A lot of work to do for my online courses. The only plus side of this is that I only have two more weeks of work to go...I just have to tell my self I can do it.
Ps. I deserve cake! No, we deserve cake for carrying these little tadpoles for sooooo long!
@ColleenSwerb I went to my baseball draft tonight and got home opener because of my priority. Home opener is April 7th and I'm due April 3rd. Ha, pretty sure that's not going to work! I did mention that no one has had a baby at Target Field before so we could become somewhat famous!

@Mamamonzo When I pumped I would add the fresh to the refrigerated as long as it was pumped during the same day. If the milk was from different days I used separate containers and marked them.

Congrats @aronie 82!!! AMAZING BABIES are being born these weeks!!!
Also AW DH and I's picture from my orchestra's yearly party last night. They always have themes, this one was happy hippies. (At least, that's the best translation.) My friend taking the picture cut out what was said above the 2014 (*year party*), so, its not a new years photo. hehe.
I may end up in jail. First night home and DH has slept through every screaming fit/ feeding and diaper change. He woke up because he heard me crying and fell back to sleep. He's gotten at least 6 hours of sleep every day compared to my 2 hours Thursday night and that's about all I've gotten all week. There's going to be a serious conversation today. I never expected this and I'm about to lose my shit.

@mamamonzo sorry! This is a difficult transition, that's for sure. It gets easier, especially as baby gets used to being on a schedule. I'd definitely talk with him!
I know I've been posting a lot about my cat. I just feel so bad.
I think he was having a bad reaction to his flea medicine. I can't even believe that something I gave him would make him get sick. I'm the worst cat mom everrrrr.
</
Was it Hartz or Sargent silver? I've seen animals come into the emergency clinic with tremors from those.
Or it can make them feel like crap.
If you put a topical on and they start reacting give them a bath in a dilute dawn dish soap ( cuts the grease ) should get most of the medicine off if you just did it.

I was scrolling through this thread while DD was lying next to me and when we got to your pic Dd whispers, "Jesus".
Ladies I need help. I can not find comfortable nursing bras that fit. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Target and Motherhood don't carry my size. I normally wear a 38 C. I have tried on 40 D's thinking I would get 1-2 for now and they were so tight. I am not the first plus size woman to have a baby! I am so fed up at this point that I don't even want to fool with it. Which is me being emotional and irrational. Any advice?
If you haven't, I would first go to a department store like Nordstrom, Dillards, maybe even Macy's and get sized correctly. In my experience, Motherhood doesn't measure correctly. Once you get your new size I would then start looking for bras, you may have to order some since those stores don't typically carry instore but usually online. I really liked the Bravado Allure underwire bras.
~Missed MC at 8 weeks. D&C at 12 weeks on 4/17/13~
I second the Bravado bras. I can't remember what style I have but i was initially hesitant about the price (not outrageous, but about $40) but then after buying several crappy other ones, I went back and bought two more Bravados. Worth it.

@mamamonzo my husband was the same way. He insisted he really didn't mean to he just honestly didn't hear the baby. I think as the mom we have that biological "mommy ears" thing and dads need time to develop it. My husband told me to kick him and he would get up. I would definitely do that!

@mamamonzo I hope YH is understanding when you talk with him and that you two can work out a plan to help you get more sleep. I am just trying to imagine those first weeks at home with all of the adjustments and sleep deprivation and am sure it is hard!
I am dreading those first few nights at home with the baby. My husband is the lightest sleeper and a bear when he doesn't get enough sleep! I am fairly sure he is going straight back to work, too.
@Mamamonzo Sorry you had to deal with that on your own, especially not when you were expecting it to be that way! I hope your conversation goes well, and that it ends in resolution and understanding.

Same here! I have to tiptoe around the house when SO is napping (he works a super early shift and naps in the afternoons) and he gets all bitchy and cranky if I make too much noise. I'm like, honey, you think *this* is being loud? You just wait a few weeks.
I'm 37 weeks today and yesterday was the second time I noticed any Braxton hicks. There were a few during the day that I picked up on and I'm having more today, plus I know she's at -2 position from my doctors appointment. Holy smokes. I keep saying "this is getting real" so I guess I should say "it's getting real-er." Hopefully she stays in two more weeks like she was told, but as inconvenient as it would be if she came early, Id be ok meeting her now
Why do my boobs look so good? Then I peed on a stick...
Sometimes, I wake up half on my stomach in a haze from a vivid dream and have totally forgotten that I'm pregnant. Then I get kicked and think "Oooh I must be hungry" before it sinks in that it was a baby kicking me NOT my stomach growling. I now want to sneak out of the house and get some waffles...
Also, should NOT have started my day by reading about pink slime.
We are at our childbirth class at the hospital. They have a chime that plays whenever a baby is born. It went off and DH got all teary-eyed. Awwwwwww! Sweet man.
What's with the same three people starting 3-4 threads each? (Insert stinkeye)
Also FFSC - Boys 2 Men are touring and have a show in a casino near here in two weeks. 90s fiend in me really wants to go, but I know DH would look at me like I grew another head.
Whenever I get a call to my cell phone from a number I don't recognize I always give it this paranoid look like "Who are you and what do you want from me?!" And I refuse to answer. If they don't leave a message I definitely always utilize Google when deciding whether or not to call back. Hi there, I am a loony who could not function in life without caller ID, nice to meet you. :-h

Kiddo's butt is on the one side, and his feet are on the other side, and he is stretching his damn legs. I mean, ok it's nice he hasn't done any damage to my ribs but his toes are gonna pop out of my side Alien style!
I think I need to put the bump down until that pink slime thread dies and is buried on page two. My stomach is too pissed off at me today for other people's bodily functions. (Except for poo. Poop is always a welcome discussion.) I thought mucus plug was a gross enough term. I think it may have ruined me for Ghostbusters forever. "Vhy am I covered vis goo?"

She will come back in July for a couple weeks. So I just have to suck it up.
