Hello I’m Mimi! I’m 28 years old, 8 weeks pregnant, and EDD is 11/2. I had a miscarriage 8/2019 and hoping and praying that it doesn’t happen again so I’m nervous. The miscarriage happened at 6-7 weeks so I’m happy that I passed those weeks for this baby this baby will be our first baby so we’re excited. I’m a therapist and love music and love to sing
Hey all, just wanted to let y’all know that I’ll be leaving the group. Just found out that I had a silent miscarriage. Came in for an US this morning (at 8 weeks and 2 days) and they heart is no longer beating. Best of luck to all of you. Hopefully I’ll be back on The Bump one day soon.
@annieeee I'm so sorry to hear that ❤ take care of yourself

Hi everyone! I am cautiously introducing myself here after some good labs and a scan today. I am a STM and was briefly in the July board before experiencing an early loss. I have a 3 year old son and did some lurking in his January 2017 board too. My EDD is 11/23. I am an elementary teacher riding out this school closure and unsure of when I’ll go back. Hoping to stick around with you ladies!
Hello and congratulations to you all! I am having surprise baby number 4!!!! My DS was born March 2012, my DD1 was born January 2014, and my DD2 as born March 2016 and it looks like this little bean will be joining our family November 2020 (EDD around 11/27, but my last two pregnancy I was 3 1/2 to 2 1/2 weeks early). I am 39 and teach elementary school in Boston. My husband and I have been together for 19 years and this July will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary:). I am getting over my initial shock and am feeling very blessed and excited to be adding another baby to our family. I wish you all a happy and healthy nine months!
@bserena. Just lurking... I missed you over on TTGP and just thought we were in different dailies! Congrats and wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy!
Hi Mommas!! I'm Leaha and I'm 25 years old. I live in a remote northern community in Ontario, Canada with my fiancé and our two dogs. This is our first pregnancy so I'm VERY excited/nervous and all emotions in between so is he! I am a water/wastewater operator in the community. My EDD is November 19th and I go for my first prenatal appointment on Tuesday (31st). Nice to meet you all!!! I'm so excited to be on this journey with another group of ladies!
Hello ladies! My name is Kim and my EDD is 11/24 with baby #2! My husband and I have a 5 year old daughter named Zoey. We haven’t told her yet just in case something happens but we know she will be thrilled! We also have 2 cats and 2 dogs. My pups have been extra clingy the past week (maybe they can sense something is different with mommy) 🤷♀️
We live on the gulf coast of Florida and I work as an international account rep for a manufacturing company. My husband works as an IT specialist for a local hospital. We’ve been trying for baby #2 for 7 months and I am cautiously excited after getting my BFP!
I’m experiencing some major fatigue and nausea all day long the past 2 days. So fun...😜
I look forward to following everyone’s journey! I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time!
Hi everyone my name is Mariah i am 23 expecting my 2nd child. I am 6 wks 3 days today. I have a fiesty 4yr Old daughter and am currently an Overnight Assistant Store Manager for a Walmart. This is gonna be a fascinating ride.
Hello, ladies!! My name is Laura. I'm a SAHM from Maine, and this will be baby number 2! My EDD is November 19th. We have an 18 month old son, and we are so excited for him to be a big brother! Can't wait to get to know you all!
Hi all! Don’t know my due date yet, have my first apt with my dr next week but it should be some time in November. I am 21, this was an unplanned pregnancy so I am definitely a little nervous going into this but I’m excited! I have on yr left at college, but in the mean time I’ve been an infant room teacher for the last yr at a daycare! So needless to say I feel a little bit prepared, but I know there’s still so much to learn. I have yet to break the news to my parents, as I don’t think they will react well. Any ideas?
@knottienumbers welcome! a good place for this question would be the randoms thread or the announcement planning thread (just because you will probably get more replies there)! I think that even if they are upset at first, they will most likely grow to be happy for you over time do you think they won't react well just because of your age/still being in college?
I’m Kyleigh, 25 y/o expecting my first and am pretty excited for this journey. I’m currently getting my bachelors in biochemistry which switched to online at a perfect time in my opinion, I can’t imagine sitting in class with all of this fatigue and nausea! My due date is 11/22 so I’m 5 weeks currently. I’m looking forward to getting comfortable on the app and getting to know everyone.
Hi ladies, I'm an author, and a salvage artist, and I used to do some gig work as well. Not so much now.
Not only am I asthmatic and pregnant, but I'm also AMA. What a fun time to get pregnant hm?
I signed up to be a beacon of light and wisdom when I can, but also to get some light and love myself through these dark times when so many are negative toward my situation.
I've been pregnant seven times before. This is my eighth. Out of seven pregnancies I've had four losses BUT I have a teenage daughter, a five year old and a three year old, both boys. Every pregnancy has been different, so I've experienced a lot. I hope I bring some good vibes and wise words to the group. Be well, SWay
Hi all I'm Jessica literally found out this morning I'm pregnant I think due date is about 28th November I'm 33 and this is my 3rd baby I have a daughter who is 8 and a son who is 3 look forward to share this journey with you all
Okay thank you for the tip!! And I think they’ll be upset because of my age and it’s not exactly what they had planned for me. However, I think they’ll come around as time goes by, hopefully 😬
@brittny3509 yep! I had my first there too. It's just more convenient with living and working in Danville although I've heard the set up in Bloom is better. I'm due 10/31
Hi everyone! This is Manfia. I’m currently 7 weeks and 1 day according to my app calculation. EDD is November 13th. I was initially supposed to have my 1st OB appt on April 20th (10th week) however last week I had a bit of a scare as I had some spotting and went it. The baby measured to be 5 weeks and 4 days with a heartbeat of 103. The NP said it seems a little smaller than its supposed to be and heartbeat a little on the lower side but she didn’t seem concerned. Everything else looks ok. I have a follow up next week.
This is my 1st baby so I’m paranoid about every little thing as well as excited. 🤞😄
Hi! I'm Candace. I'm 34 and a ftm Edd is November 12th. It's been a wild ride so far with all that is going on. My husband and I are both in the medical field so we are still working. My first appointment just got changed to a virtual visit so I'm kinda bummed about that. They said my first us won't be until 11-13 weeks now. Just trying to stay positive through it all!! I love to hike and bike and have 2 dogs that are going to be super excited to have another brother or sister around come November! I'm excited to have all you lovely ladies here to share in the excitement.
@knottieb05e686cf12a878 I was 22 when I got pregnant with my son, and we just kinda tore the bandaid off when telling people. My ex and I weren't married yet and we were not in a position to be having a baby, but people mostly reacted pretty well. Though tbf, my ex's mom loves babies and my mom had me at 20, so we had the groundwork of less freak-out than others, I'm sure.
It was a hard road for a long time with my eldest -- he really got a work-in-progress mom and his toddler years are more chaotic than I wish they had been -- but he's a wonderful kid, and I'm so glad that we chose to continue the pregnancy and keep him. (It sounds like you've already decided that part! )
thank you for your kind words!! I think we’re going to tell my parents in the next week or so after my initial OB apt. I know they’re going to be disappointed but I keep thinking the same thing: I know I won’t regret this down the road. It’s gonna be tough but I’ve wanted to be a mom as long as I can remember, and although this isn’t the way I wanted it, I can’t pass up the opportunity. I know I’d regret not keeping it, so fingers crossed everyone else gets on board soon!!
Hello! I’m Catherine. I’m a RN in Minnesota. I have a DD who is 5 and my EDD is November 21. This will be our “little rainbow” baby as I experienced mc last Feb.... A little on edge just with everything that happened last year. But feeling so blessed so far even in the midst of the chaos. Even despite first trimester symptoms being in full swing!
Hello! Nice to meet you all! My name is Kianna! I’m from Calgary Alberta Canada! I’m 6 weeks pregnant now with my first baby at 24! I wasn’t expecting to be welcoming a little one this year but life has a funny way of keeping people on their toes I guess😂 I am glad there is a group like this cause lord knows I am going to have a million questions and it’ll be nice to have a group that’s all due in November! (Side note is it just a Canadian thing or is other countries nicknaming the babies born in November and December of 2020 the Coronials?)
@knottieb05e686cf12a878a. I hope it goes well when you tell your parents. Remember that even if their initial reaction is unpleasant that doesn't mean they won't warm up to welcoming a grandchild and supporting you. Remember that if they get upset or start yelling that you you don't have to stay there and take it. It is okay to end it and give them time before talking again. I have a friend who told her mom first because she was afraid of her dad's reaction. Her dad blew up when she told him but she had her mom for support. He came around after awhile. If you are worried about one of their reactions more than the other, I'd consider telling the one who is likely to be supportive first. Is your partner supportive?
