Well, since I'm here, lol:

Due date - February 3rd 2022 (today I am 4 weeks!)

How did you find out - I've been testing since 7 DPO, finally got a faint BFP at 10 DPO with FRER

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) - I'll be a FTM to a human but I have a cat and a dog who are best friends. I just graduated with my master's in mental health counseling over the weekend and start working full-time as a child and family therapist next Tuesday. I love to dance, read, and bake. I have a DH and we've been together for over 7 years.

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) - My midwife team scheduled me for 8 weeks for the first prenatal appointment so cue all of my anxiety until then xD I first noticed feeling kind of feverish/warm around 9/10 DPO and that has persisted. Now I mostly just feel very tired with sore boobs and light nausea when I don't eat. Emotionally, I don't think it's really sunk in yet. I keep taking tests and keep feeling surprised that there are two clear lines. Definitely feeling very protective!

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!) - The dance I do lately is pole and boudoir, and when I improvise in this room full of women hyping each other up, sweating with no make up on, I just feel stunning. I also feel beautiful when I actually drink enough water!

Due date? February 3 as well!

How did you find out? This is my second pregnancy. I was having similar symptoms to my first pregnancy and suspected I might be pregnant - so I tested on Monday and got a positive!

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)

I have a 21 month old daughter, two cats and a husband. I have the luxury of staying home with DD all day so I spend most of my time with her. I'm not sure what else to write here - I had a young baby when COVID hit and I feel like my whole life is inside my house! Hopefully things will start changing here soon.

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) I have been very crampy (which is the particular symptom that made me think I was pregnant) and tired. Isn't it too early to be tired?!?!?! I have my first phone appointment on June 14 and in person appointment on June 22.

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)? Lately it's as simple as washing my face, putting on mascara and getting dressed every day lol :P.

Introduce yourself: Hello, I’m cautiously posting here. I’ve been over in ttgp since June of 2019 and on the IF board recently. I have been battling secondary infertility for about 2 years now, with an ectopic loss and tube removal last year, and a new DOR diagnosis. I was actually waiting to start letrozole on cd3 of this next cycle to begin iui, and tested today to clear the air, and to my surprise!!

Due date? Feb 4.

How did you find out? Above, I was getting out of the shower and my friend is staying with me, so I basically ran into the next room, threw it at her and said what the fu** is this?!! And then texted dh once I calmed down.

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I work part time in banking and stay at home with my 3 year old during the week. I also do photography. And enjoy reading and lots of nerdy things.

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) anxious, and jaded. Although I’m excited that this happened naturally for us, and I’m hoping for the best. I had my beta and progesterone bloodwork done today, and it came back at 514 for hcg, and 13.6 for progesterone. I go back Saturday for a follow up, and they’ll do a placement scan as soon as possible. So far my symptoms have been very pms-y. Tender breasts, breakouts, cramping. And I’ve been peeing a lot today. But that may just be SS.

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)? Comfortable, well fitting clothes and being clean. It really helps my confidence if I’m wearing something that I’m comfortable in!

How did you find out? My husband and I just started trying this month, and I couldn't believe how different my body felt off birth control. I was pretty sure I felt myself ovulate (can people do this or am I insane?), and I had off on Thursday, which was about a week since then, and as I was thinking about it, I was curious to take a test. The faintest pink line was there - couldn't even photograph - but I knew that meant game on. (I've taken more tests and the lines have gotten darker, in case anyone's worried lol.)

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My husband and I have been married for five years. We have two daughters. Prior to having our first, we experienced a missed miscarriage that we found out about at my 12-week appointment, followed by a chemical pregnancy. DD1 was born a month early in February 2018. After she was born, my body had a lot of trouble readjusting to birth control. We decided to just use condoms for a month to let my body "reset," and DD2 was born in April 2019. We have two dogs that we also consider children. I'm a teacher, and I spend my spare time reading, writing, and budgeting (in case this group needs a token nerd).

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Physically, I feel fine. My only symptoms are cramping, breast tenderness, and fatigue (which could also be teacher-in-the-last-month-of-school induced). Emotionally, I'm shocked and cautiously optimistic. We started trying now hoping to be pregnant by the fall, knowing how long it took to conceive DD1. We cannot believe we got pregnant right out the gate and are not taking that blessing for granted. While I'm elated, I'm trying to temper my emotions, knowing it's SO early, especially with our history of loss. My first appointment is on June 22.

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)? I used to do my make-up every day on the train on the way to work. With COVID, you can't take your mask off on the train, so I've just been going make-up free. Now, when I put make-up on - and keep in mind I'm not very good at it - I feel GORGEOUS. Like, who is this bombshell woman and where has she been hiding?! It is very, very silly.

@chgil@chgilmore Graduating from school, finding out your pregnant, and starting a new job all in the span of a week?! Holy cow! Congratulations and good luck with the new job!

@foodl@foodlovehappiness I can't imagine what it was like to have a COVID baby. I know I felt so isolated and cooped up PP in normal times. I hope the world keeps opening up and you have a much different experience this time around!

@BusinessWife @fameonmain2 @bows22 thank you! Between graduation and the sudden death in the family and the trip, I definitely fell off the face of the ttgp planet hahaha. I intended on posting once I got back but then I got the bfp and here we are

ETA- I have thought about posting in a grad thread since I think I was close to the three months of posting but I didn't want to offend or trigger anyone and figured it would be better for me to quietly leave. I do think about you all and have my fingers crossed for everyone's bfps and sticky beans.

@ashtuesday you can totally feel ovulation! Ever since I went off birth control (like 6-7 years ago) I've been able to feel when I ovulate. It's handy when TTC but otherwise is annoying and a little painful for me lol. I have my fingers and toes crossed that you have a sticky baby!

@foodlovehappiness thank you! It did go well, my hcg doubled exactly to 1028 today, and my progesterone was 18.4. I’ll follow up with my doctor Tuesday after the holiday for more bloodwork probably, and a placement scan as soon as they recommend.

I agree with the painful ovulation! At times mine have been as bad as AF cramps.

Hi everyone!

Due date? February 8th

How did you find out? My period didn't show up today, so I ran to the store with a full bladder to grab a test...and then a bunch of random groceries because "well, while I'm here.."

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
I'm 35 and my husband is 34. We have 2 boys, ages 4 and 1. We enjoy outdoor activities. I also like cooking and gardening. I work with pigs, and have in some capacity for 13 years.

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?): I'm feeling pretty good. I have some cramping, and I'm starving all the time, but that's most days. The weirdest symptom I have is my hair falls out during first trimester, and that has returned. Emotionally, I'm anxious, and I'll have a hard time up until delivery. I've had 3 first trimester losses (6.5 weeks, 5.5 weeks, and blighted ovum), so both of my boys are rainbow babies. The doctors were never able to determine what caused any/all of my losses, so it's been chalked up to "bad luck." I have PCOS and the antibodies for Graves Disease and Hashimoto's, so it's a grab bag of awesomeness over here.

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)?: Getting completely put together for any event. I work from home, so most days I have my hair piled on top of my head in lounge wear.

(See epic TTGP Grad post if you don't believe me lol) I have been on TTGP for several years, and this was our final FET of our last precious little embryo, (made from my eggs and DHs surgically retrieved sperm), so, sad to say, this baby will mark the last of our biological / genetic family. We are Catholic and we always wanted a bigger family, so we may still consider adoption down the road to continue to grow our family when the time comes...

Because we had a natural FET with a trigger, the faint line in and of itself didn't mean much. But the next day, my test in the afternoon was DARKER!?? I kept watching the lines and turned a digital test at 6dp5dt. Today's first beta had been moved up a day for me, so it's still early, (at 8dp5dt), but we are pregnant!!! They needed to see 50+ and we were at 53.3. I go back Thursday when they will want to see a 66% increase, and most likely next Friday 6/11 for our first scan. I am lucky enough to currently WFH along with our two gorgeous girls, DD, age 2.5+, and BG (baby girl), 9 months. She was my pandemic baby, and I have been happy and grateful to be more or less locked down with my toddler at home, while we waited for her new sibling to arrive. DH is a contractor, hence the username. :) We have two dogs and are renting a little old farmhouse, but we are just beginning to house-hunt, so we may be moving to the next state over at some point during this pregnancy... I am also a former music teacher and recently auditioned for a show, which is a little bit outside of my wheelhouse, to say the least lol. This should be interesting.</div><div>
</div><b>How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?)</b> Very, very tired. So tired. I struggle with insomnia a bit from time to time, too, so that hasn't helped. But other than that, I feel pretty great! Exhausted, but super happy and hopeful for another uneventful pregnancy.

But the pregnancies themselves have both been fairly straightforward thus far, despite being officially AMA, (apart from plantar fascitis with my first, and SPD with my second), so -- knock wood -- this one may be similar.

<b>GTKY Fun fact:</b> What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)? I don't get the opportunity much anymore, but I am such a glam girl at heart, and I love being dressed up in a black tie gown, with full hair and makeup done, like for a performance or going to the opera. Right now, I am settling for a shower, clean clothes that are not PJs, and a little light face. lol We keep the bar nice and low, right about now! But that fresh clean feeling right after a haircut is a pretty nice, too!

@chgilmore Ah, I overlooked that you start your new job so soon, too! Congrats again all around. Is that Today then, or a week from today? I have also been running warm, and that was another one of my first signs that maybe something was going on, because I felt super warm, even though the house was cool.

@foodlovehappiness Oh my gosh, not too early to be beyond tiredz as well. I am exhausted, but also not sleeping enough due generally to early appointments still going on, but also a touch of insomnia. :s I identify so much with feeling like your home and your baby is your whole world right now. I took a family leave just at the beginning of March, so I was home already, and about two weeks later they started sending people home due to covid... Then I had a mat leave and a Covid baby in August! Luckily our Church stayed open, so we were able to stay connected with friends and the community a bit that way, otherwise, it's true. Everyone's worlds got very, very small last year. (((hugs))) IKWYM about just getting showered and properly dressed! That alone is a little victory each day!

@photographerwife Once again, I cannot even tell you how happy I am for you and your spontaneous BFP!!! and your numbers looking so wonderful! I hope that is providing a little bit of reassurance going into your first scan. I don't remember, were your numbers all so perfect in Aug 20? My heart still feels for you and everything you went though at that time... <3 I didn't remember though that you do p/t Banking as well! ha. They have transitioned a lot of us to WFH, so I'm not planning on going back in person any time soon. But it sure is a balancing act with the girls at home. I wish I could go p/t as well! lol

@ashtuesday That is so amazing how your girls came so close together after all you went through! God-willing, this baby will be similar, like about 17 months apart from middle sister. How was it having a newborn with such a young toddler!?

@BusinessWife so excited to see you over here! Hoping for a healthy, uneventful pregnancy! And with my ectopic I started spotting around 5 weeks. So I didn’t have betas done this early that time around. By the time I ruptured, after being given methotrexate my numbers were around 14,000, but did not double. The last scan I did before that one was 4 days prior and it was around 10,000. So we’re hoping that this doubles good! I just did my third beta and I’m awaiting results. As long as it comes back good, I’ll be doing my first scan next week too!! I love working part time. I’ve been with my bank for 5 years now, so when I started staying home with my son they started letting me do a less than part time position as a teller/customer service rep and it works out wonderfully! They are starting to offer more WFH positions if I do want to go back full time soon.

Hello all!

How did you find out? HPT - This is my last embryo I am transferring, and not going through further IVF procedures, so I started testing probably too early but didn't care since this will be my last time

Glad to see it was a BFP.

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) My first baby is my cat, Kitty, and I do have a 21 month old son. Married to my husband for 9 years, together for just about 15. I do work full time for an insurance company, and very grateful I can work from home (even before the pandemic). If I have my own time, I just want to try and catch up on shows! Other than that, spending time with my family, mainly trying to keep my son entertained lol.

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Very tired as most, also very hungry all the time and at the same time not interested in what I'm eating. No other symptoms as of yet. Appointments so far are just for Betas, first ultrasound is scheduled 2 weeks from today. First beta started out very low actually, so was and still am cautiously optimistic, but the numbers have increased very well last two tests (including today's), but going in for another check in a couple days just to help me feel better about it.

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)? Taking a shower! I took that for granted for sure! I am not super into makeup and dressing up, but I do love how I feel when I put on lashes!

Its been over 3 years since Ive posted here and trying to figure out how to doreplies and things makes me feel like an old lady with technology lol. , oh wait, its easy, I can do this haha

I was trying to hold off from introductions since I found out so early but Im getting super dark lines now so Ill give it a go.

How did you find out? We have been trying since October so Im POAS 5 days before my period every month

Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) Husband and I have a 3.5 yr old daughter, a fat 10 yr old corgi, a 4 year old coconut retriever, and 2 cats. SO with this second child we will be 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats....in a tiny house. Im an Accountant for a Heavy Highway construction company and my husband is an engineer. Im very family oriented and love to have a good time. I wouldnt trade this pregnancy for anything in the world but I am going to have to cancel some pretty exciting plans we had this summer, one of them being possibly meeting my husbands, my daughters and one of my fav singers.

How are you feeling? (First appointment? Any symptoms? Emotionally?) Im a hot mess. I never know when Im supposed to put trigger warnings up, so maybe a TW? I have heterozygous form of factor V Leiden. So Im high risk for blood clots and high risk for miscarriages (early and late term).I had an early miscarriage back in February so now Im one big ball of anxiety. Myfurst appointment isnt until July 3rd so this is going to be a fun month. Im even scared to have sex because Im scared my DH will shake the baby out.

GTKY Fun fact: What makes you feel the most beautiful (inside and out!)? I feel most beautiful when I can help someone out or make them laugh.

@makingbacon I love your name, the first year and a half my husband stayed home with our daughter and he would tell her when I was going to work that I was "Making Bacon" so now when either of us goes to work she tells us or other people that we are making bacon. Also, what do you do with pigs? Do you make the pigs? Do you train the pigs? Breed them? Im curious.

@livingoffpbjs So happy so see you re-intro and feeling good about your line progression! Congratulations! PGAL can be really hard at times. If it makes you feel any better my clinic does tell us not to have sex until the first pregnancy test, so imho there's nothing wrong with being cautious in early days ((((hugs)))). That is too cute about your daughter saying making bacon! 🤣 I love it. I also love your beauty secret. ;) My mother always said pretty is, as pretty does. ❤️ I have to ask, whooooo is this singer!???? Is it a far trip that you would have to cancel then I suppose?

Hello! New to the website and excited to join this group.

Due date? 2/1/22

I had been tracking ovulation through premom so that we could get an idea of when I ovulate (I had just gotten off of birth control and my cycles tend to be long and inconsistent). So I thought in preparation for getting pregnant (in the next year) I'd start charting my LH levels! I didn't believe the HCG tests with the kit and went out and bought more pregnancy tests. BD was 6 days before ovulation but miracle of miracles... and to my complete surprise, we got pregnant!

DH and I are getting married in August. We both work from home. I have a 7 year old stepson and 6 year old Golden Retriever.

The only thing I have felt is sore breasts for a few days! Maybe some fatigue but not more than other times in life. I have my first appointment on July 6th (10 weeks). I don't know if I can wait that long. Seems like forever away.

Dressing up a bit and having a night on the town.
