the lake with a tripod and our own little camera and took a few shots.  DH was skeptical at first but he got really excited and wants to mail them to everyone now, hahah!

I've never done them. 

I have pictures of myself pregnant but not specific maternity pics.

Happened to me on Saturday and she has been kicking like crazy ever since!

Same here.  Baby was really active on Saturday but quieter yesterday.  I've been noticing that pattern the past few weeks.  It seems like baby gets tired out after being so active then will sleep more.  When s/he is active, it seems like s/he is trying to get out!

36 weeks tomorrow and baby has decreased movement I really feel him after dinner but other than that it's really spaced out and sporadic

I'm so done with pregnancy, usually I love being pregnant but I feel like I've been pregnant for a full year now since I pretty much got pregnant with in 2 months of my miscarriage last year. These last few weeks seemed to finally have picked up but this pregnancy has gone so ssllooowww!

Because DH had today off due to the snow, he insisted on coming to my dr appt to be supportive and what not. Between him, the nurse, and doctor, I had quite the audience while getting my b-hole swabbed.

Also, doctor told me to start thinking of getting a hospital bag together. I told him that I already did it, and he then said "okay, now dump half the stuff you put in there out." DH thought it was hilarious but my face

I finally figured out how to remotely access my work computer from home - thank gawd for DH, he spent three hours off and on on Friday trying to figure out why the instructions IT gave me wouldn't work (thanks a lot compatibility mode...).  Now I don't have to worry about carrying my laptop out of the building every night until Peanut arrives!

Downside of all this being now I can't as easily claim "no access" and procrastinate...

I've been pretty lucky this whole pregnancy and have felt pretty good during the majority of it. However the last week or so has been pretty uncomfortable. Today was the first day I woke up and thought, "I'm ready to be done with this."..... It doesn't help that I'm still working 50+ hour weeks on very little sleep.

So one of my students sent an email to my boss over break saying that when he came in on 3/7 (the last day we were here before break) I was unprofessional and hateful! HATEFUL?! sometimes my resting bitch face and my tone of voice can make me seem rude but I'm never hateful! I don't care enough about you to hate you! And since it was over a week ago, I don't even remember what happened so I can't defend myself!

Another shit just got real moment. My sister-in-law had her baby this morning. She was due 4 weeks and 1 day before me, so she delivered at 38 weeks exactly. I'm 34 weeks tomorrow. Reality is fast approaching!

Went shopping with SO to pick up some celebratory wine (for after the birth) and to pick up some groceries. Come home to my BRAND NEW copy of What to Expect the First year SHREDDED on the floor. I am so mad at this dog I can't even describe it and I can't stop crying. There were a million other things he could have shredded that would have been easier for him to get to, like the stupid cosmo magazine or his fucking toys or a bottle of tums, but instead, he went underneath my bathrobe, avoiding all those easier access things, to get my damn book. I hope this child terrorizes him when she's out. Fucking asshole dog. And I always feel bad when I yell at the little dog, because the big dog, who is practically perfect in every way (not always but right now especially) gets all guilty looking and pouts on the couch because he doesn't like it when I yell, but I know it's not him that shreds all the stuff. Also, SO was hugging me telling me he'd buy me a new book, which I was really surprised he even offered.

That totally blows, I'm sorry! I had a dog like that growing up- you love them but holy shit can they be assholes.

You are not alone. I have never done them, I like paying for pictures that will be displayed in the house, and pregnancy is not when I'm feeling my best, I really don't want to pay for pictures when I look and feel like a beached whale. This time I did weekly bump shots and I'm glad I did that, but no regrets about 0 maternity pictures. It's just not me.

I would not have done them if it wasn't just my cousin at Disneyland with us. I'm in the, if you have to choose, I want baby pics not belly pics camp. Having my cousin wanting to expand her portfolio just worked in our favor.

I really liked your Disneyland pics, they were really cute!
